Utse Suites is excellent.
Staff: very courteous, helpful and friendly
Rooms: rooms are a bit on the smaller side (expected considering the location), but they are self-sufficient, clean and tidy. Very well maintained.
Washrooms: impeccable! Perfect! 24 x 7 hot water. Clean and well maintained. Well stocked, with fresh towels everyday. They even have toilet rolls (a rarity in most Indian hotels)
Food: you will want to extend your stay after tasting their food (it's that Good!)! We stayed here for 3 nights and tried a variety of their Tibetan and Nepalese dishes. Must try: Nepali thali, momo platter
Location: a few hundred metres from commercial Street. The location is central. But the neighborhood is a very typical old town residential place (don't expect anything fancy). There is a next door chemist and general Store which is very handy!
Wifi: me and hubby were both working from the hotel for a few days and their network did not let us down!
