We have been staying at this property from the year it started operations. It is unfortunate that there is constant deterioration from then in terms of service, cleanliness, maintenance.
The hotel is now in a run down and needs a redo.
Its a shame and the tariff is not justifiable for such a shoddily maintained property.

One star is for clean and spacious room.
We reached the resort reception by 3.15pm on our check-in day after a 9 hour drive. Our first enquiry was about room service as we didn’t have our lunch. Despite requesting them to keep the room ready mentioning the long drive we were made to wait for a while, at least by then resort people could have informed us about their restaurant timing, they didn’t. We were starving. When we reached the room and place the order it was 3.45pm (15 mins past the restaurant time). There is a difficulty there too, a simple vegetarian order has to be repeated multiple times for them to understand, after all this struggle and being hungry, they say restaurant is closed. Please note this place was recommended by the Owner’s niece, after bringing that up, they agreed to send some food. Thats where everything starts going down south, totally tasteless pasta (one of the items they were willing to prepare after 3.30 pm cutoff), worst lime soda one can ever taste, unchewable so called butter naan (it neither had butter nor garlic), this is one of a kind resort where you order 2 portions, billed 2 portions but given 2 pieces.
In our experiences so far almost all resorts go out of their way to ensure their guests have a happy stay, but this one is a clear exception.
