Worst Health care staff… the receptionist have attitude to the sky and ZERO professionalism. I don’t think even the doctors would have so much head weight than the staff! Not recommended!

I'm undergoing dylsis treatment in Uvin care, the unit is very neat and tidy. Staffs and superdent are very polite. They are exceeding the service upto the core and very gud hospitality.

Iam a patient undergoing treatment for kidney aliment undergoing dialysis in this hospital. Am very happy with the attention and services provided by the staff and I would like to thank each one of them for their services, especially the dialysis unit headed by sister Lakshmi and her entire unit people. I thank God for all the services provided and would extent my sincere thanks to all. I would recommend this place to all my fellow citizens. Thank you.

Am undergoing Dialysis patient past one year. Extremely good and friendly staff. Located at a prime and easily accessible place in Ulsoor (Bangalore)
and very affordable charges. All the staff responds any time in good and polite manner. Hospitality, the service of the hospital staff is appreciated especially Lakshmi madam, Tamilzharasan, Senthil, Seema, Swathi and others. Thank you so much Uvin Care and Team.

This was very bad experience we had at the first time in this hospital at beginning their promised us with less charges for dialysis, forced to take their service. After we agreed immediately charged us more amount and given reason just a day before the charges were hiked. She really ditched us badly after knowing patients situation coming from poor back ground.

I end up coming to this hospital only because it’s the closest one to where I stay. The front desk lady staffs are so ignorant and casual. This is something I experienced since the first day I visited this place. They make you wait for minutes on end just so they can talk to their colleagues about their personal stuff. Not even a bit professional. Also, there’s absolutely no assistance or help from their side. I would say the lady staffs in the front desk are just there to gossip and not to do the job they’re supposed to do. This is from my personal experience after visiting the place a few times

I felt stomuch pain past 2 months back I admitted I joined with problem stomuch pain mr. Doctor suggest mri and all tests
He didn't suggest endoscopy I was strugguling with stomuch pain daily when I admitted hospital he gavee medicines and tablets but there is no relief, he only suggest mri I don't know why he is suggest mri Dr. Jayapalrakash
After mri doctor knows the reason but
He couldn't suggest proper medicine and endoscopy I came from hydrabad ni am not native of banglore When I came to my home town hyderabad the docter suggest me endoscopy only 5 days it is cure iam happy with my hometown docter
Iam not happy with Mr jaya prakesh dr.who is gaving the gasttologyst in uvin carecare.

I visited this hospital for first time, but did not expect such good hospitality never ever seen in any hospital. Doctors, staff, etc everyone is so kind and have lot of patience with positive attitude. They make patients very comfortable with lot of care. Thanks to all the staff.

. My mother was unconscious when we took her to this hospital. Immediately doctor started the medication and she was alright within an hour. Overall experience was great.
Keep up Unicare and tram

The hospital is of no use, who are the doctors here, who are the doctors, what kind of medicine do they give, they don't work, the doctors have no designation, there is no board there, there is no design even on the ticket, it was no improvement day by day one of the worst hospital.

I recently visited here and for me it looks like this hospital is not at all genuine, when I met doctor his behavior was rude and he was not listening to me much.
Medicine prescribed by doctor that was totally waste and it was of no use at all. After taking medicine injection I was still unwell and his medicine didn't work for me at all.
Doctors and staffs are not at all friendly.

Such a unethicall hospital I ever seened. Shame of the staffs who handles the hospital whatsapp

Overall a very good experience. Thankful to Dr satheesh chandra, Dr Indra kumar visiting consultant Dr Vedha Prakash and all the Doctors & staff. Clean ambience.
