V-Care Hospital

I have been to this hospital for a general checkup on 13th of feb around 2: 30 pm.

The doctor which was assigned to me was Nasurallah Khan.
He is one of the rudest doctor i have met in my life, he lacked basic courtesy to speak to the patient, with out diagnosing the patient properly he wrote a big prescription of huge amount.

Unfortunately we have to see another doctor for the treatment.

Avoid such doctors because they dont treat the patients but make them sick instead. So please I humbly request not to attend such type of rude and uncultured dr and I request v care hospital to avoid such type of useless doctor

Totally disappointing experience.

The gynaecologist was too rude and threatening. Why this doctors can't behave politely? They panic the patients and attenders and stop them from taking right decisions. Doctors are supposed to give medical treatment as well as moral support to patients. This is totally missing here. I hope the concerned doctor rectifies and treat patients in a polite way.

Worst pharmacy management, really unprofessional and inhuman behaviour. They dont accept UPI payments which caused a lot of hassle for me as I forgot my wallet at home. They didn't even showed me a courtesy to accept UPI, I had to go back home to collect cash.really pathetic

I recommend not to go this hospital very worst experience and the staff is very very worst.
Thy don't know how to treat an emergency patient.

I am getting call every day 4-5 times from Vcare hospital customer care people. It’s so irritating me. I am not looking any treatment from your hospital this I mentioned multiple times in call. Still people don’t understand it and keeps on calling.
It’s so annoying.

It’s like government hospitals every documents they need as photocopy and they don’t have that facility we have to runaround, they have to improve this

I have been to we care many times but giving this rating this time because one of the doctor fasi who don’t know how to behave with patient. He says he is not magician to do any magic while we r least bothered about his magic skills, we pay to get medical consultations not to listen his harsh loose talks.

While all other pharmacies are offering 10% to 20% discount, VCare pharmacy is offering arrogance and attitude. While Does not care about patients

I recommend out side pharmacies for the benefit of time and money. They don't give any discount on medicines

Has a very bad diagnostic lab. No one answered the call, over expensive, results not on time. Better go to Apollo which is down the same road.

I have not booked any appointments still getting daily 4 calls from your staff, Can you please stop unnecessary calling.

Very knowledgeable doctors who are always willing to help and they diagnose the exact root cause, Very good facility available in terms of small emergency related to health upsets for kids and adults, cooperative staff.

Just visited V Care Hospital for my leg pain and consulted Dr. Ateeq-ur-Rahman and I am OK with the prescription given by the doctor as of now. I have a review after a month and will wait until the next prescription from the doctor to re-rate the hospital. To be continued.

V care hospital is very good in term of facility and doctor, all doctors are very experienced and humble, treatment is reasonable compare to other hospital in Bengaluru, specially for maternity related V care hospital is very good and very systematic.

First of all No body picks the call to know if the doctor is available or not.can i know when doctor seema is available

The Vcare hospital pharmacy is a big fraud, I urge people not to buy medicine from here and buy outside.purchased medicine worth 70 thousand in a span of 10 days for a patient admitted, not even a single rupee reduced on MRP, if you do not notice they add injections of a brand that is costlier, while giving medicine GST is added but if you return for any reason or exchange they don't give back the GST.
They are taking the advantage of people's helplessness, someone should open a pharmacy nearby, out side you get 20% discount in Med plus.

Every doctor here only sitting to take money, no one thinks about patients, if appointment there one day we had to spend here only

Last 2 days back i admited my son he's 10 month old baby.really bad experience. This hospital only scam with patients only for bill.when I was asked discharge without any precautions any medicines is given me discharge. I'm not suggest go this Hospital

One of the worst hospitals for labor care, dey don't even have lift to shift patients. Not even proper assistance to shift to ward, patients should walk through stairs and reach ward with struggle and pain. Even beds very had to access incline and recline handle

Road side clinic pietents relative has to wait outside there is no shelter. Minimum 1 hrs has to wait.

It was a really bad experience, my dad consulted doctor Noorul Hassan today. He asked him his problem and the momemt my father started to convey the problem he began shouting like a maniac for no reason. My dad politely asked why he was behaving that way and he continued screaming instead of understanding the problem and consulting my dad. Before my dad, he was shouting at other 2 lady patients also in a rude way. After shouting at my dad, he asked the staff to send him out without even giving a solution or medicine. Also he reached the hospital 1 hour late from his scheduled time.
This kind of behavior is totally not acceptable from a doctor where the doctor has no sense or patience of consulting a patient.

V care was good but now it’s become worst
They suggested for icu for treating my moms diabetes but later stretched it for many days saying BP is abnormal and charged 27000 for lab charges for 15 tests they had conducted when compared with other top notch diagnostics of Bangalore the test were costing 8000
The icu charges here are 12000/day
Whereas Ramaih being a corporate charges 12500/day
Later took mom to Ramaih they kept her in a normal ward for observation to my surprise she started recovering and her BP was normal from the time of her admission and all here tests were normal and she was discharged in 8 hours
Don’t know what v care was doing with her for 3 days

Worst experience at this Hospital, i had visited here for an emergency, firstly as i entered in the Hospital they charged RANSOM of rupees 10,000/- before starting the treatment and the staff are lack in professionalism and they are too rude to the patient and their attendant, behaviour of billing staffs, nurses and discharge counter staff, are very way too rude, talks rudely with the patient attendant, had a horrible experience with this Hospital, Never ever recommend this Hospital to anyone

Just Dr. Fathima was v.kind and helpful during the treatment and her suggestions, advices was helpful

Reception -
1) The most congested place where only 3'OPD are available which is heavily crowded
2) Only 1 computer is placed for bill section which is overly packed with people
3) Only Cash and Card in the world of UPI transfer
4) Most of the doc are always on phone while patient is explaining his pain.

Vcare management has to think about this and make more ease for patient not give extra pain.

Worst hospital ever. I had gone for an emergency there. They have a few good doctors but other staff lack professionalism and too rude. They lack empathy towards patients. Other staff behave like they are the owners of the hospital.

True to their name, V-CARE, they really take care of the patients very well. The hospital is well equiped with emergency and inpatient care. Neat n Clean. Labs, Imaging, Pharmacy, Ambulance. Experienced and caring doctors from all specialties, medical and surgical, operative and postoperative.

Horrible and unprofessional staff and doctor's. I visited the hospital recently to see Dr. Rizwan (pediatric) we were made to wait along with kids for more than an hour, but when I visited the hospital today half an hour late we were not given appointment. This is hypocrisy at it's height.
These doctors think they can come at any time they want, but they can't take in if a patient comes late, they are mercilessly rejected appointment.
I am going to make this viral as much as possible on social media and bring it to notice of common people about their hypocrisy.

Overall an below average but I really love the therapists in the place those who do the UWT massages/masks especially today I felt good with my therapy sessions with Tasleem Khan from Jayanagar branch
She handled it nicely.

Visited yesterday this hospital they asked me to take appointment first, now today I am calling from 9 am to get the appointment they receive call and instead of responding call they are speaking to other person but they are not responding to my call.and they are keeping receiver aside so it always shows busy though they are not busy in calls.pathetic service

Waited for ever for a minor dressing and the staff don’t even respond properly how long is it gonna take.

Doctors and nurses are good but few people spoiling hospital name specially in reception.

Not answering call from last 3 days you have to keep some dedicated person to attend only calls we cant come there and ask everytime what time we will get appointments

What we can experience here is the mismanagement. They've a few expert doctors and nurses, but most staff lack professionalism. They behave rudely to patients and bystanders. We cannot expect any empathy from them.

I happened to go to that hospital when my relative and I met an accident on the road near V Care hospital. On our first visit, the staff at the casualty were helpful. On the second day, when went to change the dressing, a new group of nurses attended us. One lady asked my relative, who was not able to stand due to the wounds, to pull a small ladder and climb to the dressing table. She didn't help my relative to stand and climb. She removed the dressing in a jiffy without considering the pain patient was going through. Scolded the patient when requested to dress the wound slowly as the pain was unbearable. Her dressing quality was poor - as soon as we reached home, the wound was visible and the foot got swelled. We had to go to another hospital to get dressed properly and reduce the swelling!

The hospital is crunching with space. Facilities are not up to the mark. However, the fees are affordable. The management must upgrade the hospital building and professionalism of the service.

No proper hygiene. Very dirty premises. Ignorant front desk staff. Can't give even a single star.

Very worst hospital I've seen in my life time they just keep the patient in thier hospital until and unless the situation of the patient is very critical. Once the patient is in critical stage they will just tell that they don't have Machineries. And the second worst thing is the medical person. What had happened is i had half cash and half amount in the bank so what I requested the medical person to accept the payment but they denied about that.and they are very rude as well. So My request for everyone is please don't visit in the worst situation as well.

I went to treatment only once here and that was a horrible experience. Everywhere is cramped and littered. I demanded for discharge in the same day itself after seeing the bath room adjacent to my bed. It was that much filthy. The doctors are just okay kind of. Nothing appreciable about them.

Excellent treatment specially Pediatricians are very good in this covid pendamic time they really care for our kids in other hospitals no one want to touch our fevered baby extremely recommended specially Dr. Ahmed Sharrif.

Good doctors they treat nice with patients.mostly akhila ma'am she is very good in treating.n facilities r also good.n nurses r good every thing is ok n fine.i liked it.i have delivered one baby in this hospital treatment was good.

There is no social distancing maintained in the hospital and they are not bothered about Covid 19. When spoke to Dr. Nuzhath Fathima about it, she just said they are not responsible and that we need to go to the hospital that implements social distancing. And she has no time to talk about it.

Very irresponsible statements made by the doctor.

We know this hospital from the time it started. This is the nearest hospital to our home. This time we consulted Dr. Fasi for anxiety treatment for my 63 years old mother and Doctor advised to admit for 2 days for the treatment. We discussed, agreed and admitted my mother. Her blood sugar was tested at hospital and it was 165 mg/dL. BP was also normal.following doctors advise, hospital staff did blood and urine test. Both the test reports were normal.
As my mother was feeling uneasiness I was there with her at hospital. On the first day evening the duty nurse arrived to give insulin injection, when I asked her why insulin injection is required when blood sugar is less than 200, she called someone and did not inject insulin, instead she told this injection will have handed over to you at the time of discharge. My question here is why they are forcefully selling the medicine which is not required, secondly, if I would have not noticed, she would have given insulin injection and the consequences of insulin injection would have worsened the health condition of patient.
The hospital pharmacist. After waiting in long queue, the pharmacist gives different than prescribed medicine. It requires 2 to 3 times to go to pharmacy to get the correct medicine.
I have reported these Ambiguities to hospital admin staff.
Moreover Dr. Santhosh will always very rude and never had more than 2 minutes to understand the patient’s difficulty. Always in hurry.
On the third day when I went home to get some food one of the nurse injected some medicine to my mother after which hands and body started vibrating. The nurse told she gave paracetamol injection but I don't believe your hospital staff. I got her discharged from hospital.
All these here days instead of treatment your hospital staff has tried to worsen the patient health.
Most of the patients and their attendants trust your hospital staff that they treat fairly for their loved one's but your hospital staff is playing with patient’s life.
Overall I am very sad and disappointed with your hospital staff and pharmacist and providing my feedback.

The worst experience we've had with a doctor ever with Dr. Fasi. Had come here to for a routine sugar checkup of my dad but this lame doctor screams at my dad for having only fever. I mean I understand with the current covid situation but how's that the fault of my dad.he should've called out their staff for negligence then.
The only thing good was doctor and staff at the fever clinic outside the hospital which treated us good unlike the lame doctor.

Dr norul Hassan is very unprofessional. He behaves very rudely with patients. Has lots of attitude. He refuses to see patients. He has forgetten about the hypocrite oath. Not fit to be in this field. Worst experience at v care hospital. If dr norul Hassan doesn't want to see patient why is he still practicing. He should just quit and stay at home! Probably he's working for money and not for helping the society.
There is another dr.his name is dr khan (I don't know his full name)
How can u assume that all patients are covid patients and refuse to treat them. And even if they are covid patients it's ur bounded duty to treat them.how can u run away from your responsibility. Never seen such unprofessional attitude. Just because of few doctors like you, the whole doctor community is getting a bad name. I can just say that you are very poor in knowledge. Kindly upgrade yourself or else quit!

Worst Hospital, especially the so called Doctor, Dr. Fazeeh. He is the most inhuman doctor I've ever seen in my life. The staff are rude and only running behind money. Worst Hospital in Bengaluru. Period. That Doctor should be sacked and his degree to be destroyed, cause he certainly doesn't deserve to be called a Doctor. Moreover, he's spoiling the name of the entire doctor community. The way he treated my dad, being a sugar patient, was horrendous. Would never ever come back to this hospital.

Went there with horrible stomach ache at 3 AM last night. Horrible Service. Doctor was acting very ignorant and gave 3 injections including drips but sadly nothing worked the pain was horrible. The patient with dying pain has to go himself to Pharmacy to buy injections. Morning went to my family doctor as the pain was horrible. Dr MC Shetty, Vijaya Clinic in JC Nagar and only 1 injection of his worked. Horrible Night Duty Doctor. Is he an intern?

Very disappointed by the medical shop people.they never accept card payment.but hospital accepts card.what to do during emergency.they have done thrice to me.to go to atm and get money.and i complained in anger saying "you always say online server problem hence it's better not to visit hospital" he replied saying that's fine u don't visit. This hospital is the best hospital if you have not payed a visit please pay one visit it has well experienced staff and doctors it is more recommended for middle class and low class but high class people can also visit it i came from Dubai to visit this hospital cause some one had told me it is a very good hospital

No facility of MRI scanning, they will send as to scan from some other hospital.
First the doctor said, they will treat my mom but later they turned. Becoz of no equipment of operations, Even they will not give scanning documents which is very important.

Highly don't recommend this hospital for anyone, my sister was hospitalized two times for the same problem but there was no solution to the problem, instead got here admitted to some other hospital after wasting so much money and time.
