We moved to Whitefield area and were searching for a good pet clinic. I can say that we finally found one good place.

The doctors are very patient with the pets as well as with us (). The support staff is amazing and they handle everything with a lot of care.

My cat, which usually creates a lot of issues when we visit vet, was comfortable here. Amazing Place.

They have a plenty of pet food and other pet stuff in the ground floor.

Two to three cars can be parked in the front.

The consulting charges and other charges are reasonable.

Highly Recommended this place.

We took our cat here for a general checkup. The vets were very experienced and they handled her well. There was a little wait time and seats were provided for waiting. There were also many different pet accessories and food that can be bought, with various options to pick from.

Unreasonable charges for reconsultation. They themselves call after 10 days and ask for consultation fee. Money minded people running the clinic. That's all.

My cat’s back leg suddenly stopped working. I went to V Care and they started treating assuming the cat has got hurt. Told me that for cat’s it’s very difficult to understand what is the exact reason we we will give treatment for trauma and then see how does the cat responds to the treatment.

We went to Cesna for second round of consultation where they identified that the cat is suffering for HCM (cardiac issue).

I won’t recommend V Care for cats as they were not able to identify the issue and didn’t recommend tests either.

They just seek for money. Even if puppies don't have any issue, they just create the illusion and make us believe into that. They quotation more than mrp and some of the employee have a very bad attitude

Recently we got our kitten Chikoo nuetered at V care. The procedure was carried very efficiently by Dr. Nanjundappa and chikoo healed within a day. In fact he started purring in the evening of surgery.
Dr. Ramya gave us very good n personalized guidance for pre n post neutering precautions n care.
We have also been buying food for our 3 cats from V care shop run by Mr. Niranjan. The shop is well stocked n Niranjan always makes sure that food is delivered to us on time. We whole heartedly recommend V care both for pet treatment as well as for pet supplies.

Very nice clinic.we took our beagle for vaccination. The staff was very friendly and checked him throughly and suggested the caring steps.

4 wheeler parking is bit trouble, choose off peak hours.

The main doctor here is really good, the others also are knowledgeable and passionate towards animals/birds. You also get some yummy goodies for your fur ball

They have an excellent and competent team of veterinary surgeons, namely Dr Nanjundappa and Dr Ramya. Their clinical knowledge and caring attitude shows in their fast healing and recovery of our pet, even from serious illnesses. We have first hand experience of both their surgical acumen and medical expertise. Thank you doctors.

We have been taking our Dog to Vcare past 4 years and place has improved a lot in these years so many new and better brands on shelf.

Dr Nanjindapa takes care of my baby Cocoa lile his own so does Dr Ramaya and the staff. Even the receptionist is very cheerful
And their pet shop is well stocked with latest items and Niranjan who runs it is extremely accommodative.

Have been going here since i got my puppy 2 years ago. Love the doctors - my dog is always happy to see them.

I have been doing my pets vaccination here since 2020. Best veterinary clinic in this locality. Entire staff is very gentle and polite. They handle pets with care and have proper trained Doctors.

Good services. Doctors tend to it right away. No waiting, as there is comparatively less crowdy than Bangalore Pet hospital.

Caring doctor who takes the time to listen, take proper history and then decide the course of treatment. Highly recommend

My dog swallowed something and had to get a surgery done. The vets took care of him really well.

Dr Nanjundappa & Dr Ramya are the most amazing doctors. The convenience of the clinic and the accessibility of both the doctors is really pleasurable. In the most difficult times, the doctors have been so helpful and caring. They care for the pets like their own.

Bit costly. I feel only food and Accessories they are selling in genuine price (compare to other shops).

Otherwise consulting fees, medicines and treatment fees are bit costly.

There is no proper waiting area for peoples and pets.

But other then that treatment and everything is not bad. Easy to reach.doctor explaining everything clearly.

Really had very bad experience with my pet. I had 70 days shih tzu puppy he was having diarrhoea, we rushed to the clinic asap without any diagnosis they just gave IV, he recovered after 3 days of IV. After 3 days he started having omitting still their was no diagnosis and they kept him on IV after 3 days of IV still he was having bloody diarrhoea, then they did blood tests but by then his vitals had gone down and he couldn’t survive. As we were first time pet parents we were not aware of any other clinics or hospitals. I tried checking with breeder as we had just got him (Bangalore Puppy farm) they also didn’t bother to help. Bangalore puppy farm and v-care as tie up, after getting the puppy they suggested to take to v-care for initial checkup. At that time Dr Nanjudappa said he has taken his first vaccine from v-care, surprisingly when his treatment was going on after seeing his passport he as where did he get the vaccination? We were literally scared what scam is this but it was very late our poor baby was almost taking his last breath. Dr Nanjudappa was not even responding to call, they just treat as they them as animals. If they can’t admit they should have at least redirect us to proper hospitals. After loosing him we at least tried to figure out what would have happened to him, we heard about Cessna so consulted doctor after listening to their diagnosis process we very well understood they don’t have any diagnosis process just give some injections & IV without knowing the root cause.
You can visit the place as pet supplies are good.

Read if you’re a rabbit owner

Had visited this clinic after my bunny fell ill. He had stopped eating and was drastically losing weight. We met Dr Nanjundappa, who might seem competent at first, but trust me he is the last person you want to take your bunny to. He’s the most incompetent vet for rabbits. He prescribed meds for a 3-day course, after which my bunny still didn’t recover. We went to him again and he prescribed some other meds. This time it only got worse. My bunny didn’t recover and he passed away. Following which, it’s partner also stopped eating out of depression and passed away too.
When I narrated all this to the rabbit farm team, they told us that the condition my bunny had was pretty common in rabbits and there is a simple syrup that should fix it.
Dr Nanjundappa doesn’t know squat about rabbits. I lost my two tiny babies due to this guy.
Visit him if you want your rabbits to die a painful death in your hands.

Doctors and staff are good and took care of our pet puppy with utmost care. Clinic has a pet store in the front side and we can purchase items at affordable prices.
There's limited car parking in front of the clinic.

I have visited V care pet polycinic thrice in last 8 months for my exotic budgies. It's very difficult to find avian vet in our country, but I got the right treatment all the time for my pets. Dr. Ramya is knowledgeable and very caring towards such small birds. Performing any procedure in budgies needs extreme patience which she has shown in every consultation. I highly recommend V Care Pet Polyclinic.

V Care has been my veterinary partner ever since I got my dog. Experienced veterinarians, friendly staff and they treat each and every dog and pawrent with care and compassion. Plus they're always stocked on tasty treats and toys, so my dog loves going here every time. I once had an issue with a chew I bought from them, and they exchanged it when I went back to them more than a month later. If you have a dog who's under the weather, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this place for your pet.

My Pepper's clinic. I have been visiting this clinic for my pet dog for the last 3 months. The doctors and attendants are really kind and they provide consolidated feedback for your pet.
The booklet for the pet is well maintained and taken care of by the clinic. They also attend the pet on time and with great care.
The clinic also has a pet store where we can get the necessary items at nominal price.
The place has limited car parking, so you might need to park a bit further in some cases.

Dr. Nandanjappa is highly skilled and experienced Vet. I recommend him. Also, the pet accessories shop here is good.

The vet gives good advice and knows what is right for your pet. All the necessities required for your pet and its needs are available.

Well staffed. Well stocked. Open 9am-9pm making it very convenient. While I had gone for my cat's annual vaccination, there were many pets for various procedures - implying respect and trust for the Dr. Thankful for their presence in Whitefield

Experienced and professional doctors. My puppy had one surgery (removal of cherry eye) here. Apart from that this clinic has laser based treatments for tissue and joint pains. Picture attached is my puppy after cherry eye surgery.

A very well equipped and professional setup. Dr. Nanjudappa and his team are very patient and courteous. The clinic is equipped with very good facilities for various tests and vaccinations. The staff is extremely polite and friendly.
Dr. Ramya, who looked after our puppy for a GASTRO infection, is very prompt, polite and hands on. Very grateful to them.

Not a good exp. The vet wasn't even able to give deworming tablets to my home tamed calm and friendly cat.

Overpriced, they give unnecessary medicine and charge for it. It happened two times they couldn't diagnose the issue with my pet and kept giving medicine. Once at last I took him to Bangalore pet hospital and they diagnosed parvo and saved my pet. If I continued here then probably my dog would not alive now.

Otherwise the facility is good, parking can be an issue.

Our 3 month old shih Tzu had Mild Parvo infection. They started treatment immediately n our puppy got saved.they treat puppy with love n care.loved the service

We took our puppy for checkup. The vet was not even listening to the issues and jumped to other customer and asked us to talk to the lady at reception. Simply prescribed unnecessary medicines which are again overpriced. It didn't work for our puppy and we had talk to other clinic after 6 days.

Best place for your pet care. Staff is very sweet and caring towards your pets. They take absolutely good care of your pet's health

Dr Nanjundappa ably supported by Dr Ramya and the nursing team comprising of Arjun, Elvis and Purushotham are just such a caring team who attended to my pet Labrador. Their constant monitoring, medication advice and patient hearing of issues ad progress all contributed to a turnaround that otherwise seemed daunting.

A very clean space with all necessary facilities, Whitefield has got an awesome vet facility. I will recommend them without any second thought for any of your pet needs.

New place is horrible.no parking, in the edge of the road, horrible Customerservice. The last location had people who were very friendly and my dog was used to that place. This location has no gate no wait area. Put your mind before you decide anything. Dogs are also your customers in this business

I read your response. You did not think it well enough. Parking is not for the water tanker but for your customer.if the car is parked there, makes it easier to wait. There is no parking available on the road. The road is busier and narrower than the older place. Go ahead and check. I could have had my dog killed today easily when it went on the road. Think about all these before you open the shop. Worst case atleast inform the customer so there is no confusion there.

You will find people who are compassionate about lives here! I happened to take a very critical case to him and they were quick to act with proper diagnosis.

Doctor is good, mostly medicine specialist. They has branches on Sarjapur road, kormangala and whitefield where same Doctor visits all the places.

This place is good and they have almost all the products required for pet care. The place is quite small and treatment is pretty good

Doctors are average they only give symptom based medicine. If you expect some miracle then too much expectations. Prices are also at the higher end. They give 10% on food items only not on medicine and other stuff.

Not a vet clinic it's a shop. As long as your pet is under vaccination and you are a cash cow for them they will be kind to you. In case of emergency they don't bother to give any advice over phone and expect the pet owner to run to their clinic to just secure consultation fee, if fee is of that much importance ask customer they will pay for online consultation also but non responsiveness shows money mindedness which looks cheap. The person at the cash counter is biggest thug. He will push for costly foreign products to customer whether or not they suite the pet category and breed. They never give bill for even purchases worth thousands which is a proof of non compliance with sales and tax department. They say they will give discount on the price of product on Amazon/flipkart this they are managing to do else they are not showing their sales on paper. He will intentionally calculate very fast over the calculator and on 2 occasions I caught him charging more on pretend of wrong calculation. So far I had a bit of respect for the doctor but the recent incident when I was out of the city and my puppy was not well, all attempts to get the doctors advice went in vain, he and his staff simply do not respond. They want customer to come running to clinic, pay fee and get advice. Will stop taking their services from now on.

I buy my pets food and accessories from this place for a while now. They have lot of varieties to choose from.

Be Careful if you are buying supplies here! Take out your calculator and do the total yourself otherwise you are surely paying few hundreds or thousands etc. Demand a bill! Very expensive place. Take time to enquire costs in other clinics before coming here especially for surgeries.

We have a shih zhu and they had to give some vaccines. Sometimes they give unnecessary vaccines without asking like corona for dogs. They re not necessary and charge you about 2000 for 2 vaccines when you would have gone for one and initially that's what would be in the list. I have started seeing other clinic after this experience. And the guy at the store pushes people to buy and says pets owning is expensive. Well, it's not, it can be expensive if you try hard to do so. So please avoid unnecessary vaccines and pushing people to buy some products.

Will never recommend. They are considering our pet as materials, no value for our pet's life.
Based on both senior doctor and his junior's behaviour, I think they are not qualified doctors.
For my puppy with digestive issues, I visited them 3 consicutive days and 3 different diagonise by senior doctor.

Very good shop open morning 9 to evening 9: 30 pm. Almost kind of pet products available in small and big quantities. Variety of food, toys, other items. Also they have small clinic also.

I like the place for the
1) Veterinary experience and care they give the pets
2) The availability of pet essentials i.e. Variety of food products and brands, cat litter brands

The waiting area could be better. Its not sufficient for more than 3-4 people and pets.

Great place for pet owners. The doctor takes time to answer your questions and the staff is polite. They even sent me a reminder for my Shih tzu's vaccination the day before it was due. The place is small but the staff manage things smoothly, so you reach, get your pet checked and leave in no time.

Words can not describe how incredible this office has been to me. The doctor and all people that work here are AMAZING. I have been going here for almost two years. I had many issues with my fur baby Peppy who suffered from a ear infection, ticks etc. Dr. Nanjindappa is really an a wonderful #doctor and a true animal lover. He does correct diagnosis and doesn't give unnecessary medication.

They were so kind and I still consult him for my pet over phone (most important he is always there replying to my question with patience).

Good shop for clarity of things for pets. They have good range of pet supplies. Rates are v reasonable. On some items they give 10% off. Ship keeper is nice and guides you in every possible way. It's on main road so v approachable.

Good for pet care, vaccinations. You need to park on no parking marked road. Friendly Doctor, Friendly staff. Prices for treatment and medicines are at costlier side. 10% discount on purchases.

Till now experience is they aren't money minded dishonests like bangalore pet hospital. Did proper diagnosis and gave correct medicines.

Extremely bad service. On June 20th, I called the store took an appointment for the doctor. I was told that the doctor was available. When i went there, no doctor was available. The store guys told me that the doctor has stepped out and will be back in 5 minutes. I waited for an hour, howerver the doctor never showed up. Never again. Ended up paying 500₹ to the auto guy since he waited for an hour too. Wastage of my money and most importantly TIME. Hope you guys shut down soon.

The doctors are very friendly with the pets. They ensure that they get the right treatment and are very patient. The helpers are friendly as well. Tend to cater to all your pets needs from medicines to food to toys.

I buy most of the things that I need for my cats from here. I don't take them there for consultation and vaccination. Took my cat there once for ear cleaning but I didn't satisfied with the service.

The staff are super helpful and gentle with pets and they have a good range of toys and treats. They always have my favorite brand of cat food and litter. I was a little disappointed with the nail clipping though. One of my baby's nails has splintered. I will go there for shots and essential, however I'm gonna avoid for nail clipping. Perhaps I should work up the courage and do it myself

Doctor is good. To say a little more, very less vet doctors in India explains the owners what actually a pet is going through or suffering from, Dr Nanjudappa and his Asst doctors also explains it clearly. Clinic has good equipments and a pet pharmacy attached to it, one can even buy food, shampoo.etc.
My dog recovered from operation very soon and it is doing well. And other good thing is doctor replies to you even in the mid night if the pet is slightly not doing well, good dedication. Ambience of the clinic should be improved.
