V V STUDIO - EXCLUSIVE FEMALE SALON

I visited V V studio for the second time. First time the service was okay not too good but ya if u r first time visitor they treat you nice, so i visited second time and I must say it was my worst experience and I will suggest no one to go. They share the offers but they will try to manipulate u to get the highest paid service. I enquired them for botox treatment but as botox doesn't last for long I wanted to go for smoothening. Botox was for 6k+ taxes and smoothening was 3k + taxes. So after I reached for 1 hour they tried to manipulate me to get botox done and later they said if u go for smoothening ur hairs will damage and bla bla. And later when I didn't agree, they said for smoothening also it will cost me 6k + taxes. Then I just commented okay means you want me to give 6k.correct, whatever treatment I take. Then they said you have to sign an agreement that if your hair gets damaged u will be responsible and parlour will not be. Which I signed after keeping a condition that whatever they are applying should show me the products and then apply. Which they didn't do, they mixed all the products inside one room and brought for application, and later saying we already mixed mam. I just prayed to God and let it happen, coincidentally my hairs end result at that time was fine but later on after shampoo, I came to know that they did smoothening only to the upper part of my hairs and not in the lower once, which after shampoo looks the same without any smoothening results. I consulted in another parlour after seeing they confirmed to me that they didn't do the application in my lower part of the hair and now I can't go for the treatment for the next six months because I already went with the one. I must say the most unprofessional parlour I visited till date. They are only keen about earning money but not about giving good customer service. One should never visit. If u don't want ur hair to get damaged better don't visit it.

I had my keratin from here my hair were damaged and we're in very bad condition but after the treatment I didn't belived that these are my hair such and amazing result and the staff was very polite they provide very good service just go for it thank you vv studio

I took keratin from vv studio their work was amazing my hair became frizz free and bouncy loved their work and hospitality

I did my hair smoothing here November last 2022 but after 2 hairwash I got curls all hair got damaged.even I am using straightening shampoo and conditioner what they suggested totally waste my 4k not recommended to anyone they won't give proper response even very disappointed with their service

The products used by them were original i felt very relaxed the enviorment was very soothing i am very happy with the result vv studio speaks with their work

Such a bad experience I've never wanted to judge other people but this is too much. I went for smoothening before i reach there they said it's 2999 and when i reached there they just told me it's only for virgin hair and they recommend me smoothening with treatment which cost 4999 and i said okay fine. And I've paid 5898 with all GST and it's been only 1 week now and my hair is worst than before i did their recommendation. And i know off course my hair is already damage that's why I went there and ready to pay for how much it'll cost but now I'm so regret that I went there. I will never ever go there again.

I took keratin treatment, they said it will stay up to 30 washes but it did not stay for even 3 washes. Not worth. They even suggested to use their shampoo n conditioner totally I spent 6k. Waste of money.

Very money-minded people. If you are going for small cheap services they are treating you like cheap. If you are a big client with big money they offer water, tea, coffee and are very polite and respectful. My wife went there for pedicure and de-tan pack, she was not happy with the service because they didn't give her full attention. After customers posting reviews, they say they are unaware of us and never serviced us.

I got my nail extensions done, this is the best place they have almost every colour, awesome nude shades too must say, very disecnt and nice service yaar
