Hi I've visited Dr. Ravikeerthy he was Good but Staff behave like uneducated forcing to have COVID test want Money money, Unnecessarily for mild fever asked to do Blood test, COVID test, urine test, this Test - That Test Totally they are not satisfied until Patients have to Take Test it's V2k Rules. Before it was not like this

Very unprofessional set of staff and with all due respects for the qualification the doctor holds, he doesn't have any concern for the patients. I call him with a very good reference and he without understanding for what i called, he directs me to his "unprofessional Staff". The staff, even without understand what it is, just says in kannada " illige banni, appointment illa, first come first served, doctorru beligge 10 am to 12 am irtare and sanje 6pm inda irtare and hangs up the phone.

Promptly, my daughter calls the clinic before starting and was told " banni banni doctor ega bartare swalpa hotnalli". She takes the cab and reaches the clinical only to hear that " Doctor ivathu barolla". Just imagine the plight of traveling such long distance leaving college.

Suffering patients are asked to wait till morning n come after taking appointment. How can one suffering wait till next morning? Wonder if there is any ethics in this profession!

It's good. They have a digitalised system. Test results are uploaded to the website once they are completed. U can access the documents from anywhere.

Dr. Ravi Keerthi doesn't seem to believe in service. He is money minded and has absolutely no compassion what so ever, the basic quality of a doctor. My dad was on a follow up with this doctor and the receptionist made him wait for more than an hour and finally when he entered the consultation room, the doctor refused to see him as he is done for the day. Even after requesting, without considering the age, he refused to see the reports. I would condemn the inhumane attitude of this doctor in the strongest ways possible. Shame on you.

I would like to give zero.but there is no option for it. One of the worst please I have ever visited and the staff really unprofessional and very arrogant.

My friend had very bad experience here with an inhuman treatment with Dr. Ravi Keerthi even after requesting in case of emergency to look into my friends father and doctor clearly rejected to even look at the patient once. Such a negligent and inhuman behaviour. Never visit this hospital.

Doctor with less patience. Never listen to the patient completely. May be he will be busy in achieving the target of 25 set for the day.

On 6th September 2018 I had taken my Dad to this clinic. Yes definitely with appointment over the call. At the time of taking appointment, receptionist asked to be within 8: 00pm.

And when I reached at 7: 50pm receptionist conveyed message, because of 25 patients are already reached Dr.will not see 26th patient in a wrong tone. I told this is not the right way to speak to patients.

And by then it was 22nd patient number was called before that patient enter the doc cabin, I sneaked in n requested Doctor saying my Dad is ill n it's emergency.can you please see him as 26th, I will wait.please.

His response was amazing. With 2 hand namaste dayabittu Bejaar aagbedi. I wont see after 25 count. Sorry.and

It was like.in Kannada there is a saying "Chappalge shall sutkondu hodiyodu"

I seriously feel this doctor has no humanity, I don't know how he finished his MBBS. And as a doctor he has no motive serve to patient.

Worst responsive doctors. Patients are not at all Important. Don't visit this clinic if you have any critical conditions.
