It's an excellent place for budget rooms. Costs are too economical. Rooms are very neat clean and tidy. Services are good and Good parking space and it's located near to the city bus stop.

One of the best lodge to stay. Itz in the heart of the city. 100mtrs from Old bustnd. 2 kms frm New bustnd.within 1 km to theatres, market, shopping centres, food streets and eveb govt offices. Rooms are well cleaned and maintained and the service is good. Comparig room and price.u cannot get in the whole state. Overall itz good.

Very old structure, poor, old and not at all clean bed/bedspread chair and everything else.
Hot water available for shower that’s the only good thing I can say.

Rooms are below average. Not hygiene. But ok at that price. Good staff. Hot water is available in morning time.

Very good hotel at very cheap price. Neat and clean. Friendly staff, very nice people. Very much helpful for those who stays for longer time like sales/business people, bank employee who tours on inspection and auditing. Very near to old busstand. Only negative thing is the toilets bad smelling. Otherwise an excellent hotel for all people.

Whenever visit Hassan. Cheap and best lodge near Old Bus Stand. Walking distance 5 minutes. Hot water bath also available. Good room condition.
