Located near hulimavu lake. There are no other apartments near by.
Also near by area is still under development.
The lake is getting renovated. Roads are well maintained and connect to Bannerghatta road easily. Nearest mall is minakshi mall. There is no bus stop at walking distance of this apartment.

Very expensive given it's location is off Bannerghatta road. You can opt for villas in that amount. But flats are spacious and ventilated. Very less amenities in the amount they are quoting
