Doctor sudeep is to good
But receptionist is very worseand doesn't know how to respond to patients over phone call or in front of patient's she doesn't have talking manners because of her bad name to clinic

Mannerless Doctor and no humanity. Doctor name is Sudeep. We took our 22 months baby to hospital at around 8: 40 PM on Sep 20,2022; as she had fever of 101°F. As baby had fever all of sudden in Evening and not subsiding post one hour of giving CALPOL 250 of 2.5 ml, we rushed to the hospital and requested receptionist for Doctor consultation. As it was not a planned consultation, we could not take prior appointment. The receptionist denied Doctor's consultation with out prior appointment and upon request he asked us to make a call on hospital's landline and said he will connect to Doctor, if Doctor is willing to attend the call. Finally, Dr. Sudeep lifted the call after 10 min and listened to our request and asked us to come next day and also advised not to make emotional blackmail him. Finally, after hearing Dr Sudeep's words, we came out and went to some other near by hospital with the help of Auto driver and localites.
We personally feel,
1) Dr. Sudeep kind of doctors are shameful to the Doctor profession as he does not have humanity, empathy and emotional intelligence.
2) The receptionist is arrogant and no well behaviour.
Last but not the least, we tried for appointment of Dr. Sudeep in "PalmPower" APP before rushing to hospital. Though App showed that one slot is available, appointment was not confirmed and App threw an error while confirming the appointment. On saying this to receptionist, he did not pay attention at all.

We do not recommend this hospital for child care emergency consultation and normal consultation as well.

But front office receptionist is worse and doesn’t know how to respond to patients over phone even if we wish her good evening she doesn’t have courtesy to wish back
She tells ah heli Yenu
She doesn’t have talking manners Bcus of her bad name to clinic
She answers calls and if we tell emergency she will directly disconnect
My personal opinion someone in clinic teach her how to respond calls and give appointments not to be rude always we don’t call her just for time pass

I’m not sharing this only for one time
This worse behaviour from her has happened during almost all visit

Waste clinic and No manners how to behave with emergency patients. Specially on counter person.

The receptionist is very rude. Mannerless. Appointment is just for name sake, doesn't follow according to appointment. Worst management. But doctor treats well.

I took my daughter for check up. She was very ill could not even sit. Non of the staff was brothered to take a look and told me to wait for my turn. It is like fill the form first and later they will treat. In case any emergency no help. I was helpless for the first time.

Very good paediatric Doctor, but the only issue is with the receptionist very arrogant and answers rudely when we ask anything.

From the time of pregnancy I will talk to Dr Sudeep! Best paediatrician! Never searched for any other kids doctor! Thanks to doctor for giving such confidence! Never puts us into that emotional trauma like other doctors! Every visit has given us smile!

Referred many patients, and we always received a very positive feed back about Dr Sowmya. Her caring approach and concern towards patients makes her a best paediatric docotor in vijayanagar'

Very poor facility, there is no proper place to sit and wait, can't take appointments on time, very much irresponsible receptionist.

Its totally crowded on weekends, no protocols nothing in place.

Dr Sowmya very rarely visits the clinic and no care towards patient.
Receptionists are very rude and no proper communication.

Don't think Dr. Sudeep is an M. D. (masters) in pediatrics. Must be a Post Grad Diploma in Ped. One of his displayed qualifications is actually an Ayurvedic/nutrition course. This particular degree is not a mainstream medicine degree.

His patient counseling is good, clinic cleanlinesse also is good.

In our case his diagnosis was grossly wrong. Almost agreed to his advice of giving strong anti biotics, steroidal syrup, nebulisation to a 6 month old baby with a persistent cough and runny nose. Another specialist doctor diagnosed it correctly to be actually a simple case of common cold, combined with acid flux as we just had started solid foods.

Another time he referred us to a specialist opthalmologist who wasn't fully relavant to our requirement. This one in turn referred us to another specialist opthalmologist who was relevant. So I suppose slight incompetence of Dr. Sudeep in not referring us to the right specialist!

But I know he has got a lot of loyal patients and his clinic is full almost always. So I'm sure he's doing quite a few basic things right.

I have been visiting the doctor since my son's birth. He is most assuring, humble n a brilliant doctor.

Fantastic doctor. So much patience! I had tons of questions. Very approachable, well versed with kids conditions and treatments. Traces out couple paths for you so that you know exactly what to do when situations turn.no panic mode! Hoping this wonderful Dr remains the same in the future too once he is recognised with top accolades!

He is giving Heavy dose medicine to kids. He is not even checking the kids well. He is very busy to hear the patient's problem. Not recommended.

Dr Soumya is worst doctor i have ever seen not satisfied with treatment. Waist of money and time both.

Very poor. No Ethics. We went there once with our kid, when she had high temperature, we requested them to check or give an appointment.he said he's busy and give the medice which you have. We said we don't know what medicine we have to give. He said don't waste my time, it's your problem. Not recommended.

Good information by the dr about anything related to kids. Hears to u calmly and has lots of patience in answering your query.

Just money maker, emergency treatment will not available if appointment not taken. Staff service is very poor.
