I had a very bad experience today at their retail outlet in Jayanagar. Staff is not cooperative and very rogue in behavior. I have been to this outlet plenty of times earlier but never experienced such. Mr Kiran was on leave, some other idiot sitting in his place spoiled Mr. Kiran's hardwork and rapo. Feeling sad

The attendants are helpful but they only speak the local language, which isn’t helpful for many customers. Most of the times there’s a delay in getting a small thing because of only one attendant catering to all customers.
