Horrible experience, all the saree stains are remaining even after dry clean and silk sarees have been shrunk at the border.they dont have manners to talk to customers. 1 star is also not worthy for them

The most stupid place to get you cloths done. There is no guarantee that you will get all of your cloths back. She tells that it will take 2 day to iron cloths and actually takes more than 2 weeks. She doesn't have manners how to talk to people. Neither she is co operative. Waster of money time and energy. Don't even think of this place as an option.

Worst worst experience. I doubt they are using clothes for their personal use.never ever give in this shop

Horrible they don't know to respect customers, the lady over there argues just for money without giving proper service.

The vendor dont stay at shop. Don't respond to calls also. I have to wait for hours together. Waste service.

Very bad customer service. The lady in the counter need to learn some manners and how to talk to customers. She is too arrogant and does not know how to talk to people. They don't accept any digital wallets and they accept only EXACT CASH. They don't deliver cloths on time. There will be multiple delays with out any proper justification. Pathetic service.

Worst drycleaning shop. Took time of 10 days and after that also drycleaning is not done and phone is not reachable. Really pathetic service.

Absolutely pathetic. No respect to the customers. Not delivering on time. On a loss of receipt it is pain to get back your clothes. This shop will have a duplicate receipt and can provide your clothes but no, they will need to check with the owner and give you only an update and for this process more than 30 hours is required. Seriously!
