No proper response to customers don't know how to behave with customers very very bad experience

Poor customer service & irresponsible behavior of ilavarasan is annoying

Courteous, patient and every staff values the customer, even if we were to browse around. They showed around, were patient enough to offer options and explain, offered to customise some equipment even if for small qty. All this at busy times. I felt I am valued with 100%attention. They have lot of patience to show the equipments.
