I had a fantastic experience Dr. Divya and the staff Srikanta were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to address all of my concerns and provided clear explanations every step of the way. Their professionalism and empathy made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I'm so grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care.

Overall very good experience for my father's cataract surgery, for both eyes.
Dr Kapil was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process.
Staff handling the patient and counseling staff at the hospital were very helpful in explaining in the post op procedures to follow

I am wearing glasses for 12 years, i had the best experience from the staffs before 2 years, but the doctor practitioners now only GOD knows whether they are qualified or not, only interested to motivate for Lasik, if you disagree they give impaired vision numbers, which increases headache, irritation, etc, I DONT PREFER/REFER TO HAVE REGULAR CHECK UPS HERE.better to have check in the nearby stores for your better eyesight.

Its a great place. Dr. Devashish saw me, he is very professional. I am fully satisfied by the services being offered here.

My Aunt had a cataract problem and got operated recently in Vasan Eye Care, Rajajinagar. Dr Raksha J Vaishnav took excellent care, we are very happy with her service, i definitely recommend to visit this hospital, specially Dr Raksha if required.

Worst customer service. Simply checkuping for eye sight. If you have a good eye sight. Treating with customers not good. Im not recommending to anyone

My father is grateful to vasan hospital for managing his problem.

We have been trying extremely hard to get cataract surgery for my father for the past 8 years. Since my father had major neck issues (cervical spondylitis), used to have 4 pillows to sleep, many places in Bangalore found it very difficult and couldn't do the cataract surgery. However, thanks to the wonderful team at Vasaneye care at Rajajinagar. They took this as a challenge and successfully did the surgery at ease. The whole experience was very smooth and i can't believe we got it done in a jiffy.i would like to offer my sincere thanks to team of doctors and support staff at Vasaneye care, Rajajinagar. Patient care at its best is what we witnessed.

Very very poor customers care service. Even they don't know how to treat patients. Especially there is one doctor Dr Deepika she not care about the patients and she behaves very rashly with patients. Over all vasan eye Care is only to earn money by cheating people

Good response from all the staff specially case-less and insurance you did not worry about the document work no need to fallow up with insurance agent the hole responsibility Vasan Staff will take care.
The staff and doctors are very cooperative and polite.

My mother went for checkup due to vision blurness, the doctor has not taken a proper care to investige the problem no satisfaction, no improvement wate of money and time

I had very bad experience with this hospital, I had lost my right eye due to negligence of the doctors. Past 10 years back undergone ICL operation at that time it was good and 3 years back lost my right vision and went to hospital that said catract and done surgery but i didn't get my vision, later they at the time of surgery Retina has dislocated and will get it rectified from another surgery after that also I didn't get my vision.
Later from another doctor at different hospital came to know that at the time first surgery they did a mistake but i don't have any proofs to claim that.
Now I am struggling to get back my eyes, bcoz due this eyes will get shrivk and it's clear that i won't get the vision back.

I would actually like to give zero star because there is no use of investing all such money Doctor is not professional waste of time Dr Deepika had made many surgeries put she is not capable to handle it perfectly we wasted 1year going to this Vasan eye care hospital don't waste time and money going ther for ur eye problem

Worst experience with the hospital, they make u wait for hours together just for showoff, u must chumma spend money no use after treatment also. Please don't visit this Vasan eye care Rajajinagar

Very very very slow process. Patients are made to sit for 3 hours & are treated like dirt.

Please do not buy lenses from vasan store they are cheaters, I recently bought specks while ordering I ordered 1.74 lenses since my power was high but they cheated me giving 1.56. Will be registering complaint against vasan

I was directed by the doctor at R. T. Nagar branch to get a specialist's opinion at the Rajajinagar branch in June 2021.
This place is worst because the doctor here thinks she is some demi god who cant even talk to the patient regarding their problem and instead you have to discuss the diagnosis of your problem, the treatment decided, duration of the treatment, success rate of the treatment and all other important queries related to your eyes and vision with a optician who doubles up as a counsellor when he does not have anyone to sell his specs.
I had made it very clear to them from the beginning that I need a cashless treatment since I have a good health insurance policy that covers everything related to medical treatment of eyes. They also agreed to do the same and made me go from R. T. Nagar to Rajajinagar 4 times, each time asking for a different document and making false promises of fixing the date for the treatment.
I had even been asked by one person Geetha to start putting the drops for the eye with the problem and then there would be no one to respond to my repeated phone calls to know the exact date and time fixed for the procedure. This happened 3 times and it is now September 2021 and I am still waiting for the great day and moment when Vasan eye care will contact me and that too after collecting my PAN card, AADHAAR and Mediclaim details.
Anyway, there are plenty of good eye care hospitals in Bangalore who know what to do and how to do and are humane and honest in their dealings and I have already found a solution to my problem.
Vasan eye care network is one mighty fraud network of hospitals in Bangalore for sure and deserves negative rating and not even one star.

Horrible customer service. Facility looks like government facilities with all dirty and torn seats, zero maintenance. Staff enjoy their time talking loudly with least respect to patient around.

They say consultation but they wat they say is not convincing they are always interested in money

Worst place! They make you wait for 3 to 4 hours. There are no doctor's available and they really don't care.

Recently we visit RajajiNagar vasan eye care branch. We really got wondered because of them service.it's really RIDICULOUS & HORRIBLE!
1. There is no proper response form customer care staffs. No friendly Attitude, Not Greatting customers (All are very lazy and very slow, they have more intrest to watching TV). Even they doesn't know about the delay of doctors.and they not reddy to call and ask also. We had waited more than hour but nobody concerned it! !
2. In Optical Department is too bad
They will not deliver Opticals in time.
We have to call several times. Simply wasting our time and money there!
Please maintain good quality of service to customers. Money is Doesn't matter to patients they will expect good quality of service from ur Hospital!
