I visited vasan eye care, banaswadi branch for my daughter's eye check-up. The hospital is clean and tidy, supportive and trained staff, we've got good reception. Totally i'm satisfied with the checkup

My dad had some eye problem. I consulted with Dr. Swetha.she is explorined the of the my dad retina issues. Overall it's satisfied.

I have done my lasik surgery for my both eyes by Dr. Harsha Vardhan sir and guided by Mamatha mam and now my vision is much clear and I’m much satisfied

Hrbr layout vasaneye care staff are not trained well, they are really careless, Custer need to visit multiple for single reason very unprofessional service and need more training if not customer will go there.

Most unprofessional bunch of medical staffs I came across. They dont give you medical prescriptions, everything here is verbal and you are just sent from one branch to another without telling the exact problem.

Gone for eye infection drops priscribed by the doctor now both the eye got infection no use with that drops

Pathetic, Don't visit this eye center, Doctor completes the patient within a minute. It is like a ship yard.

Am happy with the treatment at this branch.
Dr.poonnkodi is very good.
And even Rakesh optical has given good service to home delivery.

Not only has she taken great care of my husband's medical condition, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I would highly recommend the hospital, as the doctors and staffs there are very capable and friendly.

Visited here for my son's vision check. The doctor's were good and explained in detail about need of lens. The lenses sold here are little bit higher side considered other shops.

They have a system of overcharging and conducting bogus tests. While some of the doctors are empathetic, the entire unit is filled with greedy helps, assistant and receptionists who want to leach out money at every opportunity.

Good Service was provided. My Mother-in-law cataract surgery was done and well maintained and Good service by the doctor.

My father cataract surgery was done, good service was provided, very good doctors & staff, counsellor mamtha explained very well.

The experience at this hospital is good. Doctor Anand performed Cataract for my mother 3 days ago and everything is fine so far. The supporting staff and doctors are friendly and answer all the questions patiently.

Now I understood that Why these people have more negative reviews. I called them twice and enquired my concern today. They assured a service within 20 minutes assuming something. When I reached there, they were like it will take 3 days. Please educate your staff.

I had visited the clinic for consultation regarding swelling and pain in my eye. The waiting period was around 30mins due to many patients, but the consultation was very swift and fast.

Due to COVID, proper social distancing and sanitisation steps were followed.

Overall had a good experience.

We had very bad experience with doctor Alka, she dosnt have patience to listen anyone very rudely speaking vth senior citizen, she is mentally ill though she charging very high, dosnt have value for person only money making dr Alka, I would like to give zero rating, please guy don't visit dr Alka, please do visit dr padmaja she is far better then her, same test she ask to do many times wasting of money very arrogant please don't visit her, visit dr padmaja

Last week I went to vasan for an eye check up and found out that my eye pressure was not normal. I met Dr Alka and she explained me about eye pressure and related things. I was very impressed with the way she dealt my apprehensions.

Very impolite doctor with too much negative attitude. He saw my eye check up details and then asked me to go and select spectacle from their shop. He should atleast explain me the details and case study, he was not interested in that, consultation over within a minute, where i dont have any clue about my eye problems. Worst branch worst treatment.

Very bad service, unprofessional receptionist no value for money they change their tones to grab the money. Receptionist doesn't know to respect the people, first teach her how to respect and welcome. If this continues hospital doesn't lasts longer. My suggestion don't go to vasan eye care. There are so my free camps for eye test and they care batter than vasan

Hi all, tis is the worst hospital. And the staff. Oly money minded ppl are ter. My Father went check eyes thn thy said 10000k eyes operation. As I took my fathr for eyes check. Thy said 30k. And worst thing is doctr who said if u dnt do operations ur fathr ll be lik dog tyed in chair and ll feed him. Pls I request all the ppl dnt go vasan eye care. Go to the govt hostel. We're it ll be free and gud Checkup done. Pls do befr u ppl visit vasan read the reviews. Thank u be safe with ur beautiful eyes.

It was worst experience with everyone especially with mr dr (alka varghase) I think she has some family tension are might be she is not getting proper salary. Tats the reason she behaved lik nonsense with the everyone so rude no humanity. Pls people do go this hospital we have to teach them the lesson. I dont think so they care about any rewiew bcz they are not mature enough to care about anyone.

Most unprofessional staff. The front desk lady was unprofessional in her approach - very rude in her conversation. They just don’t understand how to respect and how to interact with senior citizens. The best part of my experience is the team losses the case sheet and very lethargically ask us to go through all the preliminary tests once again.
They are not ready to even check the patient unless we show them the payment receipt and once they confirm on the receipt only then they allow us to meet the doctors. Team handles the patients information at ease. Only after we had to talk to them in high pitch everyone went on their toes and found the case sheet. It’s not only with the staff it’s the same with the doctors.this place has lost its glory and fame.never will step into this place again.

Recently I had some issue with my left eye, I was very scared because in the morning when I woke up I was unable to open my left eye. I visited vasan eye care, banaswadi and it was really good. The staff behavior is very nice.

Unprofessional staffs, they doesn't know how to talk or respond, especially the receptionist.if their was an option of negative rating, I would have definitely given -1. Please don't visit this hospital, it's waste of time. They doesn't know anything.
