Had a good experience and sis Nayana was really helpful. And Doctor Parul did good job in explaining the checkup

Am mrs. Padma I got both eye catract doctor madura mam has been explained the reading surgery and done my vision is 100% am satisfied the sergery and than k you so much dr. Madura eye can see verry well mrs. Nayana has been helped me to proses the insurance verry soon thank you nayana and all the staffs how helped me in the surgery thank you r.t. Nagar vasan branch and doctor's!

As I was having catract in my eye unable to see I visited vasan eye care rtnagar branch the dr Parul mam suggest to the operation and i underwent surgery in rtnagar Doctor did very nice and I got my vision in minum cost done surgery thanks to Parul mam and mary mam

It was such a nice experience being there for my session. The staffs are very cooperative and helpful especially the optometrist.

The treatment was really very good, all the staffs and doctors where very kind, the best thing is that my eyes is back to how it was when I was young

Wouldn't suggest to go here no one answers landline when reached the hospital the doctor isn't available anyways they don't even give original patients documents. Instead they handover xerox copy to patient's i never seen such a weird policy in my entire life. Been to many hospitals this the only weird hospital. I regret going here. They keep patient's original documents in a very shabby way without maintaining a folder

When Doc not available still assistant taking money and consuming more time. Again we have to visit when doctor available "" Not recommended to any patient""

Worst place this is they make us wait too long without reason put drops etccc never suggest you guys this I have come here at 1-30 and now it’s 3: 50 n they have put drops and told to wait from so long no use it’s waste of time worst hospital

Wonderful experience in Vasan Eye Care, R. T. Nagar. All staff are friendly. Dr. Lavanya is a great doctor. She was very friendly, understanding and listened to my concerns about my eyes. She explained everything to me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a eye specialist!

Went for my annual eye check up recently, very happy with the doctors and their approach towards managing patients. A big thumbs up to the doctors here, especially Dr Anisha and Dr Lavanya!

Vary good doctor specially by name Dr.lavanya T she is very sympathetic and also very very cooperative i recommend to consult her for any eye problem it will cure with in aday that is my personal experience

If you see their advertisements, they are the best.but honestly the reality is different. Zero customer service, even though you go to this hospital with a severe eye infection or problem, they take an hour only to examine and find out what is wrong. Lack of seriousness and lack of compassion towards patients are clearly evident. Things need to speed up and timely intervention is needed.but everything is slow!

The doctors are very unprofessional and keep having "meetings" while there's a huge line of patients waiting. Very unprofessional behavior and rude attitude of doctors especially doctor lavanya and anisha shetty. They keep taking calls during consultations. Pathetic, please go anywhere else

Good cooperation from staff and doctor, very good explanation from counseling, I am to this branch, I will advice to visit my friend and family to the same.

Staffs all co operative and communicative when comes to dealing and guiding with the patients and arriving people, especially Sagay maam and Sathya maam are down to earth in providing services in the time of need.

This brand hospital don't have an card machine. And the receptionist welcome was so great i can forget.

Facility is Good, at the time of my visit They were not accepting card payment and paytm due some technical problems.

The services are the worst and never expected this from a well reputed hospital. The doctors are very rude and to get your eyes checked it takes around 2 hours of time. And sometimes if you visit this hospital during the evening (6: 30-8) they will take the consultation fee but later the doctor will deny to check your eye n ask you to come the next day. The next day also you gotta pay the fee. Just gold diggers.
