Cutest little bakery with welcoming staff! Got some delicious macaroons and other sweets that are new to us but delicious. Everything was packaged so neat and fresh. Will definitely be coming more frequently, glad we stopped by

This place has lost all its charm. Recently bought cakes, puffs and biscuits which weren't good at all. Tasted very average. Not going again.

It's just like ordinary bakery, food taste & quality below average only. I tasted their signature item called KBC (Kara Bun Congress) not that much feel good, I was purchased few other items like Salt biscuit, Rusk, Bread.all these items are worst in taste.
There is no uniqueness or special with their foods.

One of the worst bakery. Overhyped and over rated. I would recommend to skip at any cost. Blunt taste and no essence of flavors

We had ordered a birthday cake and a
Fire sparkle candle (the pipe) which basted out and burnt my hair

We got most kinds of biscuits, fruit/plum cake and chocolate cake. The guy in the store said their Congress bun is very good but haven’t tried it yet. The service seemed a little rude in the beginning but when they realized it was my first time there they were helpful. It was a raining and there was road work going on the access to the bakery was challenging and messy.

If there is any rating below 1 definetly I'll give that one. The staff didn't give any respect to customers such an arrogant behaviour

It's a very old bakery was a good bakery in 80s, but not that good know a day's not worth sorry, I am disappointed.

V b bakery has lost its quality.
The items are not tasty.
I purchased salt and sweet biscuits and rusk.
It's not tasty and worthy.
No manufacturing date no expiry date on the packed covers.

This iconic bakery has lost its charm, the products available now is very basic in its taste & quality, some r very poor
, some products are very costly, packaging is absolutely not acceptable, the only thing we feel is old memories.

The BEST Dumrot in town. All other Bakery usuals like Pups, Assorted Biscuits are very tasty. Wallet factor slightly higher but worthy almost the same.

The old charm is no longer seen. The shop display is much smaller. The bakery items retain their taste, which is absolutely superb.

This is one of the iconic bakery in Bangalore and they have some of the most unique food. The Congress bun and honey cake are always my favourites here. Apart from this they also have a variety of breads from masala bread, whole wheat bread etc. Also, the people who work here are always happy to share recommendations whenever you ask. Do visit this place when you are around the area.

The concept of customer service practically doesn't exist. Workers serve unhygenically without wearing gloves, they wear them when questioned. They are keen on profits and look at you in an ill mannered way if you happen to bill items even 1 re short of 100. Bosses are waiting to count notes and profit rather than serving customers with a smile on their face.they shout at you if you do not tender exact change. Which is why you see THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH OLD MEN, they need to employ more young and energetic souls to connect to modern times. Truly, they have lost their past glory.

Very old but very tasty. Kids love the cake. Unlike today's over creamish cake. Its very spongy and yummy. All the items are fresh

All varieties of bakery items available in one roof. Tasty and hygienic. Maintained since so may decades.

I always find a fresh selection of baked goods cakes sweets and more. Really nice khara bun when some butter is added. The dhomrot on Saturday and Sunday are very fresh and awesome.

Good bun butter jam, congress bun, potato bun and cheese bun, for breakfast could be a good change. Other products are good & hygienic.

It has become very ordinary bakery in terms of quality. These so called cashew and salt biscuits tasted so bad. The reason for the same not known but they were one of the landmark bakery of Bangalore. Nowadays lesser known bakerys are providing quality products.

I love this place for varieties of bakery items like Buns, breads, cakes, Dumrote, Congress Bun n Bun butter Jam
But the staff is rude and service is slow, but the taste never fails.

During my Childhood almost all weekends my father used to bring Khara buns, Puffs and Aloo buns from V B Bakery, Those days all food items were too Good that i cant express now. Some emotions of memories were literally attached.

But Recently all the way from Vidyaranyapura we visited V B Bakery and Utterly disappointed. Normal bakeries are far best than this bakery. Cost is toooo high and impatient employees and pathetic taste. I never expected Veg puff to be tasteless and stuffing was pathetic in that.even Aloo bun was not good.

Instead of making money give good quality of food and even quantity is also very less.

Highly Disappointed! I do not recommend V B Bakery Anymore!

VB Bakery is doing best at what it has been doing best for decades like Badam Burfi (30 a piece), congress bun and special bun.
However, khara biscuits have no khara or pepper missing.
Customer service to be streamlined, very haphazard service.

Simple old world iyengar bakery items.
Dispensing guys are arrogant and impolite. Just dont understand why. This is customer oriented place. Owners should give importance to customer approach, just making money in any way should not be the objective.

You get all bakery items here, suggest to taste variety of buns, like greens bun, bun butter jam, peanut bun, also the plain sponge cake is also good.

High quality bakery items. One of the oldest and popular bakeries in Bangalore. You get fresh bread, bun, cakes, biscuits all the time.

Always a favorite place for any 80s Banglorean kid. As from young we used to have there Kara (spicy) bun and there famous rusk, apple cakes. It's a place where we can go back in time and recall things. Everything tastes great here

Age old taste gives you a nostalgic feel except for service which has become slow and the staff started to wear t shirt instead of banyian

Excellent place for bakery items. You should try congress bun (nothing but bun stuffed with peanuts and butter). We ordered congress bread, jam bread and lot of cookies. It's a vintage shop no doubt.

Located in v.v puram food street. Definition of bakery. Offers very tasty and hygienic baked foodstuff. Special bun with butter and jam is very famous and delicious here. It's one of the famous bakeries in Bangalore.

Wow one of the best and very old bakery. They maintain same taste and quality from long time. It is like a landmark for many to provide any address. Cost is also moderate. Visit and try different varieties here.

Their products and condiments are good but the uncle that sits there has bad mouth. He acts like he is the only boss there. Do not forget that there are lot of other options available in the competition now and the name that you've earned can be drowned in no time.

I heard they're famous for their honey cake but it tastes dry and lacked any jam on top. The cake was very bad. There Stars only for their Congress bun. Although the bun to peanuts ratio is not even.

VB bakery, best place for Dhamroot (sweet), rusk, cashew biscuits, plain cake.list will proceed.in short every item over here is really good.

Appearance is rickety rack. Could not recognise store! Kara and butter biscuits were not what used to be in the 50's. But the buns with jam and raisins, were tasty.

Age old bakery in Bangalore. Resurrected after a bad phase in between. Still get mouth watering and quality stuff as in the past decades

Good bakery. Has been in operation for a long time. My Favourite includes fruits cake, plain cake, butter biscuits, potato puffs etc. Kids love this place. Staff is very friendly
