Best sunlight and ventilation in every home. Generous space and verdant greenery with many coconut trees. Once fully complete the place will be a veritable feast for the eyes!

I had been here to my friends place they have bought a beautiful luxury villa here. The houses are in contemporary style with good natural lighting and air the environment is also peaceful and pollution free.

Good plan-poor work at site. Joint venture. I meet landlord near temple, close to VDB willow farm, with his big dogs. Good man. He told- issues with builder due to very delayed handover. Launched in 2011. Builder not committed. Orignal completion time-2014. Access road dispute. VDB sighting reasons like No sales-no money, Demontisation-no money, RERA-no money, GST-no money, No clubhouse-no money, No approvals-no money to pay officials. I am agent showing this place to customer since 2012. Now stopped showing this property due to bad progress.
