After the change in staff which was a good move by the dealership the service and attention provided was great. I had a fear to give my vehicle for service here but after I came to know on the changes done. I gave it another chance and I am now happy with the service provided.
Would recommend the previous buyers who have bought the vehicle from here and have experienced bad after sales - Do consider giving them a 2nd chance.

The new team wanted a review for that sake requested me and i agreed to give them good one. Once i opened my review as i had given the review previously i was unable to rate and asked them help, they deleted that so that i can give 5 of for them. This wasnt acceptable. Later i started lookin for my previous post and check which wasn't there anymore.
Anyway the vespa centre has changed the whole lot team appriciate it if they had done the same quote years back before they spoilt all of my vehicle parts and said it is damaged and was shocked when they call to say this and asked when i left vehicle for all was good all of sudden where this exists from. Later had to pick vehicle paying they for nothing and later got the repair done in 1/4 th the price what Arun & Sandeep had quoted. Was so heartbroken thinking why did i get vehicle from Navin Associates as the worst service started from vega automotive.
Now new trial new team all the best for all vega automotive customers including me to see where we all end with our vehicle service.
I got my wife's vespa serviced back in july, 2021. The vespa was not used much (~1200 KM) but because of no use for 3-4 months the battery was discharged. I took the scooty to the service center. Someone named Arun was the manager then. He told me that he will check what is wrong and call me back in a day or two.
Next day I got a call from him where he mentioned the battery is dead and it needs replacement. On top of it, he said the silencer is blocked and it needs cleaning and welding. I was a bit suspicious about the silencer repair as the vespa was not used much but he somehow convinced me that it can happen even if the vehicle is new. He mentioned that the charges to fix silencer would be approximately Rs. 4000. I was a bit shocked about it as the charges seemed too high. I asked him about it and he said Vespa silencer is different and other stuff, all non-sense. I did not double check with any other service center or local mechanics that time.
Today, I went again to the same service center in Koramangala for a battery related issue and there is a new manager now. I told him about the silencer thing which had happened last time. He said that normally it takes Rs. 150 to do welding and cleaning. Even in the worst case it should not be more than Rs 300.
After this I called a couple of local mechanics about it. And they mentioned the price in the range Rs 200 - 400.
So the service center has taken roughly 15-20 times the actual amount required for cleaning and welding the silencer.
Now I am convinced that both the battery and the silencer were working fine. Just the battery was discharged and it would have worked fine after recharging. They did not give me the old battery. So I paid them total 4130 (for silencer repair) + 2000 (for a new battery). If I had gone to a local mechanic, he would have charged me Rs. 150 to recharge the battery and Rs. 150 - 300 for silencer repair. This is assuming both battery and silencer had issues otherwise I would be paying only 150 to recharge the battery.
I would say don't buy vespa at all and even if you do then don't go to this service center. This service center is hosting a bunch of scamsters.

It's going to be 2 years since I bought Aprilia storm and I haven't received my RC book yet. I contacted the manager Sandeep multiple times. He initially used to respond saying he will get my RC book from the RTO and let me know, now he stopped responding to my call also. With the pandemic going on, I came back to my hometown in Kerala, so I can't go to the showroom and ask them. I'm writing about my experience here so that somebody from the showroom sees this review and reach back to me.
The staff is really what has me coming back. This place has some great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard! It is also very busy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great. Great service! Thankyou vega Automotive!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOWROOM! Don't ever buy an Aprilia from this showroom! The day when I got delivered Aprilia sr150 I faced a problem, and even RC card is not proper yet, the colour of my Aprilia is RED but it's mentioned as BLUE, it's been a year since I bought Aprilia, till now I didn't get my RC book yet.manager of showroom is very rude
I have bought my vespa vxl 150 in Naveen assosiates, Service is ok ok, earlier I use to give the bike service here they just do basic service, they won't resolve the main problems that we ask for. First of all the way they take the bike inside n out side of the service center is worst, it will cause the damage to suspension n brakes, in just 4 service 5k kms I have got the problem with front suspension n got the more vibration s in the front. The bike is used by my wife n it is always used very moderately on a super smooth road.
From last yr for 3 service, I have given the bike to trusted local shop they do really good job n suspesion bushes n all replaced, probelms that I faced earlier is completely resolved. Completed 9k now, no issues at all. Bike is in mint condition. I will never visit this service center again.
Gave Bike for Service. They have kept it for 3 days.still not delivered.they are saying the invoice is not generated yet and hence cannot deliver.please avoid this place.they dont bother calling to give updates also and keep saying it will be delivered in 30 mins.
I bought a vehicle from them almost two years back, the service is horrible, they charge absurd amounts of money for services that they don’t provide. There was this guy who claimed to be the manager named Arun, he spoke very rudely when I raised my concerns. They have been overcharging and not servicing the vehicle at all. He even refused to wear a mask claiming that he does not care. This kind of rudeness is what really disturbs me as a customer. I urge you all to never purchase a vehicle from them. I regret doing business with them.
Poor at handling customers, no proper response Vehicle default, we are paying so much but too not getting proper vehicle, major thing is they don't communicate or respond properly, not at all satisfactory, vehicle service is too bad although I had said them about vehicle problem, but too while receiving vehicle back the issue wasn't solved, don't buy and regret like me, look for good showrooms.
I visited their store to purchase a vespa scooter. The Manager told it's manufactured in Dec 2020 and we got delivery in jan end. He was fast in delivery may be to decrease an inventory as we saw hundreds of scooters Parked in first floor. He showed some manipulated excel with manufacturing month. After 45 days when we received RC card shocked to see the actual manufacturing date was July 2020. They cheated us and the vehicle has a mechanical issue as it get heat up after few kms we cant keep any stuff in the boot under seat.it get heat even during evening time.
Vega automotive is run by fraud people. From manager Sandeep to service department incharge Padma all are irresponsible and rude. They never have anything in stock plus they loot you in the name of service. They have staff with zero knowledge and dumb executives. Beware of these frauds.
Went for a service for my aprilia SR 150. Need to mention the staffs were courteous and a special mention to Saravana from the service team, who had helped me to understand every bit of it in a detailed way and making sure that the service is plain sailing. Good job team! Highly recommended.

WORST Staff and Service. Don't buy any vehicle here. My friend Thara had a vespa which is locked in ma hometown. Asked them to courier a horn. They said no. This is the way they treat u. Instead buy the vehicle in any other showroom

Hi I have done my service for my bike since 2yrs but wasn't satisfied with the sevices done by the staffs. I only got negligence. Only while i bought new vehicle they wr just ready to sell n grab money when it came for services i dint find a genial person n also they just loot money, but since couple of months on of the staff named Mr.desing is guiding me the exact services with reasonable price n now Im totally satsified with his service for my Vehicle. Dear Team, I had given my vespa bike for service in this branch near christ college Vega Automotive. I was totally satisfied with the service in this place for the first time in these many years, everytime when I leave my bike for service, I dint get the right information or Service done by any of the staff.but this time was very happy for my bike with reasonable price. With Whole Heartfully I thank Mr. Desing for his profesionalisium with customers and know everything about the complicated problem in the bike. He helped me to rectify my bike. Service center is worst, staff working there are very rude behavior and I had took my aprilia brand new for service there some noice in the engine which they are not able to fix it. They just accept the scooter and keep enter day just do water wash and give it too you. When you question the sound is similar what I had given to fix they have simple answer it will go in sometime.
They don't have proper mechanics to address the issue.
I strongly recommend and suggest not to buy any scooter from this delear.
I had been here to get the quotation for Aprilia 125 one afternoon. I felt something was amiss. I found this place not very appealing. I do not know if it has got to do with the interiors or with the sales advisors. The sales agents could be a little more compelling in connecting with the customers. They were a little casual I believe.
This is a very cramped place for sure for a two wheeler showroom. The first floor of this showroom is used as a store room and I think it sends out a wrong message to prospective buyers. Good luck!
Even today i have given my vespa to service, such a fethetic service they have done 3rd class service dont get cheeted with them, paid 3200 rs for washing n polishing ntng else all ptobmlem are still alive
Experienced worst service for my vespa yesterday, they charged me he's 2958/- for ntng, even said issues is still exists, they don't ask customer for any parts issue in vehicle they do their own and charge u like anything, you can easily get your car service done for the cost u spend here in this service centers, I gave a feedback form also but no use, I strongly don't recommend this service center,
