I have started my career in VEN India, due to health issue I have resigned within 45 days I have informed to my client but client was didn't update to VEN India about health issue, it's my mistake to update VEN India so VEN India HR team thinking I am abscond after that I have got offer in one more organization now my present company they are asking me about VEN India experience letter due to moonlight hence I have contact to VEN India HR team they are Very helpful and quick response.

I had been shortlisted for an interview by them and interview also done. But later they haven't given any further update about my interview and didn't even respond to my calls and messages. Been worst experience with them.
Fraud company don't join anyone Director also big fraud PF not paying This company Employee Salary not giving This is a criminal company. HR is the worst human you will ever come across. This company does not give reliving letter to it's employees and openly challenges that if any employee gets a back ground verification they will say the employee is bad at performance or has absconded. Value for employees is pathetic. Many people are unable to go through back ground verification due to the immoral this company holds. By law they can't stop the reliving letter of employees. I will definitely file a case. The HR lady and director must face the law. The clients should know this is a cheating/ fraud company and does not value it's employees at all.

Any actual company approach this company for their short term assignment/temporary requirement of people. Then VEN India will recruit people and deploy to needful MNC
MNC will give salary to VEN india and VEN will pay for you.
These detail HR people will hide until you join, and you will join that MNC where no recognition/respect for these third party payroll employees.
If MNC finds their short term requirement is full filled then they cancel contract with VEN, and you will lost job
Its totally trash to join any company on third party payroll. If you still have any doubt go and visit their office and concerned HRs before you accept any offer letters.

In my perspective, it is one of the worst company.i would like to specially express my anger towards HR persons. While selection process, they don't have creteria to opt the people. Any qualifications person will be designated any post. They don't even bother experienced candidate might not provided right salary. It's purely unethical process adopting during selection process. HR people pls select right candidate to right designation. Even your a small decision will impact more effect those who sufferers.

First of all. Its a very good company for a fresher or for a experienced one to work with. The workplace is awesome. As I am fresher I was not having much knowledge about the work profile. But the environment that seniors have created is really appreciable, you will automatically not hesitate to clear your doubts and ask solutions for the problem which arises.

These are very unless people who handle the management. I have over 1.5 years left this company but the PF amount hasn't received yet. I called many times but these people don't even answer the call. They do fraud with ours. Never forget to Join this company. This is my personal experience.

As per our many telephonic discussion and trailing mail.i have worked in the organisation upto the last given by you at wdfc project, i had completed all the exit process required. Untill now organization had not done my April month salary and final settlement as per policy i have given you 45 days for it, now it has crossed more than 6months yet you are just saying we will do it as early as possible.

I worked in HR Dept, Worst company in my career their never pay PF contribution for every one. I worked for just 6 month wht abt more than 1yrs employee.
Looks like its the Fake consultancy. We were in bad need of job and at the same time we got a call from them saying they have openings for their Client JSW at Dolvi Mumbai. After so many followups we got call letter and they asked us to go to Dolvi for interview. We traveled from Shimoga and planned our stay everything in a day because of hope we had on them and requirement of job. On the day of interview they said the interview at the venue they said the interview has cancelled and asked us to wait for a day.so we again booked the room and stayed there. Next day they called and said they will provide reimbursement for the inconvenience caused and asked us to leave the location.
They immediately asked us to submit all the bills.we submitted as they insisted. Till now No response. Its been 3 months.when we called twice their employee said we will receive soon. But it is not yet happened. Looks like they took the reimbursed amount from their client JSW by using our bills and they are not ready to submit it to us. OR The big industry JSW may be fake. God knows the answer.
We can file a case in consumer court since we have call recordings, interview call letter and mail details through which we submitted the bills. Being a responsible company in society this is not advisable. By seeing this review I hope they will reimburse soon.
Poor communication, they have challenge with resolving any issue and it takes quite long for reverting. Executive sometime goes in hibernation mode, you hv to keep chasing and they will just respond with some lame excuses.
Unprofessional consultancy. They will vouch for your job and once you go for the interview then they don't get interested in telling you if you are selected or not.
Salary of december 2018 and january 2019 has not yet reached the account.but december salary slip is generated.and also convyeance of january month has not yet reached the account.i have been waiting for 8 months.please clear my salary.please sir look into this issue.

Hi I was service from 30 Jun 2017 to 30 Jun 2018, bu b till date my employment is not exit from Ven India EPFO portal after intimation of similar times through mai and by telephone conversation, so company is good but there systems is very bad and sadfull. Specially I requested to Mr Sanjay sir please understand the situation witch emoemploy is left this company
