Owner is very rude he does not how to speak with customer. He sells the products with higher price If we say that he starts arguing with customer. If you visit shop, you will experience.

Nowhere close to Xtreme. Its a tiny store with some commonly used sports and games accessories. The sales woman tried to push running spikes 2 size larger to my niece. Glad I was there to check. It's not only bad it's outright dangerous to sprint with spikes that has more than 1" space in the front. Plus the shoe did not even have a box, it was a plastic bag. I wish they just had said we don't have your size instead of assuring an innocent little girl that it's ok to wear spikes that's 2 sizes larger.

I have purchased 3 times here all the products lost in 2 months only one time he sold one damaged product when I asked for return he said no.it is like day time robbery.go some other shops near by u might get same products at much lower price than him.

Tye store was nice and the staff over here were friendly and unlike other stores you get a very nice veriety of sports items i would prefer this shop for a good experience

It is the worst sports shop I have ever been to. The owner is very arrogant, judges customers by their looks, even his tone with his employees were really bad, he needs to grow more than his small shop because no competitors are around he thinks he is Vijay Mallya.

Nice place for badminton stuffs. But pricing problem where as other competitors give fair discounts I have been purchasing badminton stuffs from KBA, sports line, Olympic etc etc compared to those I felt pricing is the only issue.

This place gives the best service for your Badminton racquets.
Guy here in the shop has got a good knowledge on what type of racquets should be bought for an intermediate player like me and type of stings to be put on your racquets.
I love the quick turnaround time for getting the strings fixed, they do it within a day.

A fantastic place for badminton related items. Spacious shop situated in Yelahanka New town. A perfect place to gut badminton string. They do it really well. They have a good collection of Yonex and other branded jerseys. Wide variety of rackets, head bands, sweat bands etc. Good, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Owner is super cool and knowledgeable too. He suggests you rackets, strings based on your level of expertise and playing styles. A must try shop if you are around this area. Gutting is much better than any shops in the near areas and at par with KBA. Looks like they have a good collection of other sports items too. I have not explores much on it.

I would say that this is the best place to buy sports goods in Yelahanka.
The reason for saying is, recently I had been there to buy a badminton racket. I met the owner of the store and told him that I need a racket. Ideally any store guy would ask you what’s ur budget, instead the owner asked me as what’s ur skill level in playing badminton. I told him that I am a beginner. From there he explained me in detail as which racket to chose and the reason behind it too.
I was pretty convinced with him and chose the bat what he recommended. And I really felt the difference in playing with that racket.
I went back and bought the same racket for my friend too coz he too liked the racket what I bought.
So no second thoughts on recommending this shop to my friends.

In yelahanka or North bangalore one of the best store for sport accessories especially for badminton for which I used visit.
I never got disappointed kind of offers and service they provided.
They guide properly even if we don't hve enough knowledge on selections.
Mr Narendra always try to take feedback of previous products purchased.
If any issues he will always their to address it.
I strongly feel and recommend it's a customer friendly store!

Venkatri sports is the worst interms of service providing to the customers and also selling the outdated sports goods by taking more money. On 7th September 2020 I purchased an Yonex Astrox Badminton Racket by paying rupees 3550, where as the online price is rupees 3150. After getting it costed me 4000. Even after taking the racket I hardly played for 3 times. While playing on 24 September suddenly the racket got broken when receiving the shot. I called the shop for help Mr Narendra told that he will talk to the customer support and call me back. The next day evening again I called, he told that he was busy whole day with the customers and not able to call me and he told that he cannot help. It's my personal experience that Mr Narendra wants to earn more money and not at all intrested in customer problem. He was mentioning that it is difficult to discuss with the yonex team as they are dealing in crores worth of bussiness. I hope he forgot even a crore rupees will start from a single rupee. This is the kind of support that the Venkatadri sports shop is providing to the customers. Pls compare the price on online before buying from this shop, he will tell you that the online products are duplicate, if it is the case then what kind of a product he offered to me. It is a very worst experience. If I were to rate them in term of customer support and products they are selling is Zero (0).

Venkatadri xtreme Sports store deserves the Golden buzzer! Their services in terms of badminton re-stringing is at par excellence with the best! This I confidently claim because after every re-strings, I do check the tension consistency using the stringer app, and this is the only store that shows spot on accuracy on tensions (snapshot uploaded for proof) **. The technique used here for re-stringing are the same as the Yonex stringing masterclass.
My all-time favorite go-to store for any sports products specially badminton re-stringing and I would definitely recommend all to bet your money on this store!

Thought of purchasing badminton rackets, visited this store being very near to my place where I live, ended up getting quality badminton rackets plus allied things with a Hercules Carrom board added to my list. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.when asked about a particular brand product this person tells and shows other brands telling that they are of fine quality. He is not able to tell directly that they don't have that particular brand.doesn't know how to speak to the customers properly.no proper discount.the products available here at discount price are available for much lower prices in sports shops located in Gandhi nagar and they have the best collection.worst experience in the first time itself I've visited the shop.person has a negative attitude.and talks unnecessarily in a rude way.

Wrost quality & Customer support,

We brought one tennis ball cricket bat form this shop for 750 RS, But not even single match played bat got crack on the handle joint, We requested shop manager to exchange the same bat, But he's commenting that, once we made the bill we are not responsible for the product quality & That legend manager is telling once the ball hit on the handle joint area any bat can break, What a man? , Don't go for the shop they are cheaters & don't care for the customers & money minded people.

Best place in Bangalore North for all your sporting requirements. I've been a regular customer to Xtreme for years now. What I enjoy is the unbiased customer advocacy. Avinash (the owner) always has the customer's benefit in mind always. I've had him go to great lengths and beyond call of his duty to ensure customer delight. So much so that I've bought various goods for my organizations needs as well.

The prices are competitive as well and there generally are various offers running round the year.

The guy seems to be good. But coming to products, my experience was bad. I bought a product which i simply threw it off because of the lowest quality.i think he must test the products before he sells especially in sporting industry.
