Very poor management. They will send some random guy, who has no basic communication skills. Most of the things came damaged and few were missing. No response from the team post event. Plz avoid if you want to have peace of mind.

I had contacted VenuEvents for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party decoration. It was just a week before I got in touch with Vrinda. But she understood well what I wanted and everything turned out to be perfect and elegant. I wanted a mermaid theme with pastel colors of my choice and she helped me to deliver the same! Very bad experience with this event management. They are extremely money minded and most unprofessional people. Yesterday we had our son's birthday n the decoration was below expectations and not worth what they charged. Nothing is customised here and the staff behaviour who came to set up was really unprofessional as they were smoking in the party hall and the balloons used are of low quality. The balloons very bursting even before the function started. Do not waste your money going by their professionalism.

My friend suggested me Venu events for my Nephew's birthday decoration. The decoration was amazing and they decorated how we wanted. All the photos came up very nicely bcz of background decoration. Keep up the good work.

I had the pleasure of working with Venu Events for my daughter's first birthday party and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. I contacted them with just one day's notice and they were able to pull off an absolutely stunning decoration for the event. The team was professional, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the balloon garlands to the custom banners, every detail was well thought out and executed flawlessly. They really made my daughter's first birthday party truly special and memorable. I really had a bad experience with them. They are completely money minded and the finally outcome of the decoration was not as promised. They are very costly when compared with other event management. I personally will not recommend.
The outcome was not delivered the same. The name itself on backdrop has spelling mistake.please remember that

From the initial enquiry till the D-day Vrinda & her team have been effortless in delivering the dream decor we had imagined for our daughters 1st birthday.

Vrinda has always responded to even silliest of our doubts and had been available for calls anytime. She did incorporate the changes we asked for and did give her inputs to enhance the decor, and true to the word they delivered it perfect.

It was their detailed process, previous blueprints & actual decor photos that drew us as many other decor just had a word of mouth to plan the decor.
