To much delay in pharmacy
Today morning I been to your pharmacy to get the medicine and that to the counter was free but your employees kept we waited for an hour and that to no response was given we asked. So management take a look at this situation.

The cleaning staffs Don’t have manners how to talk with another persons or their family members staff have so many egos I hate it so that’s why I’m giving this review nd only one star

Very bad experience I had been to pediatrician, my baby was suffering from fever he cannot able to diagnose what kind of fever it is, even after blood test report is in hand, she suffered nearly one week after that we changed doctor within one day she recovered

How does it matter with public holidays? Consultation fees on Sundays are high by 50 INR. Fine lame excuses to loot patients. No parking facility. It's only for doctors. Charge even for mere syringes. Pathetic! To summarise, hospital is built with the only motive is to make money. Kudos!

Lady Gynecologist Dr Sheetal Ambar is very polite and caring and help patients to understand the importance of care during pregnancy.

I had undergone surgery and got operated on by Dr. Santosh Dindawar. My family and I are thankful to him for helping us during our stay in the hospital.

I had been to the hospital a few days back with my relative as she had fallen from the staircase. She had twisted her leg and had a fracture. Dr. Praveenkumar Khot has attended to her immediately and has given the necessary treatment

I got dislocated my hand in college and it was best decision taken to bring me here, the doctor was kind and he gently fixed my dislocated hand.

I m giving 2 star only for inefficient pharmacy in the hospital. The OPD was quick and took only 10 mins but buying the medicines took 25-30 mins. Otherwise it's a good hospital.

Some of the doctors here are good. It is generally a clean hospital, though the ventilation is poor. Parking is a nightmare. Appointment system is a joke - expect 2 hours wait time past "appointment".
Main drawback of this hospital is everyone here is very business minded and they will extract as much money as possible. They will make best attempt to admit you to hospital and then extend your stay until their wards are full. Nurses are decent and try their best to care.
Overall, I would say go here only if you have an emergency or need critical care. Avoid otherwise. You will end up paying too much and suffer unnecessarily staying in hospital.

Staff service- Average…. They don’t respond quickly as they are always busy in chit chatting and are very careless. If the patient is suffering from pain the staff says that she can’t handle a little pain also…I mean is this even a comment to pass on…. Also the doctor has to hear out abt what the patient is uncomfortable off instead they say stop arguing with the doctors…. They can’t say that just because they are doctors…. We do respect them and their work but that doesn’t give them the authority to talk to us like that.
Last but not the least- u guys need to work on ur communication skills (not miss communicate) and not delay things…wasn’t a good experience

I visited this hospital for a minor cardiac problem recently. Initially consulted Dr. Ramesh Deshpande, a senior doctor and he heard me patiently and did the necessary checkup and sent me to Dr. Deepak Pujar, Cardiologist who also was patient enough to listen to my problems and did all the necessary tests. I was hospitalised for a day for observation then discharged after Dr. Deepak Pujar was satisfied about my health condition.
What went well?
1 First meet with Dr. Ramesh Deshpande.
2 Consultation with Dr. Deepak pujar, subsequent treatment procedures under his able hands, comforting words, concern about his patients, here I have to mention his assistant Ashutosh whose comforting words kept me live throughout the procedure! Also others of the team whose names I couldn't collect.
3 Entire team of Venugram hospital who were into different sets of work (which included nursing, accounting, cleaning etc.) while I was in were full of greeting smiles and comforting words for the patients! May your tribe increase! They kept the premise clean physically as well as socially!
4 I noticed here one unique thing! Aayaas were addressed as 'maushi' (meaning aunty) patients were addressed as 'kaku, maushi, kaka, ajji, ajoba ' etc.which gave a sense of belonging! (Sociologist in me prompted to emphasise this practice!) I appreciate this!

The worst and the most money minded hospital in Belagavi. They killed my father by giving improper treatment. The doctors here are under qualified to tackle tricky diseases. Visit this hospital only if you want to lose your life or your loved ones.

They are completely money minded. They insist for advance money even if you have insurance.

Visit this place if you want to see your family member dead in few days. In this place, they do research on your family members body without understanding the problem of the patient. It's not only my own experience, evry attendants experience when we were there to treat my father. Without any need they put ventilator for every patient and once they have made enough bill then they declare the patient to be dead. Uneducated nurses, in their own politics they killed the patient. This is really not a place to treat any disease. Don't go with hygiene, just care for your family members life.

Even after paying hospital bills Adavance money not refunded on time even after calling two times very bad experience

Carring doctors (Dr Deshpande and Dr Pise) friendly and family behaviour very good staff room are clean with good atmosphere

A well organized hospital with very good doctors who know their verious specialties very well. The treatment is excellent the attention very satisfactory and cost effective.

Things are quite mysterious while treating covid-19 patients in this hospital, my maternal uncle dies immediately after two days of admission, he had mild symptoms and as precautionary measure, he got admitted.looks like without studying past medical history they are treating the patient, now corona situation is so bad that no one is asker and teller.

During Covid pandemic one of our relatives was admitted in Venugram hospital in critical state. He got recovered and got discharged in 11 days. We are very happy with the hospital's entire staff and I must specially thank all the Doctors.

Over all experience in the Hospital was very good. Doctors were supportive. We are fortunate to have Venugram Hospital in Belgaum.

Very bad service, no one care about patients, only one thing from every one mouth, "Do the payment". Only money.

ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ "ವೇಣುಗ್ರಾಮ" ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಚಯದವರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಗೆ, ಶುಶ್ರೂಕರಿಗೆ ಇತರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಹೆಸರು "ವೇಣುಗ್ರಾಮ" ಕೂಡ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿದೆ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಷ್ಟೇ ಅನನ್ಯ.
ಆದರೆ Review ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮಗಾದ ತೊಂದರೆ, ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ, ಅನಾನುಕೂಲತೆ, ನಿಷ್ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಕುಂದು ಕೊರತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ. ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ತರಹದ ready made cut and paste ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡವದು ಬೇಡ. ಅದು ಫೋನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ Pre-recorded voice ತರಹ ಅನಿಸ್ತಾ ಇದೆ. ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ.
ನನ್ನ ಸಲಹೆಯಿಂದ ನೋವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ.

The wait time is horrible for ultrasound and they casually brush you aside by saying its busy and we have only one ultrasound machine. One doctor has to wait for the other doctor to finish his/her turn. Get your scans done outside.

Worst staff, No respect for common people.

Suggestion for Management:

Go contactless cash transaction and have training session on behavior with customer for your front desk staffs.

I called up at the hospital reception twice to enquire about polio dose given today on 19/1/20. First I was told to call after 10 mins as the person on the line was unaware about it and would enquire and let me know. When I called back again I was told that she had gone out. When asked whether the polio dose is given or not she told yes you can come. I went to the hospital and was told that the booth was somewhere else. The staff on reception counter is not aware of what's going on in the hospital and very uncooperative when approached for help.

Doctors timings are not correct. They call OPD patients at 10.30am and doctor comes 1.30am and they are not bothered about senior citizens and all.
Hosptital needs to improve punctuality.
Hospital staff always tell doctor is on rounds and will come with in 15 minutes.
There 15 minutes means at least 3 hours.

Venugram hospital is the worst hospital with no transparency. It looks like they are doing fraud through insurance as my mom was admitted for 3 days and they charged nearly 7.2 k for regular medicine. They have not got the signature of us while supplying medicine. They are not ready to share pharmacy bills with us. This is crazy and really frustrating. Kindly consider above feedback before admitting anyone to this hospital. Hopefully no one lands into such a situation.

Worst experience had at Venugram Hospital. They take ages to generate a bill/paperwork. I spent almost 25-30mins just for the paperwork and the invoicing. My Doctor had written totally 4 tests very clearly in the prescription, but the great Venugram staff just made it for 2. After that I had to again waste 20mins. The tests were done within 2-3mins. But the paperwork will take you an hour.
Very disappointed.

Dr Hanji was the surgeon who treated my dad. The surgery was unsuccessful and ended with septicemia.
My father passed away after a month from surgery. There was no successful treatment on septicemia even patient mentioned about stomach pain though.

Based on the incident, I don't prefer the above hospital for any major surgery.

Best hospital in Belgaum. Incredible doctors. My brother got operated here and he was so happy that the doctors made him feel so good. Only problem is with parking your four-wheeled vehicles.

Great hospital. Dr. Shreepathi Pise is extremely friendly and capable. The paramedics are equally capable and friendly.

It's a newly opened hospital besides goa highway, its ner to third gate and opposite of Dmart, its hard to spot from outside,
It provides services like Opd, casualty and emergency, laboratory and radio laboratory
Inside the facility are good with new beds and instruments, well mannered staff, good sign boards, good quality materials used, standard of service and equipments are good.
