Always crowded.they don't have any slots for emergency. Doctor is good and very knowledgeable and can diagnosis things correctly. But sometimes he lethargically answers to our questions.

Website appointment system is not accepted at the clinic, I booked the appointment so that I can come on time and get the service on time, but now I have to wait for an hour minimum (like a walk in patient would).
At the clinic, they do not accept appointments booked through their ‘official’ website. It’s a laughable situation. They have to update their website, apparently.

Went to Dr. Prabhakar with my 10 month old who was vomiting whatever he eats and was crying continuously for an hour. Dr denied treating saying we don't have appointment and he has patients. My question is what is the meaning of emergency? Where are your professional ethics sir? If any of your family members were in this position, was your answer the same?

Worst experience when I called for an emergency appointment. They act like they are the busiest clinic in the town. Without any consideration they say no appointments available! Respective management has to look in to this kind of behaviour of the staff and need to give good experience for their patients. I am sure most of the people won’t visit second time here due to this kind of approach.

Experienced doctors. You need to book appointment well before. Sometimes the doc doesn't even take the fees if it's just a small consultation

Dr Prabhakar Murthy is one the best paediatrician in town, he is highly experienced and is extremely calm n patient in listening to parent queries and dealing with small kids. He understands the child’s health and suggests medication accordingly and never rushes up giving antibiotics.
We are always thankful to him.

Very congested. You have to rub shoulders to sit within the premises. No comments about the doctors or their treatment or reliability.

I got know about doct from one of my good frnd nd today i called in clinic to take appointment from doct acharya as some emergency situation in my house nd they whr not ready to give appointment as i mention its an emergency pls give us slot bt they whr telling you can come on monday what type of clinic nd doct? Sericly disappointed.

I had 3 visits for same coughing and vomiting problem for my daughter. Every time doctor said it's normal although she is facing the same since 3 months. Very dissatisfied with his response.today we went to another doctor and after throat scan we got to know there is a swelling which is causing the cough.
Without even listening and understanding proper cause doctor prabhakar was just giving basic medicines and asking to accept the fact that kids are going to school they will suffer.even when we asked if so kindly provide your number to connect if only dosage needs to be increased as we had 3-4 sleepless night. He denied to give.

Most hopeless, illiterate, junk & unethical front staff. When we called them for an emergency in the morning 8AM on 27/07. They said to call back at 11AM when we called again at 10: 45AM they said walk in appointments are also full and disconnected the call.

The front staff seems to be illiterate and don't have any manners to talk to patients. The staff who sits at the front desk works as both house keeping and attend the call. What else can be expected from these folks.

So, if possible avoid this clinic.we don't know about the doctor.

I have visited Dr. Veturi more than a couple of times for vaccination and also child's I'll health. I find he is genuine and good.

Dr Prabhakar Murthy has been mine and my brothers paediatric since the age of three months.

I’ve always had an extremely lovely experience with Dr Prabhakar Murthy and one of the sweetest and oldest staff (I can’t remember the aunty’s name).

As much as I’d hate to come for a jab, doctor Prabhakar Murthy always made me giggle and feel comfortable with one of his candy’s from the big box placed on his table. He is soo friendly be it with children as well as adults and one of the best doctors in the world. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Throughout my 16 years of life, whenever I’ve fallen ill a visit to Dr Prabhakar Murthy’s clinic would drive the illness away (I’m not joking, it really works). I’m relocating in a few weeks to the US and I’m truly sad that if I were to fall sick I wouldn’t be visiting Dr Prabhakar Murthy anymore.

PS: as a child I could never pronounce “Dr Prabhakar Murthy” so I’d call him “Prakabar Murthy”.

5 stars for the Dr. Subramanya Acharya. 1 star for the staffs, even though I took the appointment they didn't book one in my name I had given my mobile number as well. Such an irresistible staff I'm very disappointed with the way they behave with the patient.

Dr Subramaninan Achary is a very dedicated doctor. Good diagnosis. Not at all money minded unlike most of the doctors and hospitals. Sometimes doesn’t even charge any consultation fees a very rare thing in today’s medical field. Takes time in explaining the disease

This place is near Nimishamba temple, below HDFC bank.
Dr, Prabhakar, the paediatrician is a really experienced doctor.
He avoids giving unnecessary medicines. He is also good in handling kids.
The diagnosis is spot on.
They also have a pharmacy and a lab near by.

PHYSICIAN @Dr Subramanya acharya is very genuine person and he explains what is the root cause for desease and mentally he makes patients strong Which is most important, where we can see in some places other doctors makes us scared and mentally down by pulling for all the un wanted tests and huge list of medicine but here he politely says no need of those all by recommending only what is necessary.
With my experience i recommend Dr Subramanya acharya for PHYSICIAN.

You can trust the paediatricians here. Dr. Prabhakar Murthy and Aarthi are very good.

Do not visit this place for ortho doctor. Orthopedic doctor here (Dr. Chidananda) hypes injury unnecessarily. I will never ever visit this guy again.

Based on our experience with Dr. Prabhakar, - he's one of the best pediatricians we've come across. Only thing, always expect a longer wait time in the clinic. There are lot of babies/kids in the neighbourhood, have patience! ;-)

Went to this clinic with my ailing baby (1 year old) with 103 fever. Treatment was denied since we did not have prior appointment! We were asked to take appointment for next day! Is it humanity? !

This 3 stars for Dr.prabhakar. Else i would have given a Big Zero. Avoid Dr. Acharya here, he just talks too much rubbish.no accurate diagnosis.just writes some normal medicines.he always keeps an eye on the ink in his fountain pen.he might be suffering from a complexity. Consultation fee is also too high. Dr. Chidanand orthopaedician is very good. Dr. Acharya ENT specialist diagnosis is good, but writes costly tablets.

I recommend Dr. Prabhakar, very good at diagonising and doesn't prescribe unessasary medicine.regardging appointment, walk in patient are welcomed if there is emergency.

Dr Prabhakar Murty sir is the one of the best Pediatric I met in my life. Very simple but very potential. MY Daughter not ready to go to any Dr then him. Also very polite. No unnecessary medicines or a single Injection he has given to my daughter in last 4 years. His holy hands make half cure I believe. Thank you Dr Prabharakar Murty.

Horrible PR and receptionists. They don't attend any call and if they do, they don't understand the concept of an emergency. They will casually mention that there is no way you can consult the doctor unless you have a prior appointment. Well, why are they open then? Why is it a clinic if a patient with an emergency need cannot get attention?

To see the doctor here, you need to know two days in advance that you will be sick and book an appointment accordingly. Really?

Sadly RR Nagar doesn't have an alternate quality paediatric facility.

Extremely rude staff. They only want to make money. No human values even towards a child. I recommend NOT to visit them.
