Very Bad Experience. My wife had gone for enquiry, and the manager Savitri made her buy some crystals for 25k saying she is some healer. My wife is under treatment for postpartum depression and Savitri convinced her to buy crystals which is worth of 2.5k for 25k which she had planned to get laser hair removal treatment. Its totally 25K loss, My wife returned the crystals as well, but didnot get the money back. I assumed Vibes would be safe place and sent her alone, But least in my mind thought, manager there would take the advantage of my wife who is not well and leave a fear in her mind that lot of things gonna happen in her life and she met that manger only because god made them meet and buy crystals from her.

I recommend this to all. It was summer time in bangalore, but what a fun place to get pampered. I have taken Voucher services for which, Priyanka did a great job with Facial and Pedicure. It was so relaxing. Also I am quite regular for taking haircut from Ravi. He gives full attention and proper time with whole process of haircut, hair wash and blow dry.

I am taking treatment in vibes Madesh is a good therapist, he is taking care of clients very well.

I am so happy with the services Dorothy 's massages and Ravi as a hair stylist gave me a perfect look

Not Worth Single Rating too! They have scammed customers by making false promises and taking money. The docs are never available, if you call to book an appointment they ll say 'will call back' in 10 mins and won't. They have scammed me for 80K for PRP & Fatex session and have been least bothered to provide services. When asked for refund after they have dodged me for over 3 months all they say is ' No refund' but there is No service too! Worst place to ever recommend to anyone. Will be filing an FIR for my refund! Shameless managemt and Regional sales heads and corporate offices as they don't even respond to emails.

Never opt their services especially for Laser treatments. Their machine is down forever. They will follow up and torture till you pay and make a booking. And that too you have to pay in full. But they will make sure your never get all your sessions completed. They also promise a lifelong membership. Its a scam. Dont ever fall for it. So far after covid days, I have been following up for my 5 pending sessions and there has been no response at all. This place is not at all good unless you want to waste your money.

Horrible service, They have taken INR 17,700 for RF tightening session. Have only done one session and now we are following up for sessions. Extremely unprofessional service. Arrogant executive. Do not recommend the place at all. Never seen such attitude. Will take it up with Consumer court and also all social postings.

"I had fixed appointment in Vibes at Indira Nagar @ 9.30 AM on 7th Oct 2022. I reached there on time only to know that the concerned massage person will reach only by 11 AM. I was asked to wait till 11 to take the service. In spite of this is prefixed appointment, which is confirmed to me by Vibes person, they dont care inform about non availability of person to do the service. I had my personal commitments and I was no no position to wait and take the service. If they cant provide service as committed, why they cant call the customer and inform before hand? This absolutely atrocious service and pathetic people here". I give 0 star to Indra nagar vibes, pls don't take any services here.

I'm currently taking services at Vibes Indiranagar branch. I had opted for laser treatment and the professional (Vimla) is really good at conducting laser sessions, I'm getting good results as well but however the services are not well arranged as required so sometimes I face chaos with my appointments. So if you are taking services at Vibes you urself will have to take care of your appointments as you don't get any reminder call or calls regarding appointments due.

It's a pleasure coming here for the beauty services. Be it Sunita or be it Madhu, both girls leave no stone unturned in providing a thoroughly professional & relaxing experience. Their friendly attitude is just an added bonus.

However there is definite room for improvement in the scheduling of appointments, especially if you've paid in advance for any package. Lack of sufficient staff, rooms, or machines, etc.shouldn't be the headache of the customer but that is what it comes down to, every single time. Customer's convenience is a low priority, once you've paid in advance here.

Other than the above, Vibes is my preferred go-to clinic for beauty & aesthetic services across the entire Indiranagar area. The premises are spick and span, everything is sanitized and hygienically cleaned, so I could frequent the clinic even during Covid with little to no worries.

Such determination, detailed work that I was literally impressed.
She did my waxing, clean up, pedicure, head massage and blow dry, everything at par.
Next time you are in Vibes don't forget to ask for MADHU. She's the best!

VIBES IS A SCAM. Go to VLCC, pay a little extra but you will get your worth. The people here will sweet talk you, and you probably at your worst will eat up anything they have to say. Once they take your money, it’s over. You try to get in touch with customer service, and well it’s non existent. Please don’t fall for it. I’ve spent a good amount here for nothing.

The fraud manager of this company manged to steal my money worth ₹6013, he had forced me to make an advance payment before starting the treatment when I had asked if ₹500 was enough.
2days before the date of treatment I met with an accident and I informed him I can't come for the treatment and please do a refund for the advance amount I have paid where as he says according to company policies there will be no refunds for any amount that I have paid. This is cheating I have not taken any treatment and on what basis are they keeping my money that would be a small amount for them but they would definitely do this to a lot more people. This should never happen to anyone else. Please think before doing a payment to these fraud people.

I love this place and I take all service like facial, pedicure, manicure, waxing etc. Service is very good and I like Sunitha's service and she is very friendly and amazing to.

I soon figured that Vibes is my one stop solution to all my bridal needs. Staff Sunita Chettri made me at ease and very comfortable as she gave me a good laser session. Latha Shree provided me with good weight management diet program and guidance. Radha gave me awesome massage sessions that rejuvenated my muscles. Beauty sessions, bridal body polish and hydration session with Sunitha V.gave me a wonderful glow and texture to my skin. Narayan provided me with a Kerafusion hair treatment service that provided my hair with the required nourishment. Overall, I'm happy with the services and recommend Vibes for all your beauty solutions. It was a pleasure to get myself pampered at Vibes for my big day.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. The people working there are not even professional and the way they speak to their clients is pathetic. Only money making business. I wouldn't even rate this 1 and yes never visit this place go to some other place where they know how to respect their customers. Pathetic

One of the worst places to go to for any services. Lots of false promises. Even to transfer from one branch to another within city is will not be possible unless you pay them. Money is all that matters.

I recently came to bangalore for purpose of job, and to get the job you need to be groomed well. So I asked my friend to help me with this, by giving me the name of yuvraj the hair styler who provided me with his best skills & a fine touch to my hair. We became friends within no time. He gave me the best look of my life. They are working hard there to make us look as we we want us to see.

Frustrated with the incompetence of the Vibes centre in New Thippasandra. I visited the centre on 12th October 2019 wanting to explore laser hair removal option. Choice of centre was based on the fact that I stay minutes away from the said centre.

The counsellor painted a rosy picture about the services and gave me an option of package which I readily agreed for and made a payment of Rs 12,390/ instantly. I very categorically mentioned that I am expecting a good service and I was promised about their communication skills. I was keen on starting the first session soon as I plan to attend an event in December and the counsellor promised to call me the very next day to set up the first hair removal session appointment. There was no call that came from the centre or her for a week.

To enquire I called up and interacted with inefficient receptionist who did not have much information and said that she will get the right person to call back. Nothing happened. This went on for a week where I was kept on hold citing someone will get in touch with me in 5 min, 30 min, one hour, one day and so on.

The next step for me was to call the centre and demand for a manager and I was given the contact number of a lady named Sapna who promptly took my call and apologised and suggested I visit Koramangala branch for my first session. Upon asking her why should I go to another centre, she for the first time in ten days told me the laser machine in Thippasanadra branch is down and is expected back soon. With lot of hesitation I went to the Koramangala branch expecting that since they messed up the whole thing in their branch they will ensure their customer does not face any further issues. Little did I know that upon reaching the Koramangala centre they had no information about my appointment and they were fully booked and told us right away we cannot be accommodated. I had to again call this lady Sapna who did not receive my call and I sent her a message. After much argument at the centre, they made it look like they are doing a favour and accommodated me. In less than 5 minutes my session was over as there were constant knocks on the door to accommodate some other waiting customer of their own centre. I really did not understand the purpose of that visit.

Since then I am repeatedly calling your team Miss Sapna and Mr Ali (introduced by Sapna) who are constantly lying and making fake promises about the readiness of the machine in their centre. After multiple humble requests to refund my money so that I can start my treatment somewhere else has gone to deaf ears and I was finally given the email address of your customer care to write a mail in case I am looking to get my money back. After an ordeal with your company, you all are expecting that I am able to write a convincing letter to the customer care team so they decide if I am worthy of getting my own money back. Quite interesting suggestion given by your extremely talented manager Ali!

I don’t have words to express how annoying your service standards are and would like to strongly put the following allegations;
1. Mymoney was taken without ascertaining if you have the necessary equipment to start the process, which is cheating
2. Nofollow up on the delay in service-Lethargy and taking the customer for granted
3. A month and no confirmation on when they would start the laser
4. You cannot hold someone’s money when you do not have the bandwi dth to start the treatment
5. After such a pathetic treatment, why would I even want to avail services with Vibes or recommend this to anyone

I have enrolled for weight loss program. I do see good result, all credits goes to the therapist Radha. She is so sweet and so honest in her work. Without her I would ht have been so much motivated. All sessions was so good, value for money. Thanks vibes and special THANKS to Radha and all the best.
