I'm happy to share that i started with vibes and feeling much better with a good inchloss in couple of sessions. Gayatri and the manager dr priya are so friendly. I recommend this treatment.

I will start by listing the pros and cons of this center based on my experience.

Pros

The team
The team at the center from Sheetal the centre head, Priya, the co-head of the center, endocrinologist, diabetologist, nutritional expert, Gayathri, the therapist at the center is a treasure. She is skilled, professional & amiable. Rehana, the salon expert is skilled, professional and friendly. Kasturi, the laser technician is skilled, professional and friendly. Dr Priyanka, the visiting dermatologist is knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Akash and Prem, the male therapists have a versatile skill set, professional and friendly. The helpers, Sushmita & Sabamma are efficient and conscientious, contributing towards the smooth running of the center.

Packages

There are packages catering to the wide-ranging requirements of clients. New packages are introduced at regular intervals & communicated to the client.

Operations
The center heads have turned the place around and have made the center a multi-service center. They have made efforts to improve the standards of billing and general upkeep of the center. Managing appointments is also more streamlined. A feedback system is in place.

Hospitality
The team is hospitable and welcoming, offering their clients tea/coffee after the session and making them comfortable. Earlier, such hospitality was only extended when clients signed up for a new package. Now, it is a part of the entire experience.

Cons
Understaffed

Gayathri, the senior therapist is skilled and efficient. Yet, it is unfair to overburden her. The management at the center needs to be proactive in adding a therapist at the team, matching the calibre of Gayathri. It’s the only way appointments can be effectively executed, as well as avoiding a burnout at Gayathri’s end. The company needs to
Be more empathetic towards the team members and not overwork them. It is not acceptable.

Lack of facilities

There a glaring absence of basic white goods like a microwave and a refrigerator at the center. What if there are products which require refrigeration? Clearly, the team at the centre has not given it a thought. A team who works long hours would need a microwave to heat their meals. It’s a no-brainier. I am shocked to see how the management at the center can overlook these basic requirements. It’s indicates an unfeeling and unsupportive attitude.

Appearance and aesthetics

The center needs a facelift. The therapy rooms restroom, kitchen, meal area, reception area, need to reflect the ethos of the organisation. The services of an interior designer and a consultant, to improve the look and feel and enhance the appeal of Vibes, is required. Right now it looks like the center management is not interested in enhancing their appeal to existing clients or to attract new clients.

Senior management at the head office

The uncaring and indifferent attitude of the head office is evident even to the client. Please stop thinking of clients as fools who will purchase packages despite seeing that the company does not care about the upkeep of the center, facilities at the center, staffing at the center. If the company wants a positive review on all fronts, proactive efforts need to be made to address the cons mentioned here. The indifference and apathy of the head office is appalling.

Took laser sessions by Kasturi and found results in very few sessions.happy with the results

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massag therapy from Gayathri.
First and foremost, her expertise is evident
The massage therapist's technique is simply phenomenal. Every stroke and movement felt purposeful and precisely targeted, resulting in a truly transformative experience. Throughout the session, the therapist is professionalism and attentive. I have taken inch loss therapy and seeing good results already.
I wholeheartedly recommend this massage therapist to anyone in need of an exceptional massage experience and good weight loss, inch loss. Her expertise is great. Feels physically rejuvenated after her massage therapy.

Vibes has been very promising in their services and especially the staff Gayathri mam, she is really experienced and very good at her work- she personally suggests and helps understand weight loss and well-being. Very dedicated and follows up and guides you through out your weight loss journey.

The slimming services by therapist Geetha are extremely good. The massages services are very good. The client handling, services and follow up are well maintained by Geetha. I feel extremely good with her service and comfortable. I could see to the visible inch loss. Waiting for noticeable weight loss in weighing scale.

Joining VIBES JP nagar was the best decision i made. The entire team is so warm and I am extremely happy with my weight loss and skin treatment results.

Please never visit this fraud center. Their services are not even worth 2% of the money they take. They will lure you into paying money and getting treatments. If you want a transfer to a different location for getting the treatments, they will charge extra money.

They don't have any brochure with fixed prices. They quote the price as per what comes to their minds. Here, all employees are trained to be squanderers. I wasted a lot of money here!

Not even worthing 1 star very bad service you have to struggle to take appointment and to do the service
And completely fraud they only care about money and they don’t even give the service they have promised to give
Always playing with bills and even the emails
And even after i spoke with the manager Sumita she promised to resolve the issue and asked me to pay additional amount then i wouldn’t have any problem with my service beacuse the last manager on the salon Munisha she fraud many customers and took money from them without even giving the bill
But even after i paid the extra amount sill they refuse to give me my services as promised

Don’t go for them, such a fraud

Very bad experience, have paid money for 5 services at the point of time sales manager told (5 will be additional discount and same have written in the sheet), now they telling only 5 will be given, unfortunately JP nagar vibes people keep leaving no accountability for the money same time no professional ethics, I let go of money. Because tired talking with these guys.
Come to service very bad, they will talk to you nicely until they take the money and after that they don't care.

Need to struggle while taking appointment also.

Got my Mani Pedi services done through Theema @ Vibes J. P. Nagar. The experience was truly relaxing. Am very happy with the results and it's important to appreciate a good job hone sine there was a lot of effort put to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. A Very calm and composed person. Was not in a hurry to complete the service for the sake of it.
**Ask for Theema if you need your Mani Pedi done there!

I have been cheated by this fraud company by an amount of 12000. I was promised packages which were not delivered to me and the company refused to take any action. I have a bill showing the same where the services were not provided.

Furthermore the manager of Vibes JP nagar Mrs Sumeta had the audacity to tell me to do whatever I can and they don't want customers like me in Vibes

Horrendous experience, would advise everyone not to take their services

Weight loss service is excellent. Thanks to staff prema for her dedication and efficiency. Have benefitted a lot from the services. Prema is an excellent staff.

Prema in weight loss section and Latha in beauty section do a good job. They always give prompt response and very accommodating. But Vibes management has pathetic service and don't know how to handle the clients.

I have taken for hair laser service and service person was Prema who really did very well and cooperative.
They have good and new technology in all services.

I enrolled for weight loss package which helped to loose 4/5 kgs n all thanks to staff Prema who helped me a lot during my weight loss. Prema is very patient in her work n guided me a lot which helped me in loosing weight. U guys are lucky to have such staff who is so informative about her work. Thanks Prema ️️️

1 star is also too much for this. I would like to give negative review. Worst slimming center I have ever seen. Each time you go to the session, they influence you to take advanced sessions and after taking all the money from you, they give reasons saying machine is not there and all. They are here to mint your money and not to help you lose weight. Beware of such slimming centers. If you visit this place just once they'll make sure you have to keep coming here for life time for no reason. Utter waste of time and money. They fool you talking nice words and force you to take advanced slimming packages which is of 0% use. I have spent more than 2 lakhs since 2 years and no and no result at all.

Worst service from Jp nagar vibes when i want remove my beard hair on my face little but they told we will remove and told take 7 session after my 7 session over result was to bad it started growing more hair in my face after i asked to staff they told take more 8 session pay more after i want Kaya jp nagar in 2 session i got complete removal plz don't go to jp nagar vibes plz vist Kaya clinic in jp nagar you will get best result

Worst service ever, don't waste ur money, thy will latterly fool u, thy told me or played with my emothion to lose weight, and gave me the nice package and when I told I can't pay that hole amount thy gave me the option of emi, now I am paying the emi without using the service.not only tht I dint even lose 1 kg also from past 3 to 4 months.

Never go on emi thy give the horrible bank and they keep deducting ur amount every alternate days 590 with out any reason.

Don't go on sweet words, after tht thy talk like poison.

I got red patches too after taking the service.can any one guide me how to get back the money.vibes manager is useless.

I joined Vibes JP Nagar, to lose some inches gained over the multiple lockdowns in 2020. I discovered that the team, though lean, was quite communicative, responsive, friendly, and flexible. I have used the services of Vibes in the past.yet, my current experience has been the best. I have a package including NSLS, UCT, Cryo and RF. These advanced systems have been quite beneficial for my inch loss. I feel a renewed confidence in my appearance. A big thanks to Saima, Gayathri, and Rani. Thanks too, to Prema, and Anusha. Please don't visit this place.
They will just talk with you sweetly until all your bills are paid.
None of their treatment is effective.
Once the payment is done, they will start ignoring you.

All this is just a business gimic.
Taking treatment from @vibes is waste of
time and waste of money.

Got my keratin treatment done from the Vibes hair specialist Mr. Raj kumar and the final result is fabulous. Would recommend vibes strongly for hair treatment.

I am with vibes jp nagar for skin treatment with Dr yashaswini. I have noticed visible result for arms and face discoloration with Plasmolift treatment.staffs are very cooperative and feels like home. I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone.
