I visited their Koramangala branch near BDA complex. Believe me it’s a Pathetic place, with pathetic customer service. Customers are treated rudely. The women sitting there are unprofessionals seeking only money from the customers.
I would suggest going to a dermatologist instead of this so called farce healthcare “shop”. As someone rightly mentioned in reviews below the people sitting there judge you from tip to toe and make you feel disgusting. Even if you ignore that, cannot ignore the fact that the service is pathetic and they trap you into taking packages by paying in advance and giving poorest service you would have ever received.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Ruchita Singh and Vibes

I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the way my concerns were handled by Ruchita Singh and the Vibes team. Despite clear indications of my skin's sensitivity and specific requests for proper care, my well-being was consistently overlooked in favor of prioritizing payments and financial matters.

From the moment I sought treatment, it was evident that financial transactions took precedence over my health and skincare needs. The approval of my loan was expedited while my genuine concerns about post-treatment care and a sensitive skin type were blatantly disregarded.

The aftermath of the laser treatment has left me in excruciating pain, enduring sleepless nights and inundated with unwarranted marketing calls and messages from Vibes, even during my designated rest hours. Despite my explicit instructions not to contact me for payments, I was bombarded with reminders, further exacerbating my distress.

Had there been a concerted effort to prioritize my skin care by providing a qualified doctor before and after the treatment, this ordeal could have been entirely avoided. Regrettably, negligence prevailed, resulting in an experience that has not only hindered my ability to work but also made basic tasks a painful challenge.

I am compelled to share this account to prevent others from enduring the same ordeal. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for patient well-being in favor of financial gains. I will be disseminating this review widely to ensure that Vibes and Ruchita Singh are held accountable for their actions.

This experience has left an indelible mark, and I find it difficult to fathom ever forgiving or forgetting. My hope is that others are spared from enduring what I have gone through.

I just want to share my experience with Vibes.
I have literally been scammed by the people. I was enrolled for 10+2 full body laser session by Indra Devi. She left the organisation in some time and after I completed my 5 sessions, people said that I was only enrolled for 5 sessions and not more than that. It was recorded in their register that they maintain for every customer each details but they denied that it won't be any proof they needed the invoice that they provided initially no session was mentioned their, they said that everything has been mentioned in the register and nothing else is required.

I even referred a friend and she was scammed with me. I also did not get any result after 5 sessions.
I really felt disappointed with this as I never expected that such a good company will scam anyone. If any scam is done by their employees, they should have taken the responsibility but they didn't.

I tried to reach out to them several times and showed all the proofs I have for the offer provided by their staff but they were stick to the invoice. Why couldn't they reconcile their register with the invoices. If only invoices are valid then why do they maintain any register. The register is maintained by them why it's not valid. I would never recommend anyone again to go to Vibes for any service, they are fraud.

Took the laser treatment. Very well service provided by Sheetal during my sessions. She was very gentle and cooperative.

They are out there to cheat you of your money. The slimming services have no real effect. It's a waste of money and time going to them.

I had a very smooth experience from booking appointment to take beauty services from Jyoti. They have Diwali offer also going on. So you can avail beauty service packages.

I'm taking full body laser is very nice really super sarvice with Ramya tq so much mam.

I have been a regular customer of Vibes but In NCR and Kolkata Garia region. I have always been satusfued with its services jn hair and skin facial treatment. But yesterday was my first visit ti Vibes Kormangala, one of the skin doctors looked and my face and skin and recommended their newly launched facial. To my dismay it was a 45 mins facial and didnt even provided blackhead removal in that, then whats the point of looking at a customer's face and providing facial services accordingly and in top of that they kept pestering me to take package of 5 sessions and I relunctantly denied.for people whi havnt been to other vibes branches outside bangalore please visit Delhi NCR Mumbai and Kolkata branches and you will find a stark diff

Ramya is the only good technician. I have taken 6sessions of laser hair removal and I only see results when she is doing.

I took the full body laser treatment here. Ramya was the service provider. She is gentle and kind in doing treatment. She took utter care of my comfort and concerns whilst the sessions were going on. Overall she made it a nice experience. Although can't comment much on the results as there have been a lot of break between sessions for me due to covid, still can see that the overall growth has been reduced.

Jyothi is the good beauty server here in this branch all the beauty services are excellent by her

I am going to Vibes Kormangla Center since April for the Weight Loss session. At first, I was not sure if this is a good decision or not or if I invest in the wrong place. But When I talk to the Savitri Mam (Counselor/manager) she assures me that I will lose weight.
Pros:
I started my session, Sheetal is the one who gave me all my therapy and session. She is the best Therapist anybody can ask for. She is friendly and the way she took the client's service seriously, I don't think anybody will do that. She gave me a 5 kgs loss in 2 months. I am happy that I got Sheetal as a therapist. She always gives her 100 percent for his client's happiness.

As for Megha, she is the best multitasking person. She is the best dietitian and the way she manages all the appointments is unbelievable. She gave the best advice on which session should take when there is any issue or any other circumstances.

I am still on my 5th session.
For 1 appointment I have to call them multiple times and then they will give me an appointment 2 weeks later.
Recently they are not even picking up my call.
