I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Videsh Consultz, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback to warn others who may be considering their services. My journey with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
First and foremost, I paid a significant amount of money for their consulting services with the clear understanding that I wanted to pursue a specific course abroad. Despite my repeated and explicit instructions, they inexplicably applied to random courses and colleges that had no relevance to my background or career goals. It was as if they completely disregarded my preferences and aspirations, leaving me utterly frustrated.
It's highly recommended not to go with this consultancy

It was as if they completely disregarded my preferences and aspirations, leaving me utterly frustrated.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication and responsiveness from Videsh Consultz. After submitting my applications, I expected regular updates and progress reports, but instead, I was met with silence. It took weeks of relentless effort on my part, constantly reaching out to them, just to receive a single reply. This lack of professionalism and engagement on their part was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
As time passed, it became increasingly clear that Videsh Consultz was not acting in my best interest. It began to feel like a deceitful and potentially scammy operation. Shockingly, I didn't even request a refund for the subpar service they provided; I simply wanted them to fulfill their basic responsibilities as a consulting service. I did cut ties with them at this point.
My experience with Videsh Consultz has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to exercise extreme caution. They have proven themselves to be unresponsive, unprofessional, and seemingly indifferent to the needs and preferences of their clients. Please think twice before entrusting them with your dreams of studying abroad.
They claim that I received admissions in 6 universities, but I had not received any update from the team till the last day when I kept calling them. I had to keep reaching out to them for a simple update. I was never reminded to pay any additional fees to them (I have the screenshots and emails of all my conversations to prove the same). SDA Bocconi was a personal application which I had already started by myself. I was also told that Videsh Consultz does not directly deal with Bocconi but they will 'try' to help me with the application. The other colleges and courses they applied to were completely out of scope for me (this was repeatedly told to Madhuri as well). Irrespective of me telling them that I was not interested in the course, they went ahead and applied. Now they claim that I had received admission in 6 universities but I have been given an update where I have admitted in 5. So, what is the truth here? I have an email to support this as well. I have WhatsApp chats where I repeatedly told Madhuri that I was not interested in the courses they had applied. It was clearly communicated with Madhuri that my GRE score has been delayed because of my health (I was admitted due to dengue).
Considering that I had paid them the initial amount and did not even want a refund, I simply reached out to Madhuri today for help regarding a students contact who is going to the same university as me. After that, I was asked to take down my review because they thought 'I was judging them'.
They also claim that I terminated the services because I did not want to pay. I was and am happy to pay any amount if the consulting service will do their job and stop blaming students. I was and am happy to pay any amount if the consulting service will actually help the student apply to universities and courses they are interested in. I'm sure they say I am not paying the amount, but I was never even reminded or asked for any additional payments.

There are very friendly and helpful to the students who want to do go to abroad. They give us confidence and level of training to prepare our self’s for the aboard. I would recommend my friends and any other people to come here and visit them to take their service.

If you are planning to go European countries for higher studies it is one of the best agency i could suggest. Thank you so much Madhuri ma'am n Hema ma'am for giving lot of info and answering my doubts. The counselling session was helpful for me to decide my career.

This one of the money seeking consultancy I will pay 85000 some time my side problem for education loan but don't help for that consultancy this verst and money seeking consultancy this no call back me. I am problem education loan that I will tell recently pay 20000 for scholarship please refund my amount I will request but this one of money seeking co'sulta'cy
