Worst place to get your headphones repaird. I went to get my wireless headphones repaird XB900N. I could see parts like headband and ear pads available on encompass website too.but the receptionist just checked for 1 minute and said that "headphone is no longer manufactured, we cant fix it, we can just give a (small) discount on new headphones". She even went on to say that no other service center can fix it either. It was astonishing that even ear pads could not be changed.

I was disappointed with Sony, but just to confirm I went to Indranagar center - sonnet care. These guys were amazing, not just they ordered all required parts and just called me to confirm that they are on the way. And the price they are charging for repair is quite reasonable.

Do not come here to get headphones repaired, go to indiranagar or somewhere else. This place is felt like a scam because everything they said was a lie.

Got warrenty replacement of my Bluetooth headphone. Since same version headphone was unavailable they gave higher version headphone. It took 7 days to get new headphone

There was an issue with my PS3 which is 4 years old. I took it to Sony authorized service station in kormangala (Vigneswar services). They told, we no more support PS3 especially if the console is more than 3 years old And he told to E waste it.

I believe this not the solution.

To your knowledge, I got it repaired in less than an hour on the same day for RS. 2,000/- & it's working fine.

1. Rude with customers.
2. Office hours, technicians are not indoor
3. For the most simplest fix, they make you wait for minimum 12 days.
4. Very much unprofessional behavior from the attendants.
