I have been taking my child from last 5-6 years to Vijaya childrens clinic.

Dr Anand Rao is one of the very patient doctors whom I have met, he listens to the symptoms carefully and diagnoses the problem very well, mostly will not prescribe any antibiotics unless situation is out of control, i remeber only twice my son was given antibiotics when he had a seviour lymphnode expansion.

His touch his healing, my son immediately becomes active after visiting the doctor for any seasonal flu.

Dr. Anand Rao has expertise in the field of paediatric care. He understands and makes the patient as well the parents comfortable. With his approachable attitude and correct diagnosis and only necessary medicines makes me feel that my child is in correct hands during their sick days. Thank you doctor.

Doctor is very good. He examine the child very patiently and in a friendly way. The only thing is consultation fee is quite high. It should be around 500 - 600 atleast. Receptionist should be well mannered.

I have been taking my son to Dr. Anand since he was 4 months old. He is now 4 years old. Dr. Anand takes the time to understand my son's individual needs and provides treatment based on his medical history. He never suggests unnecessary treatments or alternatives. Dr. Anand's approach to treatment is to allow kids to adapt to their situations naturally, rather than relying on medication.

Dr. Anand P Rao handles kids very patiently. I have been visiting him for more than 5 years. For my kid he didn't prescribe any antibiotics till now. Whenever I panic because of my kid's health, he explains everything in detail that there is nothing to worry about.

I visited this doctor today around 11am because my kid was vomiting and having fever so I did an emergency walk in. The lady in reception was so rude she asked me to wait for 10 min 1st. Then I kept telling her it’s emergency and she was allowing everyone else who dint have appointment. When asked why are you not allowing just us she was like you are new can’t allow u will have to wait for 1 hour more. So when it is emergency also we have to see the attitude. Will never visit this place again.

Overall Very good experience, we visited 2nd time to this clinic, Doctor is friendly and experienced, he spends good amount of time on patients and also prescribes very less medicines.

Only issue, there were many street dogs in front of the clinic gate.

Have been consulting Dr Anand P Rao for several years.
Travelling from one end of the city to the other during busy traffic isnot an easy task. But I cant afford to trust and consult any one else in Bangalore with this level of experience in this field. That much is the rich research level knowledge and experience which he has in his specalised field of Pediatric Rheumatology. He also keeps himself updated regularly. Patients from across the state are referred to the Dr.

He is humble, soft spoken, listens patiently while explaining symptoms and very much friendly to the kids and always motivates and encourage them. He understands the parents well and explain things in simple layman's terms. You always have a sigh of relief after meeting him. He never makes us panic. He is not at all in a hurry to dump medicines or antibiotics on kids and prescribes them only if really really necessary.
