Vijaya Lakshmi & Dolphin Boarding & Lodging Hotel

The worst place to stay in this area. I had to wait for a long time in restaurant for a break fast (atleast 30 mns) Staff is so rude.they don't have manners.i had no option than to boom as my work place was close by.

I stay at Hotel Vijaya Lakshmi all are normal valu for money but 2.5 day stay paid full 3 days tariff. No change of bedsheet, birth towels. Staff are horrible.room are almost clean. TV and AC are not guaranteed. At evening 3 to 4 time loadshedding occur. No room service available. Tea, coffee are not available at hotel which is a big problem. Vijay Lakshmi bar & restaurant in front of hotel where you take lunch and dinner. Dolphine inn a new hotel beside Vijay Lakshmi hotel that is some extra luxery.

Ok place.you can have all you wanted here.

Food -ok
Alcohol - very less options

Worst experience not having good servicers
N they charge for silly things if u ask extra

So location is a big no no for this hotel, rest rooms are decent and clean.
If you r from north then this is not a place for you.

Humble staff. No guarantee for availability of Electricity or TV.
Clean place. Budget stay as compared to other nearby hotels like priyadarshini or Rock Garden.

Vijaya Lakshmi is suitable for economic stay. Good service under budget. Restaurant is also available and food is also good.
Hot water and laundry service available.
Cleanliness is also good.
Staff are humble.

Worst ever experience in the hotel, staff is completely irresponsible, they don't care about facility what they care about is money, whether your room is A/C or non A/C doesn't matter at all, what would be your situation when electricity is not available for hours,

your room have TV but set up box have not recharge, after complaining several time, they do nothing,

you come long hours work from your office but there's no water in your room,

after all these things one more thing you can't even sleep better, if you try mosquito will eat you alive

I had to stay one whole week, and I was only thinking about when will I check out, It happened because I was not able to due to my work

Utterly uncaring and Rude staff.

No TV, no room service.
Most importantly no room cleaning daily.

Worst place to stay, Unwashed blankets, uncleaned rooms, no drinking water, no soaps, towel or shampoo provided please avoid going here

Bed spread not cleaned, not providing water, receptionist is not handling customer polite (Vijaya Lakshmi)

Vijaya Lakshmi's & Dolphin bar is situated in a peaceful and quite place. Vijaya Lakshmi theatre is also situated in the hotel campus,

I visited only the restaurant. Restaurant is quite good and the food is tasty. Might it has to be improved. The best place in the locality to have good food.

Good and spacious. Good facility. But avg food. Better to have food at restaurant than ordering to room. For Non AC @Rs. 990/- is economical.

Good hotel but during in summer non AC rooms are not preferable otherwise hotel is good and restaurant service and foods are up to the mark at that place.

ac's need to be upgraded.

This hotel is okay for suite and deluxe rooms but the dormetiry was worst and pathetic that u don't even have a charging port, no fans, no lights, no space or locker to keep your items, no proper amenities like no bathroom had lights, u need to take a torch at nights. The housekeeping is good in this part as daily I see they sweep, mop and do some extra care. However, please don't prefer this hotel if u are in need of dormetiry. Also, they charge u around 200Rs/Bed, 300Rs/Bed for same dormetiry type but with cabin for privacy. Since we didn't have rooms, we had opted for dormetiry. However will update further if we plan to change to deluxe or suite rooms.

Good quality, clean place and food tastes great here. They accept phone pay and cards so cashless transactions
