The showroom has good collection of sarees and staff are also very courtious. They show lot of material for us to make a decision within our budget and choice.

Sales staff not at all enthusiastic even at the early hours.
They seem to judge a book by it's cover,
They didn't even took pains to take the saree out from shelf, all they kept saying after showing 2-3 variety of saree. Is that there collection is over. This shop is very famous this kind of behaviour can't be accepted.as our budget was not on much higher side, they didn't bothered to give us attention.

No display of make of sarees in each rack. No much saree displays or pics.

They have very good collection in kanchi Silk Sarees from mid-range to high end. Staff were very polite and patiently handled customer requests. We were very happy with our purchase today.

Showroom is quite spacious. Ambience is good. It is located in Jayanagar area of Bangalore city. You get vereity of saries for all your needs. The only drawback is, prices are pretty high. Wear mask and maintain social distance while shopping.

I had gone on an errand near jayanagar 3rd blk yday evening in a casual dress. I noticed vijayalakshmi silks 40% sale at 8: 15 pm. I stay around 7 kms away from Jayanagar. I thought let me check the collection and pick any if I like. I entered the shop. The salesman and manager did not seem to be interested to sell me anything. They kept telling me some sarees are expensive. May be dropping a hint that I can't afford. How silly these guys are that they check a person dress and decide their worth. I was there for 15 mins and was not entertained at all. Mukha nodi mane' hakodhu bidi. Even if it is closing time be courteous to your customers.

Silk saree range begins from 5k. Good collection of silk sarees above 5k, but not much of lower range sarees.

Poor service.when asked particularly about saree within certain price range.their face expression changed.the woman was not at all interested in showing us saree.infact we even went to saree rack to select.still very less collection.from there I came to varamahalshmi.they were exactly opposite.service and saree collection was excellent

Nice collection of all the varieties of sarees, it has traditional as well as trendy and classy types.

I had got two sarees from them only yesterday costing 25k. I wanted to exchange one of the sarees they refused saying its discounted and no one mentioned in the store to me that that saree cannot be exchanged.inspite of requesting so much also they were very stubborn, I tho just asked only for store credit and I ll buy saree later I even told I ll buy a even expensive one even for that they didn't agree. They just argued so much that I had to just give up. And also a side note sarees are way too expensive here.

I purchased the silk cloths for shirt on August 5th 2020, after purchasing the silk cloth there was slight damage in middle of the cloth, when I requested to exchange they refused to that again I purchase 1 metre of silk cloth which is again colour was different shade they given which is not matching, again I went and personally asked to change they said not possible to exchange, very rudely they speak with customers, they r selling all old silk and rejected items to get

Very limited collection of silk sarees. The price too seems to be on the higher side. Though they have Kanjeevaram, Pochampalli, Banares silk along with cotton & coton silk sarees, the options are limited.
Would suggest to have a look at other stores as well, before deciding to buy

This is one of the good place to buy sarees, for upper middle class and high profile families.
For lower and middle class families, costing will be on a higher side.

There are lot of options and people who can't afford to go KANCHIPURAM then it is one of the best place to buy a sarees for their purposes.
Different qualities of sarees, one can find here from antique to unique ones.

Well staffs are very good and assisting all the customers as their assets and one can find the good & neat ambiance over there.

Car parking space is less over there, but the store is in wide road and easily one can find the parking.

I purchased one Tusser Silk red saree for my spouse last month which she liked the shop is well located and staff is good.however I had ordered one dhoti size 44 waist to be couriered there is no feedback from shop owner till date i am sure after reading the review he will be motivated to act on it

Great collection of sarees, in terms of colour, styles, and fabric. Friendly staff. There's parking space inside the compound too.

It is since 1920 serving at various placesaround Karnataka. The shop at 4th Block, Asoka Pillar Road Jaynagar East is one where the staffs are very very courteous ànd behaviour is highly appreciable. Get a variety of ranges of Saree.

Giving one star is also waste.they don't even show the saree for the customer.they are so careless.worst saree shop do not ever visit the place.

Vijayalakshmi silks is one of the oldest brands in silk sarees in Bangalore. They have a good collection of sarees- traditional and modern. They specialise in beautiful kanjivaram silks. The sarees are reasonably priced and the store often has discount sales during festive seasons.

Good place with courteous staff that show you their awesome collection (been going there for a couple of decades now). Not a very glamorous place but definitely has the right stuff for all the right prices.
While it's known for silk sarees, we have shopped there for many other varieties and never been disappointed.

We took a Saree yesterday. They have already cut the blouse of the Saree. Very smartly they kept the blouse somewhere and showed the Saree. They even didn't inform. Please be careful.

They got pretty good collections. Banaras silk, mysore silk, kanchivaram silks and coimbatore silk are few of many varieties they got.
I went there for diwali shopping to get saree for my mom and they didn't disappoint me.
One suggestion is that they can improve the customer service. I didn't say it's bad but it's not good either.

Too costly not for middle class family. If you liked a saree it will be > 30k, I strongly feel its over priced.

Collections in our choice of color is less and bit expensive.staffs are courteous but even after mentioning our price range they were showing very expensive sarees

They have nice sarees, but they really need to work on their customer service, go an extra mile atleast when customers are purchasing a lot or expensive products.
