My sister recived excellent treatment in a emergency condition before making any initial payment without waiting for any attenders they saved her life in the casualty. Later on good care, homely environment and hygienic care helped in her recovery. I recommend this hospital in Vijayanagar area for excellent medical care.

Nursing Staff and duty doctors approach towards the patient is really good. Infrastructure quality is not at all good. Toilet at basement is in shabby condition.

Xray room looks like old 1980s gvt hospital that too its in basement parking.old machines and treatment cost is too high.not satisfied with treatment after spending 2600 again I took treatment in mysore.

Came here only for Dr. Rudraprasad, who's an amazing Orthopedic.and was a little skeptical after seeing the location of the hospital on maps. But, I was really amazed looking at the way the hospital has been maintained and of course the staff were very helpful. Really was impressed and I generally am quite a skeptic.

The only issue is parking for your car, but where in Bangalore ISN'T this a issue nowadays?

Doctors are really good, DR Uday and Dr Vijay took good care of my grandmother who is 75 years and happy that she is getting discharged today after 7 days of ICU and normal care of 4 days. She was in ventilator support for 2 days. Due to God grace plus Doctor and sisters support we came out on positive side of things.
Will recommend this hospital for any emergency case and treatment.

Managemen = Highly professional and very very helpful 24/7.

Facilities = clean drinking water 24/7 and rooms & toilets are very hygiene. They are cleaned twice a day

If the canteen is available for Icu patients it will be very helpful in recovery, as you can maintain specific diet. Rest are all fine.

It most worst hospital in benglore, plz don't visit to this hospital.the staff are dying for money, if you are innocent they simply charge money, my friend admit only one day they charge 26000, even only doctor seen one time & say no need to treatment,

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients Nd taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Worst hospitality. Right from watchman to staffs none of them have manners or courtesy to speak properly to patients. They doesn't have canteen if patients book food they ask patient to come and pick the food from outside, watchman doesn't allow swiggy people inside nor helps them to deliver food. Unfit for to run an hospital with such workers especially watchman. I hope management teaches some common sense
