Pick-up was at Electronic City on 6: 45 but no one came to pickup and not even pick-uping the calls. This is the worst Thing to any coustomer to spar this type of management

They collect amount as unloading charge while delivering material (hidden charge)

One of the important points for VRL. Majority of the buses from different parts of city come here and passengers switch to their destination buses. There is limited waiting and seating area as well for passengers. However, the washroom/toilet facility is pathetic. Not clean and maintained well. Not something I would expect from a well known bus operator brand.

They stopped for a loo break out in the sticks and expected the women to do it out in the open. This is 2022 and the driver coudnt even stop at a decent washroom for the ladies JUST BECAUSE men perhaps don't need one. It was pathetic at their end. These guys should be kicked out of business
