. Their emergency room and dressing rooms are not clean and hygienic.

Worst experience from the pharmacy, i took one emergency pasent, I don't know who is she, she fall down on the road, I took her there, and I paid Dr consultation also, I have requested, the pharmacy im not with the patient, give me only 2 tablet i will pay for that, patient family will cm and they will take care, , bt pharmacy guy didn't given the tablets, he is telling u have to buy full medicine, (full sheet) im not asked free or due, in my capacity im helping her, bt pharmacy guy told i don't care,

Good hospital. Good doctors. Dr. Nitish He will listen to you very carefully and diagnosis also very genuine. Nursing staff is also very good, very patient. Hospital is neat and clean. Not hygienic, inside and outside place of hospital are not cleaned properly, stain mark will be there on hospital bed.it's uncomfortable to sit.
Doctors are not coming to the hospital on time. I have taken appointment at 6.30pm, but doctor came at 7.10 pm. It's happened 3-4 times.

I was advised by my doctor to take certain injections. Due to his non availability i visited this hospital. The nurses here know better how to interact with patients than the doctor especially Dr Gupta. He doesn’t even have the basic communication skills on how to interact with people and completely rude. Have seen doctors twice his experience or thrice his experience who are much more approachable. Though u have a consultation from the other doc we are advised to take an in house consultation who again repeats the same medication and charges consultation fee purely business oriented.

Excellent staff very good care felt hospital all the admin staffs doctors and Dr vikas very good care. Mamata madam very good care she visits all the patients with the co staffs.

My whole experience has been amazing. The staff ar so polite nd caring.they give me 10% discount on the bills. Reception and admin are too good.

I have been to Vijayashree hospital for my gastric issue. Dr Nitish Gupta treated me.he is very good in his profession. I was really comfortable explaining my issue and thankful for his treatment.

If we talk about the doctors here, they are really nice. Talking about the staff and the pharmacy people behaviour, it is the worst. They don’t even have the proper respect to at least talk to you and respond in a proper manner specially the pharmacy. They would give more medicines stating that they cannot cut and give the required number of medicines for selling more while it is not needed. They do not even give the bill sometimes and they will be always on phone while giving the medicines. The receptionists are always behind taking the money first. This is the second time I have experienced this, they will first want you to pay the fees first no matter what. We go there because we need their help but since they don’t need us, they wouldn’t talk to us respectfully.
This is the worst I could say about their service. I just go there because of the doctors and since it is near to my residence. Dr. Nitish and Dr. Irfan who at least listen to us reg the problem.

One among the best hospitals with experienced doctors and staffs. Most importantly Dr. Manjunath (physician) and Dr. Nitish combines expertise and willingness to listen and discuss.very understanding and listens to my concerns. Such a disaster behaviour and reckless response and worst service. They don't even stick to the promise and the reception guys don't even respond properly and also don't even respect to emergency and also promised to handover the report on particular time and after next day also did not even bother. Upgraded village hospital with multi facilities, we visit here for emergency, they have some typical system, patients has to remove shoes before entering consultation room. Last year they had lost all registration data base, or they are pretending to charge patients again for registration.

Facility is good but taking drips they are doing swelling in hand once we admit there still to me wond on drips injected

Just a building, no doctors here! Poor management may be the reason. No backups! Sometime for a whole week there won’t be scanning because scanning doctor is on leave! Gyno is available daily for 45 min to1 hour and sometime they also will be on leave, even if there is emergency they don’t even share doctors clinic address. It’s sad to say hospital is poorly managed and maintained

It's been 4 days v had admitted to the Vijayshree hospital gottigere due to the critical health condition fo my father.
But,
Now he is perfectly alryt.and all credits goes to the Vijayshree hospital and team. And the helping hands Dr Krishna, Mr Nagraj, and Few sisters and doctors in the ICU incharge. And Amazing hygiene Maintained.overall thanks a lot to the entire staffs over in the Hospital ️. God bless you with the gud reputation. Thank you

Worst hospital in this area, Dr and staffs were sp arrogant and ignorant. They don't want answer any of your questions. Completely money oriented.

There's no option to give a 0 rating unfortunately else that would've been my preferred rating. If you want to burn your hardened money in just no time get hospitalized here *MONEY* & *MISLEADING PEOPLE* is there Mission & Value again 0.

My humble ask treat patience first rather than asking do you hold any insurance or financial background (PATHETIC), I can't even think of getting my PET hospitalized here.

This is the best hospital for Middle and lower Middle Class People. Better than Government Hospital and definitely lower than A-Level Hospitals. Doctors and Nurses do a decent Job. Consultation is just 200 INR. ECG is just 200 INR. You get what you pay for. If you want some 5-Star level treatment, go to Apollo, Fortis and pay 800 INR just for consultation. This is my go to hospital for quick checks and tests.

Nurse Jerusha is really passionate and empathetic! She was friendly with my Mom and playful with my Nephew.

Worst Hospital ever seen in Bangalore. I admitted my wife here for Dengue fever. Doctors has good knowledge. But nurses and staffs are just doing time pass.not caring the patient (some nurses are exception). Not checking the temperature, not giving the medicines on time. Not suitable for inpatient.

Naver seen like this hospital, dont know from where the have got this staff looks like the are paying 5k every month.need to improve service.when i have visited hospital are people is laughing.the dont have any service.when i ask about doctor the told tomorrow doctor will come is joke or what.suggest to pay more in any other hospital and get best service.

My Mom had hand surgery in the Major OT, overall experience was very good, staff and especially Doctors Dr Vijay and Dr Prashanth diagnosis and treatment was excellent. Doctors and nurses are not well experienced is like they hire normal people who don't have medical certificate to operate on patients, worst hospital with no good hospitality only money they care about.doctor gave wrong drug prescription to a friend of mine after taking several medication and spent huge money on surgery it was only getting worse thank God we left the hospital on time, thank God.

This hospital service is worst the doctors and nurses are very biased, they lack discipline and they care only about money life is nothing to them only how to extort their patients by putting more fear to collect more money they don't care about life I repeat they don't care.my advice is not to even visit there if you value your life.

Especially the guy who was sitting in reception has more and more attitude let him no one thing he is there to help people who will visit there, I have visited 2weeks back that time the doctor fee they have charged me 200 but last week when I visited to take vaccine for my kid the guy who was sitting in reception he asked me my name and told me to pay 400 then I was shocked and asked I had visited last week that time I have paid 200 why is it 400 doctor fees now.why is it more know this was my simple his attitude is like I dont have money to spend in your hospital how should I know that for each and every doctor cost will be different, kindly educate him not to show his attitude with any body no ome will visit your hospital if they dont have money.kindly educate people in a good manner.by the way I can't see his name due to his I'd what he had is facing back instead of front.

Covid: Moderate (Mild chest infection/fibrosis)

I got admitted to this hospital on 15th April 2021.
I had an accident on 8th post which I had 104+ fever. On Ugadi I got my self tested.
The blood sample and RT-PCR test confirmed that I was Covid positive. My D-DIMER was very high (1400) and CRP was on higher side.
On 14th evening my SPO2 levels had dropped to 82. I rang up hospital and checked for availability of bed, Oxygen, Remdesivir. The hospital confirmed the availability.
At 1 AM I got admitted.
The nursing staff was excellent. They immediately did blood test, ECG, Chest X-ray.
I was given a bed with O2 supply, antibiotics, pro-biotic, medicine to keep fever under check, etc.
In the morning I completed my formalities with BBMP (BU number). This helped me to get Remdesivir through a trustworthy channel.
The hospital followed up with the pharmacy and ensured that I got Remdesivir everyday.
Sometimes I got shots at 2 AM.
Regularly the doctors (2 times) paid a visit and took keen interest in the progress. I must praise Dr. Vijay for his knowledge and promt response. The medicines have really worked for me. Intermittently I was given steroids as well.
The nursing staff was very courteous. I wonder how beautifully they managed with such less staff.
My SPO2 had fallen to 50%. Then slowly it reached 90% (resting condition) on the day of discharge.
I was given bi-pap for 5 days and this helped in retention of O2 and enhancing lungs capacity.
The food was just ok. In lunch and dinner we got one fruit and in night time we got boiled egg (apart from rice, sambar, ragi mudde, vegetable)
For general ward they can have one more washroom. 4 days I was in general ward then I shifted to a suite.

Overall, it the people that makes a difference.
I am happy that I chose this hospital for Covid treatment. The hospital may not have high-fi equipment but they have the necessary knownhow & tools to treat moderate and severe Covid cases.

WORST hospital! WORST doctors. INCORRECT diagnosis by doctors. General Physician (Irfan, Neeraj) available in this hospital are a WASTE. No proper treatment given to patient.hospital ward/beds are NOT hygiene. Money making hospital. No facilities for medical tests. Worst experience. Please AVOID this place if you want to save your beloved ones.

I have taken my covid shot here. Very happy with the Admin staff an nurses. Very co operative an helpful staff here. Very Good staff. Hats off.

Today I visited hospital along with my 4 years kid for fever & cough. Doctor was not checked the health issues properly and given medicine for symptoms what I said. With out diagnosis simply given the medicine. Iam totally upset, Please think it twice before going there.

Just take the fees and make us wait till more than a hour for appointments make the palce crowded I was waiting for 1hr 30 min finally no proper response walked out without consulting the doctor and took my refund

Consulted Eye Doctor for my 6 year old daughter. Not at all satisfied with the service and overall experience. Doctor was in so hurry to attend all patient's, he couldn’t manage to justify his specialisation.

For a wound in a leg finger I have been dressed and given anticeptic injection by the nurse. I have paid for injection and glouse. Afart from this they have charged ₹350. ₹ 200 for consultation, ₹100 for dressing and ₹50 for putting injection. Outside medical store I bought the dressing materials ₹140/- only. You see how they are making day robbery. If any poor people gone to them what is their position. Pl.avoid going to them other than emergency.

I am grateful to Dr Vijay for saving a life of my grand mother at right time by taking emergency OT and saving her life, his team supported a lot. Very happy to have been here.

We've got a very good service from the entire staff especially the receptionist ; they helped a lot as we were not physically fit to visit the hospital always.

The nurses are very rude expect few specially the nurs named (Bhawani) she doesn't have manner how to talk with the patient and the work she did was very unprofessional while putting injection I told her it's paining but still she did it forcefully everytime I see her she behave was the same and the place is always smelling and very dirty I will never ever go again to this hospital again.

Worst staff they doesn't even know how to draw blood from the vein, I got swellen on the place where they drawn hope they are not fit to be a lab technician

Covid was difficult but treatment, care and isolation was made so easy.

Tested positive for covid 19 which required admission for 6 days due to severity and persistent symptoms and we were lucky to reach Vijayshree hoslitals right on time.

Indepted for the excellent treatment of Dr. Mr. Vijay B Nagaraj and his team of humble, dedicated and ready to help nurses, technicians, canteen staff, sanitary cleaning staffs etc.

Treatment and injections are part of the recovery process, but what made the difference and made the healing faster is the various other aspects:

- Clean hygienic well ventilated isolated room, with hot water facility, oxygen support, television etc. All the comfort needed for a stay away from home.

- Round the clock dedicated nurses in ppe kits, constantly on their toes and helping you with all requirements and moral support which is most important in the recovery process because you are to be in isolation away from loved ones and family and are having a tough time. IT SURELY HELPED IN RECOVERING FASTER.

- Daily visit and face to face interaction with your doctor, helps in the smooth treatment process as well as boosting morale which is most important for fighting this disease or any disease. Diseases are mentally tasking, and they need lot of courage to fight it out. Dr Mr Vijay B Nagaraj just made it so easy with his wit and paitence and right on time decisiona on injections, treatments, tests, scans to treat on time and with utmost empathy. Needless to say, doctors, nurses and the team surely have been covid warriors in a true sense because with the risk they take and treat with so much care and empathy is saving so many precious lives.

No one wil care you properly, they will treat you like animals except nurse staff everyone is waste.

Good hospital, very friendly n good staff. I got ma treatment from Dr. Pavana Ganga for sec-c scar which was at very worst condition, after getting treatment from her it's recovering. She is good at her services. 4 stars r only for her.

My experience is not good.i took my wife for just headaches and doctors gave medicine of Rs 1000. Total bill Rs 200 for consultation.later I regretted going vijaysree hospital.pharmacy is even worse. Pharmacists lady didn't even informed me about the price and she generated the bill.i
When I asked i only need 4 tablet of this medicine she said we can't refund as bill is generated. Never take medicine from here. Guys be careful when you visit here. Specially don't take medicine from here. Pharmacist was rude in behavior and she don't care anything.

Worst hospital! Went to pharma, asked for a normal sprain tablet, asked me to consult doctor at 2 am in night, instead of understanding urgency and just provide a simple painkiller, they asked me to see a doctor.

I consulted Dr Ravi shankar for normal fever. I showed him my old blood reports where cholesterol was in higher side, 255. He said he would give medicine for reducing cholesterol levels but on the side effects of medicine i would get diabetes.i got shocked.i said lets first look at fever. He gave antibiotics, hey fever, tablets. After 5 days, fever is not cured. So he recommended to admit in hospital (take 2 glucose bottle) and in parallel take blood test for all kinds of viral fever like typhoid, dengue, etc.u know what, all tests came negative. Blood samples taken before injecting glucose bottles. They have given hell lot of medicine to my body, (injections and bottles) antibiotics, paracetamol, allergy injections, anti emetics, antsuds, rv fluids, antipyretics, etc.interesting after i admitted to hosptial, Dr Ravi shankar has not come for rounds till next day evening. Only nurses were changing but i keep on saying to them "i came here only for glucose bottle.please check with Dr Ravi shankar" they never mind.i discharged from hospital with my force. After this fever came down, but till one month i suffered a lot. Body was weak, sleepless nights (almost 15 days, i have not slept). Luckily i consulted another physician in different clinic and recovered completely.

The visiting doctors in this hospital are of very basic standard and only few good doctors who were visiting here earlier have left this hospital for ever.: (

Very worst experience with hospital, no seriousness with respect to patient's health. Receptionist are not giving any response and behaviour is cheap.

Dr. Prescription is not available in hospital pharmacy. Even we asked to arrange, they are not able to arrange in 24 hrs. Very poor management.

The people who are working there are not eligible to work there, who appointment them god knows.

Hopeless doctor in this hospital. We met Dr. Manjunath for the stomach pain, but he has not seen d patient simply he S asking to take him for the Scanning.not evening checking the patient by using Stethoscope.

Worst experience.
As I'm staying nearby to this hospital, I had only option to go there for emergency. Before I could go, I called landline to book an appointment from 4.30 to 6 o'clock, but the landline was engaged. Once I reached to the hospital at 6 o'clock, I told the receptionist that I was calling to landline from last one hour and her response was "we all were busy". Then she told me to wait and to have seat. And she made me to wait for almost an hour. At around 7 o'clock, I asked her whether doctor is there or yet to come, the receptionist is saying that the doctor already left and continued to tell me that you should have come at 5.30. And I told her if that was the situation, she should have told me earlier when I reached at 6 o'clock. But no response from her. It was worst experience for me as it was emergency for me.

Worst Experience, Dr. S. C. Ashok MBBS was the rudest doctor I've ever seen. Spoke very bad and threatened not to come again to his hospital. They suck money, plz don't visit.

Vijayshreehospitals@ gottigere bannerghatta road is providing worst service to patients Dr.dastgir should have been rowdy not a doctor he is using slang words for patients and behaving rudely he doesn't know how to behave with patient he is bloody unfit to be a doctor and hospital is not providing a computerised bill they are using a small bit of paper as bill i suggest people not to visit this worst place Dr.dastgir should be kicked out off the hospital and action has to be taken regarding these problems

Dr. Nagendea Kumar BK, Radiologist such a worst fellow and I think he's not a doctor. He's a wolf in name of doctor.

I had taken my wife for pregnancy scanning. He has taken advantage in name of ultrasound scan and he misbehaved with my wife. There were no lady nurses to attend patient's inside ultrasound scan room.

When we check at office counter they don't even have feedback form. The registration counter staffs searching for it. And was asking us to give feedback in empty A4 sheet.

But I have denied to write any reviews. And staffs said you can give reviews on website. The website which is mentioned by them is not even opening.

Hospital management, please don't feel offended, but whatever I am saying that is true only. I have proofs.

Doctors are never on time. It should not about the ability and for treating a patient by this hospital doctors. Doctors study a lot to become a doctor and they are well said as another form of God on the earth. But here, in this hospital, I didn't find them giving proper treatment.

Wrong charging scheme- Again agree, in this costly world, management has to spend a lot to run the hospital. But worst fee scheme. Whatever you will pay for consultancy charge, that is valid for 3 days only, though doctor write the medicine for more than three days, in that case if your problem didn't get solved then again you have to pay the consultancy charge. That means either doctors are not qualified enough or they are doing this intentionally. One more thing, first they will send to the general physician and charged for that, then to specialist to charge again.

There are many more things to say. But somehow all the residents near the hospital have to visit to Vijiyashree, only because no other options available.
This review might be little person, but sure it would be a common experience for all.
