VIKYATH DIAGNOSTICS CENTER

The physiotherapist doctor don’t know from what pain the patient is suffering simply they will ask to take 8 days package, literally for us not even one percentage of pain is reduced and simply we we’re paying 700 daily to take painkillers from the doctor. I won’t recommend this hospital to anyone at all

Very worst staff and they made the patient for more than one hour without proper information also

They are very inhuman. They made 9 months pregnant lady wait for long time. Just because she went late to hospital as she stuck in rain and traffic. They sent pregnant lady after finishing all other patients appointments. Atleast they should have sent her after 2 to 3 patients. But they made her wait until all ten patients appointments have been finished. By the time she went to visit the doctor she felt very uneasy and got back pain. They were treating it like a punishment for coming late. I felt like they are very rude. I will never visit this diagnostic centre and also suggest you to find better one where staff and doctors are friendly and humans. They deserve zero rating.

The scanning doctor had made a typo in my father’s scan reports and when I explained him that, it would effect my insurance reimbursement he was rude and highly unprofessional.
I had a worst experience and would not suggest this diagnostic centre for anyone.

Very disappointing experience, staff and doctor were very disrespectful and rude to me and my partner.
They need to really work on their communication and soft skills
Do not Recommend this place to anyone.

Staff r pleasent and promt they explain everything to the customer how to come prepared for the procedure, most importantly scanning department is most recommended here

Best laboratories and best qualified doctors are available so that they provide proper care and proper testing.

I really love their service. I did blood test for typhoid and unfortunately it was positive. And during the lock down it was difficult to go to a clinic and get the tests done. Mr. Srinatha Reddy came to my house to collect the blood. And later since I was not well, he brought the prescription along with the medicines home for me, since it would have been inconvenient for me otherwise!
Even Dr. Santosh from the clinic is so extremely good and helpful, and continuously monitored my progress via phone, since hospitalization was not a good idea during these times.

On the whole, their service surpasses customer satisfaction because of the humane element. Btw the test results are delivered on the same day and after around two hours. They are very prompt as well. My experience with the staff here has been very good and needless to say, I will always use their services and also recommend their services to everyone. They symbolize true service coming from the heart!

I visited this center for blood test, the center was maintain very clean. The staff is very co-operative and I got my blood reports on time. They co-ordinate very well with the patient thank u so much, very good place.

Extremely poor services offered by Vikyanth Diagnostic. They are truly UNPROFESSIONAL and arrogant and not ready to accept feedback.
High recommendation not to visit the place, but if you want to visit then please spare one full day. Minimum waiting time is 2 hours. This greedy gentleman will give appointment to everyone and then make you wait for hours.

The team of consultants are very friendly and polite. The place is clean and well maintained. Its was a nice experience and very close to home.
The radiologist takes immense patience and time to discuss with patients.

I had been there for pregnancy scan. Till 9months i done all my scan there itself.n delivered 2nd baby boy. Dr. Yuvraj manohar is a wonderful radiologist. He explains each and everything. No ego. He personally go n call patients family member n explains them also.which i never seen in other hospitals. He is a great positive booster to the patient. I m thankful to dr.yuvraj and i m happy that i made right decision by choosing his diagnostic. I highly recommend vikyath.and wish all the best.

I went for a scan at Vikyath Diagnostics, Sahakara Nagar. The doctor started doing the scan nicely and asked me where am I from. As soon as I said I am from Kashmir, his expression changed and started reacting very badly. Asking me all sorts of stupid question. I was shocked and still respectfully talking I left with the faith that I will register a complaint. I called Vikyath Diagnostics and the gentleman on phone bluntly told me that I was lying. It was quite a horrible experience!

Doctor was more interested in my region. He asked every stupid question he could ask. He passed comment on my lil baby saying "your baby is calm becoz he must heard lot of noise in his state" which was unethical and extremly unprofessional on his part.
