We were a family of 3, just called in to inquire, regarding late check in and late check out, the person on the phone was very rude. Wasn't ready to listen to our query.

If you are in the field of hospitality, then it is important to show some ethical communication to the customers. Coz a customer may have n number of queries and they are coming, only to spend some good time, to re energize and spring back into their daily routine.

Although the place did look good, but was disappointed with the conversation.
