Villas plan is good in Both the phases
For kids lot space is there to play

Good Apartment but people are not well mannered. People staying in flats should have basic common sense of not dragging the furniture on floor and creating hell for the habitants below their floor. But then it's India, what else you expect.

It's a very calm and quiet place with excellent amenities. If you are really looking for a pollution free and peaceful area this is the right one.

Villas are gud but there are so many points which I would like to highlight like 1. The entry gate is not at all appealing it doesn't look like a gated community gate at all. 2. There is no plantation inside the project, all greenery seen in villas...

Booked it in 2017, and still awaiting the basic roofing slab even as on today…. (April 2023)

During day travel to this is fine.during night not proper Street light.

Very nice place. It's Greated Comunity. No pollution. Play area for children. Club house & Gym. Near Vajra halli metro Station.

We have booked and cancelled the villa and we are struggling from past six months to get back our booking amount. There CRM is very irresponsible even they will not answer our calls.

Tranquil location, well laid out. Villas are spacious, and the construction quality is good.

Villa community. Well designed layout with minimal residents and all facilities. If you want to be away from hustle and bustle of the city.and you have the pocket to pay.you could consider.perhaps it could be all sold out

The approach road is yet to develop. Plush living space developed as duplex banglows in an enclave. A swimming pool and club house has added to the beauty of planned community living.

Worst place to stay. People are like gangsters too dominating and politics. It was a hell living there and the owners don’t do anything either. It’s all according to people in association and they will do as per their wish. It’s literally suffocating...
