I have done my 4th service and they provide on time solution and and service engineer are friendly and very cooperative with whatever request and tweak that need based on our drive. Thanks for the service vinayak Yamaha!
I gave my scooter to this showroom. They gave the fantastic services now it's not starting after one day.i called and told they are making excuses. Think more than twice before you give to this showroom.
Recently gave my FZS V3 for the service as there was an issue with accelerator cable. After coming home, when I checked the tank cover as I felt the vibration there, I could find a crack in the tank cover/pad and it's broken. My bike was mishandled and very much disappointed with this. Also it has been informed to me that ABS motor has malfunction and need to be replaced without proper explanation. The front brake failed to apply totally while I got my bike from the service even though I could apply the brakes before giving to the service. Their user manual clearly says that upon such failures, it should fall back to conventional braking system. I'm surprised how the brake was completed failed while receiving the bike after service. Don't recommend this service station after such a pathetic experience.

Worst showroom to go for servicing, they mint money out of customers who go their for servicing. No real work. Never go to this place, whatever issues you tell, they have one solution - just change the part.brakes not working at all which was working previously.local garage would do better job
Very good experience always I always give the bike service here only they people very cool &calm they will deliver the bike on time service they will give the best services in Bangalore after service as long any issue they will fix that issue for free good people always positive minds all are good nice service, I will prefer you all the people to come and give the Service of your bikes, after serving I am posting this images

I am really not happy in vinayka motors. I bought bike from there.but the commencations is till last wn u take bike delivery later no.call not responding not giving update regarding documents.really un happy
I booked FZX on Aug till date not delivered, all fake promise vinayak yamaha do, better go for any other showroom. Very bad experience that i had. Atleast one bike they could have sold hope so.

Pathetic service.i did paid service for my yamaha fzs.i had mentioned few issues like at low speed engine switch off.and self start issue due to battery drained during lockdown.paid around 1.8k for service. They said we did injector cleaning, idle rpm was set properly and battery is good we did charging.you will not have the problem again. Even after service i had faced the same issues. I spoke to CRM she told me bring bike and we will rectify. Bike didnt start in peak traffic. I had to push my bike.they neither set idle rpm properly and charged my battery. I spoke to CRM she told me bring bike and we will rectify.but I had to pay again within three weeks for setting the idle rpm and charging battery.
Show room persons behaviour was good. They treated us very well. We were satisfied with the service They delivered our vehicle fast. Thank you lavanya mam
The bikes for service are kept out on the other side. An analyst will check your bike and then take in for service. You won't find a waiting lounge here
I had bike servicing on 26th July and mentioned self start not working when bike heated up. Twice I visited and they said this and that part changed. They were told that once bike cools off, self start work again. I feel like cheated with their services. Pathetic services.
Editing 12th Aug - Thank you CRM team & Mr. Gowtham M for taking up the compliant and re-checking and fixing the issue and taking test drive to check no such issue happens. I would suggest tech team to be like Mr. Gowtham M who understood the issue, fixed it and took sufficient test ride to verify no such issues comes, with no additional service cost, then confirming with me after 1 week, if everything is okay now. That is what a customer expect. As a happy customer now my sincere thank you!
I am very happy yamaha FZ-S V3 service on Vinayak Motors Domlur.staffs are very polite and professional. Specially Thanks to (Gowtham). He helped me a lot to understand things with clarity. Gowtham gave me good suggestion and advice. He is excellent receiver and good behaviour.
In overall 30k kms of ownership this was the worst service I ever got to my bike. Just after 150 kms I can barely find screws below my rear seat and some of my bike fairing. So this is not at all recommended.
For 4th free service they made a estimation of 2700rs with 0% respect Where the same service with same spares it cost just 1960rs at other service centre with % respect
The service was very good and they give you on time delivery. The rates are moderate and not on the higher side. They thoroughly check your problems and resolve them. The staff is very polite too. Had a great experience compared to the previous centers/showrooms.

The service is pretty good. And people are very cooperative. I bought my R15 v3 from here. 2 services has been done till date.last time I had an ininteraction with Mr. Chander singh one of the executive at Vinayak yamaha. He was very soft spoken and was explaining everything regarding the problems with the bike. Thank you guys at Vinayak yamaha.
The service personnel were very polite and took a detailed requirements around what is needed for the service. At the end the bike was serviced as expected. Chandar Singh was especially helpful, testing out all functionality at the time of delivery and clarifying doubts.
Their service was really good. The rates were not too and neither too low. Very good place. Only place where I was disappointed and reason for giving 3 stars is they made wait for a long time while giving the bike. Apart from that the overall experience with them was good
(To publics) dear sir/madam before u giving ur bike for service plz take a pics of ur bike from all angles, bcz they chenged seats for my bike when i ask them they told we didn't change anything and my bike was starting issue and they hold it for three dayz n i don't no whether it is checked or not and i travelled just 1.5 to 2 km max again its same issue so decided change service center, so am requesting u all if ur bike need long time life plz change the service center ASAP.i never seen such worst experiance in my life, good bye to yamaha motars @dommalur.
