Worst company ever. Manager is not at all good with employees and also very partiality they were doing. Because of the manager (Sandeep) only I left the company and also he used to speak about girls dress code very badly there is no freedom for employees they all treated like school students.there is no respect for HR in that company.main culprit is Ayesha from hr team.they treated like slaves, I suggest you all don’t join that company it’s my request to you all.

Good Company good-natured, I will recommend this company it's good for a fresher. I've been working there as a fresher if we talk about salary it's so less rather than the work they have given us so much pressure. I've been there worked in Vindhya since 3 yrs ago it's a really worst company ever I came to know that I've seen eyewitness actually Mr. Ashok J is the really culprit and devil person he's also double face. Shivagami, Manasa manager, TL Kashinath and HR Nagarathana are also worst team members but they're very rude behavior and irresponsible work. They gave me salary less due to PWD funds, black money, cheating and so on. Pavithra madam doesn't know anything maybe she is hiding I guess so. Vindhya has nothing career growth, waste salary, no promotion, no bonus, wasting experience work etc. Both Shivagami and HR Nagarathana is the most cunning persons. Seriously! 100% Truth

I have really bad experience in vindhya I work almost 6 month in this company they put my April month salary on hold. After lots of request and conversation with ram sir and HR department they told me that, i receive my salary on 7th of July but still I haven't receive.
I don't know about other branches but nagpur branch gave fake promises and commitment. I also receive my salar slipp but haven't receive salary in my account yet.

VERY BAD, fraud company, with out any prayer notice the company put the candidates in bench without pay.
They mainly harras PWD candidate.
HR department is good for nothing, it's not HR department, it's oiling department.

In This company which I gave an Interview they said I have selected and kept me waiting till Now they are saying Client round is pending and I didn't receive any calls from them or no updates from that company about the Job I don't know why they are doing like this am very disappointed with them

Good company for working special disable parsons. But they paid salary is very low.take home salary only 8000/-rs only for talicaller, deta entry operator.

The working place is good but team leader like shivagami is worst in vindhya she scold the new employees & telling them tomorrow onward not comming to work she is worst of the worst person in vindhya she thinks that she only founder or hr of vindhya I hate shivagami she is the worst team leader.

Hr: I am providing you rs13000/month as a fresher for a BPO Job also you have to complete monthly target.

Me: Not Interested

(Yeah, I am not that cheap.)
