I went to pick up a courier which my brother had sent me they said to come before 5pm so make sure the closing time to receive the same but if u want to send any items they will take till 9 pm after requesting a lot since I had came from a long distance to take they finally search my parcel and gave me, thanks for the positive response

One of the best traveller experience with Vishal tourist even in native. Parcel facility is also very promising and easier one

Worst bus maintenance and conductor was too bad, no cleanly ness. I think they change bedsheets once or a twice in year. Being all these. Ticket price should be 700 to 800 but they took 1300.very bad experience I had

Travel date is 01/12/22. B'lore to Udupi. Bus came one hour late to the pickup point. Bus broke down in Dharmasthala & reached Udupi 2 hours late. My schedule program got up set. Overall experience is very bitter.

Although their customer service is worst, but service is affordable and good

They are the cheapest ones for delivering bikes. But my bike had little damage when it was delivered
