Poor service. I have taken treatment for my wife but no use. Waste of money. After that no one is responded properly. Receptionist don’t know how to behave with patients also.

Dr Devarashetty is a hope for the new life and best doctor to consult if your planning for the parental hood. But one thing is the receptionist and staff are not co operative and not well behaved. They are not precise as per appointment slots.

This needs to be taken care on immediate basis by the Doctor and his team.

Because even after having appointment at 8.30 am we will asked to wait till 11.30 am or 12.00 pm most of the times, which notifies no use of appointment at all.

This discipline has be to incorporated so patients from far away areas / who have other schedules will be helped.

We visited Dr. Basavaraj for our treatment. We had to visit for over an year and couple of procedures. Doctor is very knowledgeable and has vast experience. Nurses and other lab staff are good.
Initially the wait time was less.while the wait time is on higher side since doctor does scan and procedures in parallel. The wait time doesn't change even with prior appointment. This is especially true in Marathahalli centre. This can be improved.
I feel cost here for treatment is much lesser than any corporate hospitals or other centres. Doctor is mostly straight forward and not verbose which some might not like.
Also doctor prescribes just enough medication which might or might not be good, hard to judge.

Doctor is good but entire staff and facility is so ill managed. We always taken prior appointments but never seen the clinic to stick to the schedule. Even appointment is book it usually takes 2hours waiting time. One day they called us and asked us to come at 8am sharpe but even after their commitment they made us to wait till 11am.

I am a patient since 4months in Vishwas fertility in marathalli branch. I would like to give 3 star ratings because of the precess what they are following. Doctors are very very good. Doctors talk to us and listen to us very patiently. But the other staff specifically in reception they don’t know how to behave with the patient. Each and every time I took the appointment early morning because after that I have to go to the office also. After request them repeatedly every time they delay to send me for the consultation. They literally don’t have value for the the patient timing. For them whoever come without appointment they are more important rather than regular patients.

The best fertility doctor in Bangalore, His timing commitment, quality of the treatment, treatment cost and medicine costs are very nominal.by comparing the treatment provided I could say vishvas fertility is best!

One of the best doctor in Bangalore, he is not money minded, infertility treatment compared to other hospitals in this hospital its less, he listens to patients problem 1st then he gives treatment. I have seen in Bangalore many other big infertility centers they are rude and money minded. But yes sometimes waiting period is more as doctor does scan by himself, plus OT, consultation so he is always busy.

Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable. We got baby in first attempt of treatment. Believing is everything. He never leaves no stone unturned. You have to beleive. That's it.
