Delivery boy called and left within a minute and when called to inform senior citizen is taking time to climb down the stairs his response is 'you come and collect it' cut the call abruptly, left the place, such ill-mannered people should be removed from the job, who doest care about senior citizens, sad that after complaining to vishwambara they kept the receiver in a engaged mode

Worst agency. Everytime cylinder is delivered after following up multiple times.
Landline numbers are always busy, if I get through landline, those staffs don't even answer properly

2 ladies in reception try to charge for each and every thing.
They don't even provide a receipt

The bill is generated and payment is done online and I receive a message saying the cylinder is delivered but I haven't got the cylinder. There is no proper response from the agency and the contact number doesn't work. Many times the cylinder booking gets auto cancelled

I had gave change of address in past three months ago. And booked the gas through online and also paid a amount. But cylinder is not delivery. Again I have to ask the reception (Two ladies sitting there, no use, no communication skills, No due respects etc.) They gave a rude answer. Now I again ordered a cylinder on 21 Mar 23 bills also paid from online. But till date and time I have not received the cylinder. Then I had spoken to Customer care, they said the cylinder was already delivered on 24 Mar 23 in our portals. Every time these type incidents was happened. Very very worst service from visva Bara gas agency.

Every time I booked the gas i don't get delivered to my home and I receive the message that it has been delivered I complaint to the office about this and they have not taken any action on the delivery person

Always insist on receipt when paying for gas. This piece of paper is your address proof. Ensure the postal pin is there with address, else this is not proper address proof. This instruction of writing proper address should be instructed by Authority OF ADHARA.

They are not professional at there work very lethargic.
But the place is very accessible.

Just ignore the 5 star ratings, Poor service. New customers please look into any other agencies. Past reviews also too bad, higher authorities should take any action on the agency.

The 14.9kg cylinder issued on 9th November 2022, its has been 2nd day, not delivered the cylinder, its 11 Am now, the delivery guy is just telling that he is on the way to your home from 9AM. The receptionist mobile number is switched off. Calling to the manager also didn't found useful, I had to take ½ day OFF to my work due to this guy.

At the very 1st time they failed to do their job on time. Am very disappointed.

When i visited their office, they were using Mobile, watching reels and Serials, then they gave Bills, Lighter, Gas hose to me and the delivery boy delivered 2 cylinder for single cylinder connection to my home, i had to pay his service charges Rs. 200/- for delivery and gas connectios, whem i said that the connection is for single cylinder, the delivery boy Said his senior informed to deliver 2 cylinder,
After 3 days, now they are asking to return 1 cylinder, bcz they delivered by mistake. WTHAgain the guy said he will come after 6 to pickup the additional cylinder, still did not came to pickup till next day 8: 30 AM, when i called they Said keep the cylinder in Owner's home, they will pickup. Great.

FYI: - The 2 telephones are out of service at their Office

The delivery person is asking for Rs 50 for one cylinder delivery to the first floor and when we approach the agency the inform the customer that they are also human being and you need to pay as the salary paid by the agency is less
Request the IOC to take the agency in to task as it is improper to demand from the customer

Worst of all agency. No customer support. The delivery guy asks for 50 rupees on top of the bill. And he speaks like he is God - either pay extra or you won't get the delivery!

There's no support to complaints

There's is two women are entrance reception. Never ever talk them. They're waste. No use of working at this government service. It's better to leave job and enjoy at home. Bad service.

There's sir another reception. He's kind and humble. He's speedy is service and understand customer problems. He's the best of all staff.

That two womens must leave job. No use of working over there. Cheap service that womens.

Very very kind generous and awesome service will recommend your services to other know members from our end too.

This by far the worst agency I have experienced. The lady staff at their office have much worsened attitude than state government officials.

I have given request to transfer the Gas connection but the agency response is not so good. After 3 days asking for another document which should be asked while checking the form. Still waiting. For Gas cylinder after providing the req docs.
Before that By mistake I went KK enterprise Indane gas agency where they are very good in dealing and assist me to Vishwambara Enterprises as the area not comes under them.

The service of vishwambhara Enterprises is extremely professional and service of all the office staff and delivery boys are courteous. I highly recommend this agency.

Pathetic service, Need to followup for delivery multiple times, auto cancel without visiting the location, fraud agency
