I recently had a blood test done from Vital Diagnostic and I must say the experience was excellent. Ms. Kala was incredibly professional, creating a comfortable environment. The process was quick, efficient, and virtually painless. Results were delivered promptly, and the overall service was top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a blood test.

Not worth for 1 rating also rude staff and they are providing fake reports don't visit anyone this lab

They are not even worth for 1 rating. I don't know what lab facility they have, they given wrong blood group report to my sister (she is pregnant). Her blood group is B+ve but this lab given as A+ve. When we went to ask about wrong report, the owner don't know the seriousness and causes of wrong report, she was just telling that I accept it and all labs do such mistakes, the negligency was visible in her words.
I have seen so many pregnant ladies visiting this lab please be careful with your lab reports. It is a matter of life.

For my sister they took blood sample and gave fake report when we asked about wrong report they said by mistake it was happen

Staffs are very rude and unprofessional, doesn't respond properly for any of your queries and on top of that they don't even provide the receipts. When u ask them why they aren't providing the receipts for the bill paid, they carelessly say that u have to ask if u want the receipt, only then u will get it

I received the reports without having to wait for much time and the specialists were extremely professional. The place maintains neatness and practices all COVID norms which is very important.
