Amazing place to stay over, the team is so cooperative and friendly and special Thanks to Sujatha who gave us the best deal and for friendly assistance.

It's a brand new property and everything is neat and clean. Service was also great from Anut Kumar, Sujatha and our housekeeper anna. Highly recommended.

Super cool hotel and very well located, albeit in a shabby street. It is close to the palace and the market.

I enjoyed the stay in here. It was worth the trip.
The rooms was neat and compact. It was a smart room and the activation of the lights and fan was touch based which was new and a good experience.

The shower was very good, though we came late night we still had a nice hot shower. And the shower was good.

Compact bed and luxury stay I would say. On the whole it was a new nice experience.

I must mention abt the swiming and the play area. It was a great place to have fun with family, friends and kids.

Kids have a small play area which could keep them engaged for a while.

Cleanliness
1. Cleanliness can be improved further the towels were worn out and very hard and heavy to use.
2. No foot mat available at the door step of the restroom.
3. Though we checked out late in the night, we had already pre-booked, but still when we entered the room we had a very heavy cigarette smell which was not very pleasant when we entered the room. So I advice the room service to thoroughly clean the room before the check-in of a new person.

I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool that I saw on Google. Google mentioned that this is a luxury hotel with all facilities. And when I checked in, I was awestruck. World class features, hi-tech accessibility, luxury and perfection at its peak. I totally loved the staff and the ambience. Coming to the highlights, they have a kid friendly play area with see-saw and slides, along with a separate area for billiards and a rooftop swimming pool. What more can I ask for?

It was a fantastic luxury stay at livvana receptionist prakruthi was specially very helpful very well maintained cleanliness.

No humanity. I had to cancel my booking due to my grandmother death. I requested for cancellation within an hour of booking but only I heard is that due policy refund can't be processed.

Hotel is in city center, room was nice n spacious, there was no ac working even though we paid for it.

Room clean and maintenance overall good. Complementary tea too much tasty bad. Ac off once time repet on time it's not working receptionist told problem but didn't respond

One of the best place to stay in Mysore. The room cleanses, Beds and the washrooms are very good. The staff are very cooperative and on time responsive. Mainly the pool is awesome.

Car parking is very difficult as the lane is very narrow and the basement parking is difficult because sedans and hatchback can go inside only suvs can go down it and it's very steep and the lower part of the car will definitely scratch off and the other issue extremely bad wifi. Other then that the rooms looks amazing and services were awesome. Will certainly recommend and will definitely visit.

Visited with family & friends & have 3 rooms booking. First of all, Hotel looks luxurious all the rooms are touch smart controlled which are little small sized rooms. Pool & play are good. Coming to the to Room experience it was pathetic as we hear outside voices from reception even though doors are locked. And more violently we can hear the bathroom flush sound & voices of others who are in next room of yours this is very horrible as our privacy compromises. & Also there was no wardrobe locker. Location is na3rby to Bustand, Railway stn & Mysore Palace

They lack a good house keeping as it reflects in the cleanliness of rooms and services. Service is at a snail pace. Hotel interiors and room are good but the poor service outdoes it

Good room, but very bad hospitality. Especially reception. Their behavior is not at all pleasant.

One of the worst hotel. The behavior of manager is so rude, one will never plan to stay their. There are several other good hotels nearby, avoid this useless place.

Location is slightly off cozy it's inside surroundings not that great.

Not sure why this hotel has below 4 star rating. New Smart Rooms are nice, play area and pool is awesome.entire construction good. Receptionist Miss. Pragruthi helped us to ensure nice stay.
There are few draw backs. Where management need to work on 1. Parking is so difficult, If you are not much experience in driving you will struggle because the parking area and streets are very congested. Always need someone help if you are moving the car. 2. For breakfast you need to order before it’s self like between 7.30 to 8.30. Otherwise you will get food after one hour only. After 9’o clk no one will pick the call.
3. Only machine made tea and coffee available If these issues are sorted out this hotel will reach 5* rating. Looking forward for better stay next time.rating as well.

How much can the staff save the hotel? Pathetic location, bad food and worse rooms. The rooms were not at all clean and costed a bomb for such a place. The food there is a joke. The receptionists try to salvage whatever tint bit is left over, but how much can they do their act when the place is just bad? For a few hundreds or even thousands if it costs, better get another place. Terible! No guest checked out without either shouting or leaving a bad feedback for the hotel.

If you have a vehicle then it is a nightmare to park here, it not then it's great as it is walkable distance to the bus stop.

Writing this same day i checked out from the hotel. Below are the points: -

1) Does not have basic necessities.
2) Claiming to be 3start hotel, they dint have a in room pantry. Coffee and tee were were supposed to be ordered from them which were chargeable.
3) Ordered tea was also a tea bag tea.
4) Very horrible parking space. Un managed parking, you spend 20 min to park and take out the vehicle.
5) Very narrow road so can’t park outside too.
6) The best part is they don’t have tissue holders in bathrooms.
7) Room service starts at 7: 30am only. Not before that.
8) swimming pool is not even worth using high chlorine and no monitoring.
9) Rooms were neat and nice as its brand new.

2, Pool is good, not crowded. We enjoyed.

CONS

1, No proper room service, may be new crew. Not professional.
2, underground Parking is horrible, Baleno front bumber got hit and cracked.
3, Road side Parking can be done, Road is too narrow. Security available.
3, it is located in a market place

Good stay. Location is very good. Hotel service and hygiene is good.
Overall excellent stay at reasonable price.

No basic Supplies like comb, shampoo, hair oil or toothpaste, handwash etc.

No soap provided in 3 days stay.

No complementary water bottle more than 1 litre a day and also took 1.5 hours to deliver water bottle

No laundry facility. Hotel staff asked me to keep laundry clothes at reception.

No tea, coffee, sugar etc provided.

All the staff is arrogant.

Will not visit this hotel again.

Stay was good with the pool access. Rooms are neat and spacious with king size beds upon visit.
I also saw EV charging spot, not sure whether it's operational.
Reduced 1 star as service person didnt show up even after repeated follow up with reception for floor cleaning when my daughter spilled some curry. We had to do it by ourselves bcz of its foul odour.

Hi Megha, as promised the stay was delightful. The rooms are neat and spacious. The is staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is the swimming pool on the rooftop with a excellent veiw. The price is a also very reasonable and the location is very near to all tourist attractions. If ur travelling with kids and family than this is the place to to stay. Will surely revisit soon
