A great Hotel to stay if you have your meetings either in ITPL or in whitefield area. The ambience is great. Great food. The galawti kababs were amazing. Tease Bar is an amazing roof top Bar. Nice collection of cocktails and you can sit and smoke there. The staff is very courteous and helpful and take care of the guests.
Service is very prompt and quick.

Overall a great place to stay.

I would have given a higher rating if not for the broken crumbs of glasses we found on the carpet. Considering mistakes happen and the room service promptly cleaned it up, I am giving it an okay rating of 3 stars.

Had wedding reception of a close friend. Had a blast. Special shoutout to the staff here, Priya, Prateek, Ajinkya, Srisha, Rajshee, Ahmed for being great hosts. Daynish and team for managing the event night and Ayaz and Rithvik for being great bar tenders.
Rooms were comfy and clean, they can do bathrooms better in terms of doors sturdiness and spill proof. Just one advice they can give more lights in the lift, it's a bit too dim and yellow for the liveliness this place has.
Breakfast buffet spread was also pretty elaborate and tasting good.

This is one of the most surreal places too visit I was definatly in Aw once I was in the property, it really kept me engaged and amazed me where ever my head turned. MUST VISIT IF YOUR IN BENGALURU

Worst behaviour in call response, the lady just tells to hold and there is no response after 10 minutes of hold

The guys here are trained to show disrespect to people who come in small car and wear normal clothes. Really pathetic people. Really shocked to see such staff in the hotel Managed by the great Tata group.

During my recent visit to Bengaluru, I had the pleasure of staying at Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would like to share my thoughts on various aspects of my stay.

Room:
The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was luxurious, and I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping it tidy. The view from my room was impressive, and I enjoyed watching the cityscape.

Service:
The staff at Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield, deserves special mention. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was impeccable. I would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism and friendliness.

Dining:
The hotel's dining options were exceptional. I had the chance to dine at [insert restaurant name (s) ] and was impressed with the quality and variety of the food. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day.

Amenities:
The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi, which was crucial for staying connected during my business trip.

Location:
Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield, is conveniently located in a vibrant part of the city. It was easy to access shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions. The hotel's proximity to key business districts was a significant advantage for my trip.

Great hospitality and service with smile, ready to serve as per request and accept the suggestion is what I experienced.

Totally robotic and unempathetic staff. Even though payment was made beforehand and booking confirmed, they made me to pay again, and did not give me the room till payed. If felt like blackmailing. Food was stale and cold. Feeling bad for chosing vivanta.

Overall, I had a great experience. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities and the ambiance were great.

I had a very bad experience with Vivantas banquet hall service standards.recently we did a seminar there. Bad quality food.tea coffee was not served on time and when served it was cold. Staff said they had shortage. When we returned back to banquet the water bottles were removed and all the guests were thirsty. It took manager escalation to get some bottles back. AWEFUL experience and shocking too since I had stayed in taj property multiple times and vouch for their service quality. Not sure what went wrong or is it the pandemic effect?

Attended a convocation function here. Food catered by the Vivanta staff was pretty good. Security personnel were also cooperative.

This is a review for Latitude Restaurant at Vivanta by Taj, Whitefield, Bangalore.

I am a regular guest at Taj (also an innercircle member and a frequent visitor at Latitude restaurant).

I had an unexpectedly poor experience with Latitude Restaurant, Vivanta by Taj, Whitefield. It was unexpected as I used to be all praises for it in the past.

It was also unexpected as I observed systemic process failures from beginning till end of my visit today. Sequence of events below (contrasting with my earlier experience) :

1. Inattentive and unwelcomed entry at the main gate.

2. No valet parking, no assistance on directions for parking. Unlit basement parking.

3. Haphazard placement of buffet spread and menu items missing in the spread to make it worse. This was very unlike Taj and unprofessional as I visited for a specific cuisine promised in the menu.

4. Hygiene issues - unclean plates with spots and one of the dish was found with large hair particles.

5. Lack of crockery items. I had to waste 20-30 min and struggled to ask for plates, bowls and glasses to take my first serving itself. Even after waiting, asking multiple times and requesting to inform me on table, the staff wasn't able to help. I had to again go, stand and waited to grab the crockery myself.

6. At this point of time, I was a bit frustrated as I could see there was a total disregard for the guests and no coordination between the staff. I also observed few chefs at live counters also struggling to seek help with stewards for crockery but nobody cared as everyone was busy with their own work only.

7. There were no assigned stewards for the table. The people I requested for assistance never came back or informed of any issue/delay but were seen passing by me multiple times chaotically. I tried calling few supervisors out there to highlight the issue but that too didn't help.

8. By this time, we lost complete interest in the food and ambience was anyway too chaotic.

9. Finally, I called the Restaurant Manager to provide some feedback. Sunil and Chef Sunny heard us and were apologetic but I guess their apology wouldn't give me back my spoiled experience. I think being apologetic will not help Taj also to revive its Tajness as it was a process failure from beginning till end.

10. I do not see any excuse for unwelcoming behaviour and lack of staff coordination in a hospitality industry. Nor do I see any excuse for lack of menu items in the spread or for lack of crockery in a planned event in a 5 star. I certainly don't see any excuse for lack of hygiene in Taj.

I have mentioned to people in the past that they should visit nothing but Taj for a 'fool-proof' and 'welcoming' experience specially for celebrating special occasions as I trusted the process and Tajness.

Well.so much for my trust on Tajness. I am not sure if I will visit again, leave aside recommending.

Hospitality was extremely remarkable with no slack in quality. Food was delicious and they cater to special needs also. The gym is completely equipped. The atmosphere provided here is quite relaxing and peaceful and definitely a place to go to for vacations. However I was extremely annoyed at the fact that there was quite a bit of renovation work going on and the management didn't inform this in advance. This could have been avoided.

Very friendly staff and accommodated all our requests. We had signature premium suite and everything was just right.what we expect from Taj. Special thanks to Shreya, Sri.

Nice place. Our second stay here. Loved the food and hospitality. We like staying here because we can have our pet with us. Loved the outside breakfast area, we could even take our pet there with us…Who is a very calm, well mannered little puppy. Thank you so much.

Tried the coffee shop (CS) which was a make shift the actually one being under the hammer. The mosquitoes we a total put off as the CS was poolside and in the open. Foods good. Staff very helpful and were trying to help as much possible to make the mosquitoes stay away.

Lovely quiet place. Courteous & efficient staff. Breakfast is superb served in rooms due to cover protocols. Freshly cooked & order on demand. Huge portions. Only WC area in bathrooms was cramped with no jet spray facility.

Seamless check in and very helpful front desk staff. Rooms clean and spotless. Very spacious and cosy. Good supply of toiletries and prompt room service. They were very helpful when I requested assistance to print some important documents as well.
Breakfast buffet is something you have to try.there's something there for everyone's palate!
Do try Vivanta if you have work near Whitefield!

Vivanta Taj is located near ITPL. The place is incredible. We went to their lounge which is open from two sides. The starters were nothing less than out of the world. The chilli mushroom, paneer tikaa were my fav. The main course was so so. But the ambiance gets all the points.

Vivanta by Taj is a real good Hotel for families, couples and even for disabled people. They treat the guest respectfully and politely and also Vivanta is an eco-friendly hotel with nice views

All good, except 2 things.

1. In toilet we have to use only tissue rather water.as we are indians it was little uncomfortable. U ask whether water facilty in toilet is there or not, while check-in. I assume there will be rooms with that facility as well.

2. There is no lift or stairs in parking, u must have to park ur car in the basement and need walk all over the exit way to reach the lobby.

Nice property, located at the entrance of ITPB. When I visited Latitude restaurant was under renovation and meals were being served on Skywalk. Pool looks really nice but because of COVID it's not allowed. Room service and everything else was at par with 5 star. I went for celebrating my wife's birthday and they decorated the room with complementary Cake, which was really nice

Excellent people, particularly f&b staff particularly Sunil, very big spread, tasty, chef Anwar is very good, made so authentic mutton Rogan Josh, I can't find even in Lucknow or any restaurant in blore or Mumbai!

I stayed here for 2 days, it was a good room with a garden view. The staff was quite helpful and loved the Vivanta Breakfast buffet.

My 2nd trip to Vivanta for staycation with my pet and this time it was special as it’s my pet birthday and I wanted to celebrate in Vivanta. I am very particular on selecting a hotel where my pet is treated well and she is feels comfortable. The hotel staff are very professional, friendly, polite, amazing… The amenities provided are quite good. The food is scrumptious. Overall our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed. I highly recommend it. Not to forget a special “thank you” to TERRECOTA CHEF FOR AMAZING PULAU WITH APPLE AND DRY FRUITS WHICH MAKES OUR MEAL COMPLETE. Thanks to each and every one to give us amazing experience during our stay.

First 30 minutes had miserable experience due to Mosquitoes bite in open corridor, after complaint immediately arranged to sit inside AC room then had comfortable dinner & Testyfood.

We wanted to spend a weekend in a nice hotel. The hotel room rates were really slashed due to corona time and was very reasonable. The deal with breakfast, dinner/lunch with room being less than 5k for 2 people was a good deal. To stay outside the home in corona time needs enormous safety precautions from the hotel and Taj group is known for its trust and commitment. There were safety measures every where in hotel and it was well followed by all staff and they ensured that it was followed by the visitors also. The room had all amenities, hygiene well maintained. Food was good, both breakfast and dinner, served near the lawn with pool back drop. Range was decent, for it has to be appreciated that when not having high crowd it was still maintained. Buffet BF was much higher in the range of items served than the dinner though.the manager upgraded us to a suite with no extra cost. It had additional sitting space and micro wave etc. Our family enjoyed the stay and had a good relaxation for both adults and the kids. Thanks to the staff for all the service.would love to visit again.

We enjoyed the stay as over all hospitality & service was awesome. Specially Mr. Anshu made us very comfortable in having our lunch & dinner as we very particular about Pure Vegetarian.

I had previously (10 yrs back) stayed at this hotel for a week for a corporate course and have fond memories. So decided to stay here for a night on 11 Sep 2021 along with family to rejuvenate. Overall it is a good hotel.

Few improvements:
Room:
1. Change mattress to foam
2. Ensure hot water during peak demand hours (11 am on weekend)

Breakfast:
1. Improve breakfast buffet spread (I like the spread at Marriott Whitefield for example)
2. Improve the breakfast layout to allow covid appropriate behaviour duing these challenging times.
3. Improve speed of service for made to order items in breakfast

Nice place overall. Rooms are small, bathroom and shower area is tiny. Staff is very courteous and welcoming. Limited food menu because of covid I suppose.

Very good hotel. Maybe the best staff and service I had seen recently. There was a booking error that Mithun fixed and he was very supportive in accommodating us. Also the staff Aijas Zehra at the front desk was really helpful. She really knows her duties. The rooms were soo clean. The luggage’s were are screened an sanitised. The staffs and security were really great. They are very professional and I would surely return here.

Quite a spacious option for a business hotel. The Suite rooms are quite big and give a perfect mix of office and personal separation. I had visited during the covid time hence can't say much about the food as I felt the variety was short of being called a five star menu. The hotel staff is courteous and is very helpful. The parking area needs a big time makeover as it's not a great experience parking the car and then walking all the way around the hotel as there is no connecting lift. Overall a good option in Whitefield.

Excellent service and hospitality. Neat room and bed. Cleanliness and hygiene as expected. Good In room dining experience. Ordered combo and was tasty. Only 4 star because Inclusive dinner and breakfast was not up to mark.

Room and services are good but if there's any private party going on most of the cool places won't be accessible for example Bar, Outdoor dining area which are the most beautiful and relaxing area.

The stay was ok. The food was overpriced.
The breakfast buffet was too average. Not much varieties. There was no luxury dishes/or any Karnataka special dishes available.

Sharing my experience based on my trip during 2nd wave of covid.

The room was pretty small. Bathroom size was like the size of toilet in train.
Internet and overall hospitality was good.
Breakfast spread was decent.

No jet in the toilet. Difficult for an indian to manage without it and use only the toilet paper.
Dinner spread was limited, especially in veg dishes. Also the dishes were cold and not so tasty

We have stayed in this property from 12/06/2021 to 21/06/2021. The hospitality extended by them was excellent in every way.
I would especially like to thank:
1) Mr. Akshay for extending all the help and cooperation to make our most comfortable.
2) Mr. Harinder Shekhawat (Executive Chef for his efforts to cater food according to our needs and the meals prepared by him personally for us was fantastic.
3) Team House keeping for keeping the rooms spic & span and we'll sanitized.
4) Team Laundry for especially taking care of cleaning our clothes according to our satisfaction.
5) Team Reception who took care of whatever problems we had with immediate effect and their smooth operations for everything.

Great breakfast this week and awesome lunch buffet last week. One of the best places to go enjoy your food in safe outdoor environs these days. Mr. Vikram Singh gives every guest personal attention, great hospitality. Also great value for money.

Personally I feel this property was not upto the same standard as other vivanta and taj properties that i have been to. Maybe it was because of the covid restrictions, but I don't think a restriction less scenario would have made it any better. I expected a lot and was looking forward to a day's relaxation. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and definitely very cozy.
The staff are helpful and polite.
The food was a big disappointment altogether. I had the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. I did not get the feeling that I was in a Vivanta or a taj hotel. In my past experiences in other hotels, the buffets have been glamorous and top notch, in this case there were barely any variants, now once again I'm not sure if the situation would have been different without the covid factor.
All in all, it was an okay stay, i did relax and have some amount of fun as my family was there with me, I would've probably enjoyed even more if i had gotten to go on a swim, but the understandable unfortunate circumstances barred me. A good hotel to stay that, if you're going on a work visit or a wedding of so, good location with a mall right beside.

I went with my wife for lunch. The ambience was not so great. The food was average. Though I don't have any specific complains, I am not amazed, nothing that made the day memorable.

I wanted to deliver a bday cake for my sister was in touch with Manoj who is in Whitefield he was an awsome help I don't live in India he made sure all the surprise for my sister was nearly done. I don't know TAJ VIVANTA much but I know Manoj who works there and he is the best example of best hospitality and management skills. Tha ks Manoj thanks for everything you did for my sister I will always call U for future delivery.

Had breakfast. Good variety and all items were well cooked and tasty. Made it a point to taste continental, South Indian and North Indian food. It was a buffet. Terracota is the breakfast restaurant. Well staffed and well managed. Pretty decent crowd too

Very hygiene and top class hotel. Everything was available in the room. I didn't had the need to calling room service for ant complaint at all. Room was good and they would clean and fix it every day.

The food and service at Terracotta, the restaurant at Vivanta, are simply awesome, as always! They were mindful of our vegan requirements and made our family dinner an evening to remember.

Typical Taj, they've been following excellent hygiene and precautions during Covid. Food is overpriced.

Loved the place, loved the atmosphere, it's 15 days stay, And I totally loved the service, That one star for breakfast food which is having less variety of vegetarian food. Like i stayed at many such hotels and the food there were excellent, but here the options of vegetarian food is less.

During the stay, on the third last day there was some little miss, but you guys gave complementary cake for the same and that was just amazing️.

On the second last day of stay, minor water leakage problem happens and for safety purpose you guys changed my room. It was good sign. You had given the better room for a day.

Whole staff is so nice and helpful.

Just one miss is that food, Hope you'll improve on my next stay. ️

Went to Terracotta @ Taj Vivanta for dinner. I wanted to use a deal from Dineout. Initially, the server agreed to honor it, but changed his mind around billing time. Food was also so-so. Will give it a miss going forward.

It’s a slice of heaven in Whitefield. Location is fabulous yet as soon as you get inside the property it seems cut off from the rest of the world given its exceptionally well maintained and beautiful landscape. Service as par excellence with the best in the world. Surely a fond memory for a long time to come.

David and I had been to @vivantawhitefield for lunch. The first thing we noticed was that the staff here are really friendly and helpful.
They do have a buffet system here which was really amazing. They have wide variety of food from Indian to Italian. They also have variety of desserts and you would want to try them all. Taj has an extensive menu/food that makes you happy just when you look at it. The food that we tried was absolutely delicious. My favourite dessert from Taj is the butterscotch pastry that literally melted when I took my first bite. Overall it was a really good experience. Will definitely visit again

The expectations from Vivanta was very high as it is an entity of Taj, but I was highly disappointed with my recent stay with Vivanta Whitefield. Few of their staff was not wearing masks. We also had our anniversary plans but Mr. Mohit from sales dept.kept on pitching his own ideas instead of listening to our plan. His main motive was to just make money from us. Highly disappointed, not recommended at all. A request to hotel management to hire better staff so that they provide assistance to the guests.

Went for anniversary dinner and tried the items most recommended in other reviews. Staff was very courteous. The anniversary cake was on the house and was delicious. I have unfortunately forgotten the names of people who made the experience memorable.

We had booked a room here for our anniversary and Vivanta, as usual, went above and beyond in their service and hospitality. By the time we checked in, our room had been decorated for the anniversary and a nice chocolate cake was waiting for us, as can be seen in the photos included in this review.

We ordered food to our room and everything tasted amazing. Even though we were full, we kept eating till the the plates were empty! Lotus stem appetizer was so good that the taste still lingers in my mouth.

The rooms themselves could use a bit of renovation and the buffet breakfast in the morning could have been better but they had taken care of us so well during our stay that it wasn't hard for us to look past those shortcomings. We took away some fond memories from this place!

Had a fabulous stay at Taj Vivanta at whitefield. The service was amazing and the team makes you feel that you are at home. Had a great time on the new year! Some of the team members who made the trip memorable were Mukul and Nitin!

This place is amazing! Me and my fiance stayed here for about a week. We loved every moment the staff are all very polite. Our room remained clean for the most part and housekeeping was very well done! They also have a restaurant within the hotel that makes amazing food! WHEN YOU GO THERE ASK FOR NEERAJ! HE IS WONDERFUL! If you see something on the menu you are not sure of, or that they dont have listed he will try and get it done for you. We did have a small insect problem with our room but it was taken care of promptly with nice gestures of an apology. Overall an excellent place to stay and we will definitely be coming back especially to see their extremely polite waiter NEERAJ! When you go there tell him the nice couple who came in November from paris sent you ;)

Visited just the restaurant for a team luncheon. Had a filling buffet dinner with a wide spread. A good selection of non vegetarian food. And a smaller one for the vegetarian one. The desserts could use a bit more refinement and some of them weren't to my liking.

Posh place to have a great dinner. Need to note that there wouldn’t be as many dishes worth the money you pay. But worth standards.

I was here for an interview. Hotel interior is good and colourful. Nice hospitality but didn't get a chance to taste food.

It is present in international tech park whitefield, Bangalore. It will cost around 20 k. Nice infrastructure and good planning. In future ITPL METRO STATION WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN FRONT OF IT. Most of the companies in ITPL book vivanta by Taj for meetings, team outings, team lunch and functions

Excellent hotel and hotel asscoites. It was awesome stay. FOM was on duty on Sunday and took care of all of us and full filled all small request which we have asked for. Swimming pool is the best place. Order child beer with light snakes and enjoy evening swimming. Breakfast spread was good and food were tasty. Thank You.

Ambience and food is excellent. The staff is very warm and looks after each guest's needs. The metro construction outside the hotel kills a bit of look of it.

Nice hotel, conveniently located very near to the TCS office. Nice room although I hear one colleague indicating his room is not so nice. Very friendly service and nice restaurant. Gym is ok, not great. Swimming pool is nice.
