It's good, the owner is very humble, they are measuring properly and then giving proper size

The oldest and virtually the official outlet for school uniforms for NPS group of schools. Quality and durability of uniforms is very good especially when compared with other tailorshops providing similar offerings.

I don’t understand why a reputed school like NPS will choose such a poorly managed vendor.

Sishu Griha uniforms’ place. The person incharge knows what size is required with just seeing the photo of the student. Reasonably priced, almost always stocked. Nice people to deal with as well.

Staffs behaviour was nice, but cloth quality and fittings are not up to the mark compared to price.

Need to improve quality of uniform.
Parent has to wait in queue for an hour or two atleast and after that they will smile and say - No stock or try to pass on over sized clothes.

Pathetic experience. Not available over phone, doesn't respond to whatsapp messages. Not giving a clarity on when items shall be in stock. They are unable to meet the demands of school uniforms. School should definitely look for multiple different vendors who are easily approachable.

This was horror place. And it's like distributing free. Need to stay in queue that's also no proper place. Parents are paying laksh to school but don't why need stay queue hrs of time with small kid and need to buy.

Dress quality is worst and prices are sky-high, when complaint about it they say check your washing machine! Staff behavior is rude, mostly out of stock, if you buy online from their website which is mostly not working they will make you regret it when you need to exchange. No proper parking space.
Only one good thing they have trial rooms.

Pathetic experience, neither they will received your call or to your whatsApp. You have to visit the place and find the availability. Indira Nagar is worst among the two.

Quality is bad of the clothes.its a pain ro stand in long ques.bad quality stitching.nexus between school administration and the tailors.or else why will the school make parents suffer.

It is in Residential Area. Very small space and crowded. One can face problem in parking car.its very very crowded. Early morning too waiting time approx 45mins.

Never has stocks. No communication. Doesn't answer the call either. And replies only to 5 star commments

Absolute mess and mismanagement by NPS. Never have seen a school managing the uniform distribution in such a pathetic way. They make all branch students and parents to visit this place to buy the uniform. This place is just a small 2bhk house with no room for more than 5-6 people at a time while they are squeezing more than 25 people in most unhygienic conditions. You'll be made to stand in hot sun for hours only to know that not all items are in stock. Inside its all chaos and no one has clue what's happening. Who the hell travels all the way to indiranagar multiple times to collect the uniform! (only god and the management knows how they have planned this.)

Highly mismanaged, especially when it is known that they are the sole tailors for NPS schools across Bengaluru.

Vivek Tailors is the best place in town for low-quality readymade uniforms, sold at expensive rates amid total operational chaos. Everything is unnecessarily delayed and chaotic from crowd management, queue system, customer interaction during the actual buying process, and billing. It may be because everyone there is inept at solving these problems, or maybe because they don't care as this is the go-to place for uniforms for many schools nearby. Their timings are also unfriendly. They close by afternoon and are not open on Sundays.

This time, to make things worse, they promptly made their website offline during this peak season to prevent customers from ordering online. I am sure they did it to avoid helping customers order online as it's only their home page that is down; every other page, including the order page, is working fine. But I don't have the guts to order when they claim their website is down. Very avoidable vendor if you know of better places for uniforms.

Pathetic experience, no management.family game.atleast don't go on weekends.they can't take school uniform volume.poorly managed.there was a long queue.

Horrible experience to say the least and I would blame NPS more than Vivek tailors for this mess.
Literally taking parents and students for granted.
Had to stand under hot sun for 2 hours and in the end you get an uniform that does not fit at all.
They could have dispatched the material instead.
Totally money minded.

Always rush on store on weekends and the store timings for weekdays are not so friendly since it closes before evening when people get free from office.

They have all sizes available (NPS uniforms). Trail rooms are also available. They are polite and quick in serving the customers.

We have always been buying uniforms from here and the quality is great. The staff are very friendly and owner personally ensures that correct size is recommended. This time when we went, we also observed how well the Covid protocol was followed.

Pleasant experience, it's a house converted to clothing store. Mainly NPS uniform of all sizes ages readily available. Very good helpers.
