VLCC JP nagar - *Horrible service and the worst Management. *
They don’t have trained staff for beauty treatments.
They push for new service and they ignore you after making payment cos they only wants sales.when it comes to service… the horrible services and the worst management. If anyone is planning for beauty treatments, please don’t even think of VLCC.

Worst experience ever!
I’ve been a loyal client of VLCC in Jamshedpur for four years, but my recent experience at VLCC JP Nagar in Bangalore, specifically on August 27,2023, at 2 pm, left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite booking my appointment a day in advance, I was asked to wait until 4 pm because their staff was occupied with other clients. Although frustrated, I proceeded with my hair treatment.

Following that, I planned to have my hair colored a week later and communicated my color preferences. Today, on September 3,2023, when I visited, I was informed that the desired color was unavailable. Surprisingly, they had not bothered to notify me in advance. Instead, they presented alternative colors that I did not like. After an hour of waiting, I left with their promise that the color would be available by the upcoming Wednesday.

However, I have decided not to return to this establishment. It appears that VLCC lacks the ability to provide satisfactory customer service. I am profoundly disappointed, and this experience has taught me a valuable lesson.

My experience with VLCC's laser hair removal service was fairly good. The appointment process was easy, and they offered affordable individual body part services, which I appreciated. The staff members that performed the treatment on me were kind and checked in on my comfort regularly during the sessions. The technology used worked reasonably well, and I noticed significant positive results in due course of the treatment. The only difficulty I experienced was in the initial process regarding pricing and bill payment. There were some unfortunate misunderstandings which were resolved eventually. Despite this, I must acknowledge the efforts of the staff who delivered the actual service. They maintained a professional and caring demeanor, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Overall, it was a decent experience and I recommend their services.

I went to get a hydra facial done from VLCC JP Nagar and faced the worst experience. They do not know how to use the machine and have given me blood clots all over my face and charged me Rs. 4729 for the same.
I had no rash, no problem before going there.

This 5 star review is specific to the haircut for my son who is on the autism spectrum. They listened to all his sensory limitations and did a great haircut with no complains from him.

Wonderful experience in VLCC JP Nagar branch. I took slimming services here. The staff here are so warm and welcoming. The dieticians are knowledgeable and experienced. They suggest realistic diet plans which yields desired results. The therapists here are very well trained and experienced. All the therapists, Ms. Meghana, Ms. Nirmala and Ms. Ramya helped in getting desired inch loss. The manager Mr. Vikram helped me with the necessary treatments here. They advice the treatments after assesing our body condition. They set realistic expectations and help to meet them which will make our weightloss journey a great experience. The weightloss treatment in VLCC is a combination of a helathy diet, required amount of workout and massage techniques. I tried few of the advanced weight loss treatments like Jalomi and Lipolaser also which yielded good results.

I have taken laser package from jp nagar vlcc in 2022 on month of september i am under going laser treatment of under arms I am very satisfy with the result I will highly recemonded for laser in vlcc jo nagar branch?

Laser therapies are interrupted by therapists fighting each other. Asking us to go out and wait half naked in the middle of session with half shaving done and cooling gel all over body.

When feedback’s are given, I was only pushed with new services and not any resolution.

Only good thing here is my therapist who was new to vlcc but understood my skin and was patient. But with the pressure created to her to finish the session asap and so many interruptions and fight, she did razor cuts on my skin 3 times. Also she burnt my skin in 4-5 areas giving laser on regions where there bead no hair growth, missed doing laser in some areas.

I have got my full body laser with Lakshmi.she did good job I have 90% of hair reduction after laser treatment. Highly recommend for laser treatment

I taken fusion therapy in jp nagar it was very satisfying therapy I lose 1.3kg in 1 session.totally i lose 8kg in 2month and good friendly staffs, jp nagar vlcc is the best place to lose u r whight

I personally had a good experience during Laser. They have one of the best machines in the market at a reasonable rate. Their technician Jency is experienced and knows what she is doing. And I could see results after 5 sessions. Deepa is also very helpful whenever you have an issue. I would absolutely recommend it, but you should know about your skin type first. Take patch tests and verify if laser is a good option for you. For different skin types, laser give different results. Go to a dermat if required. Vlcc guys can do a good job but you should be confident that your skin type is suitable for laser

Weight loss was always a scary word for me. However at VLCc JP Nagar, the staff is always ready to support, we loose weight a a healthy way by eating the right food and never starve. Special thanks to Pavitra and Nirmala who are experts in massages and not to forget our Nutritionist Pooja and Deepa maam. Thanks for motivating.

I had been for facial hair removal laser treatment, in jp nagar 2nd phase branch and the services offered was really good, the total number of sessions I opted for was 10. The results are really great, people who are fed up of facial hair growth can try this laser treatment which has great results. This treatment was done by Jency, thank you Jency.

Worst experience ever.want to share my bad experience. I had been for laser hair removal treatment for body and this is what they have done to my hand (pics attached). Fully burnt and damaged. Don't ever go to VLCC for any services and no result at all.no trained staffs, worst management, no curtisey after doing this.they are not even repaying my money back (paid 118000). I have filled a case against them. Jency (laser staff) she's the one who did this. Yashoda (face peel staff) she also burnt my neck. Manager Deepa she doesn't bother for anything.staffs take things so lightly. No humanity, no guilty feeling nothing. Planning to file FIR against them soon. Be careful ppl. Have never seen such worst services. My mental health is damaged, my skin is damaged and my MONEY is wasted. I'm still paying EMI to bank though I'm not taking any services after this incident. I need my money at any cost.u guys will repend for all this.

Am really unhappy with VLCC. I bought the laser reduction service in Oct last year but have been able to complete only 3 sessions so far. Most of the times the machine is not working or the appointments get cancelled last moment. The machine gave me burns also. Grievances don't get resolved on time. I would like to request for a refund after so many grievances.

A good place for the laser treatment. Jency is expert in her work. Earlier someone else was handling my appointments and I was not so happy and satisfied. After Jency came I got bit deep knowledge abut how Laser treatment works. She is very professional when it comes to work. Always available on call or message, timely response to every query. VLCC is lucky to have her in their team. She really made my experience a good one.

I had been planning to do a Lazer hair reduction treatment for a very long time. I was doing my research on which clinic provided painless treatments, had good machines and value and for money. My friend recommended VLCC and I went to their JP nagar branch and met with Jincy. She gave me a good package and even gave me a trial underarms session so I know how it feels. I was very content and started my treatment the very next day itself with Jincy.
The process was painless (very minor sensation in some areas where growth is thick) and my skin feels very smooth. Looking forward to my upcoming Lazer sessions with Jincy:)

This was the first experience with VLCC, and thanks to the hair stylist Jagdish who got my messy super dry hair into a proper shape. Really good and a different way of dressing your hair. Highly recommend for ppl who are hair obsessed.
