I've been going to this place for years (since long before they moved to Thubrahalli from Whitefield). Friendly and experienced staff, superb service. I'm still marveling at my hair, 24 hours later. They give you excellent advice too. For beauty services with the best products to all kinds of cosmetic treatments and weight management, you can rely on them. Prices are reasonable when compared with other big brands. They have a spacious place with adequate safety measures too.

Each employee at VLCC Wellness Centre is friendly and professional. They listen to your queries.

I went to VLCC Brookfield 2 weeks back for weight & Inch loss treatment.

Shobha (The manager) guided me very well and suggested the best plan among various plans and services.

Everyone there is very nice and they go out of their way to make you comfortable.

My therapist Manjula very polite, she takes extra care and had put in more effort to help me reach the target.

It was a unplanned visit to this place and I feel so happy with their service. I had a hair cut and clean up. They did a great job. Especially Sunitha the lady who did the clean-up. I feel so comfortable with it. Now it's like I need to fix a time and experience it more often.

Worst place i have ever been for, they are friendly but the way they did the job it was horrible.i went for body shaping/weight loss program. They explained very well and applied for loan from bajaj and asked me to pay 25000 on spot or 17000 and then finally they came for 1000rs as advance and then leave.
They by them self only decided what to do an all they didn't explained what they are billing for, they billed 1lac plus and gave 50% discount.
They all are money minded, when i asked them in how much time i can see changes or lose 10kgs they told 4months in 2months i lost 6kgs from diet and workout, all rubbish and they them self don't know what they are for. And top of that i should do dieting and workout as well.they gave me 65k plus bill and 4months for 10kgs with diet and workout, in gym or aerobics 2-3k per Month guaranteed of 4-5kgs per month. I called my mom she refused me to pay or else i would've been paid there Bcoz they were not leaving me to go out. Hate it really

Service is okay. Located on the main road, we can easily spot it if visiting for the first time.

Relaxing experience. The staff is very Cooperative and soft spoken. Sunita assisted me with the services and was very good with her work.

Worst experience! Im still not sure whether they did a temporary hair smoothing or permanent one - i asked them to do permanent hair smoothing and paid 6k and got nothing. I contacted saloon to complaint i was asked to visit after 2days (got an appointment) but when i went there after 2days hoping they would repair it but they brain washed me and sent back.i wasted money time everything! Worst

Its services are very good and i appreciate the services that they've given their facial massages and etc are the best that's why they are best in the market of health care and fitness

I had a horrible experience over here, I had taken a package for face hair laser. Initially I had a conversation to MISS SHOBHA about the face area and the charges accordingly. But when I came up for first session they technician denied to cover the required area of face. They say they have an experienced technician but believe me GAYAc TRI, person responsible for hair laser, is not at all professional. She doesn't even mark the area of face for which the treatment is to done. I also had a small lip burned which they were not
agreeing that it was due to high lase beam.

Girls out there who are looking for face laser, I request you all not to consider this center. As it is a matter of face and any mishapping can lead to bad effects.

During the conversation over a call with VLCC staff I had a bad experience. But when I have visited them in person, things changed and they greeted me really good when I had visited. Quality of services provided as per booking was awasome and satisfied. Spacial thanks to TRIPURA for accomodating the best with Quality and will visit them very shortly. I booked an APPOINTMENT for HAIR SPA and Waxing and other small services. After reaching there i clearly communicated HAIR SPA is my priority and for other things i can come next week. But they did all other things 1st and made me wait for more than a HOUR!
NO UPDATES also in between.
The Receptionist is SCARY than all. I would have fired her if i was her manager. She started this mess and continued ARGUING.
The employees are not getting any inputs on LOGISTICS and they have no clue what to do until i say them.
The PRICES are SKY HIGH

Absolutely horrible experience. Unpleasant staff. Dirty sheets and even while you’re having a facial thousand people will enter the facial room and chat with the girl doing the facial. Strongly recommend you avoid.

The beauty service and their products are really good compared to Loreal and Naturals and all the parlours I have tried.

Vimala provides me swesome service with respect to face toning and tummy tuck. The results are amazing just after 3 sessions. Thank you Keep up the good work.

I had a very good experience for weight loss and hair treatment as well, I almost achieve my weight loss goal with the help of Ajanta - Slimming head and Vimala - Therapist and others as well, a special thanks to them. They are very polite, professional and advisable. Highly recommended for VLCC Brookfield branch.

Slimming and beauty services are very good. All therapist especially Lavanya, Manju have magical hands and Rani mam diet solves all our problems. I can see increase in muscle mass and decrease in inches and fat in body. Lavanya do good follow up and make my experience heavenly.
Now it became part of my lifestyle. Pinky facial is must try one.

Only disadvantage is look and feel of VLCC Indiranagar is missing here and chairs, doors is not at all good. Should improve in infrastructure.

I had a coupon from Paytm. Which includes facial detan wax eyebrow and upper lip. In one week I got the appointment, whenever I called they said beautician was not available. I told them to book the appointment they did not. Again I called on Monday asking about my appointment they said it's not booked. I got it booked for Wednesday, again I got a call saying that beautician is not available on Wednesday so ll reschedule to Thursday. On Thursday I couldn't visit as I had some imp work. Friday I went there I was told about VLCC weight loss program. Then I asked about the beautician they said they ll do it now. There market sales head was also present there she said that I will not get facial with detan I have to come next week to take the facial. I always take services from VLCC vanity cube and many times I have taken detan then facial. But this lady was like no u can't take detan and facial. Then I called the beautician who generally visit me from VLCC I asked her if I can take detan and facial together or not. She said yes you can take. Then these people are telling me these beauticians are not from VLCC they are local beautician. I was surprised. How can it be? Now its doubtful who comes from VLCC and if they are trained or not? Are they from VLCC? Then I called the beautician and I told her. She agreed for it and it happened through their slimming head. She asked the beautician to do it. She applied the detan pack which was for almost 3mins. Then scrub for 1 min massage another 3mins.and she applied the pack for almost 25mins. This was the facial I got from VLCC. Utter disappointment. I got wax done. But overall utter disappointment. I never thought that this kind of service VLCC provides. Wastage of money and time. Never ever VLCC. Local parlours are far better than VLCC. Not recommended. Go if u want to waste your money.

I had a very good experience, achieved my goal of 5kg weight loss. The manager, dietician and the therapists are polite, sweet and professional.

Amazing services provided. Slimming head Ajanta is just fabulous. The way she provided her insights for the benefit of client was very good. Helped me a lot in losing weight with an amazing diet provided by her. Suggestions on sessions by Ajanta was also very helpful in achieveing my weight loss goal. Also the entire team at VLCC are very polite.

I have been a regular VLCC customer for more than 8 years now. This is the worst centre that I have been to in terms of service, cleanliness and staff.
The below incident happened during my last visit. It will be surely my last visit to this centre.
1. Reception seating area invaded by mosquitoes.
2. Facial rooms are messy and untidy. I have seen superior quality in other VLCC centres such as VLCC Ambari.
3. The staff did not clearly mention all aspects of the service I was about to take. I had requested for a VLCC ayurveda facial for me and my mom, that also works for face detan. I had mentioned the Ayurveda aspect 3 times to the beautician.
She nodded and took us for the facial sessions.

The VLCC ayurveda facials come for around 799-899/- price range.
However when I was billed, I was told we were given a detan facial worth 1700/- each.

The beautician or the centre head (who present at that time) didn't care to mention this price at all before the facial started.

Waste of money at it's prime. Didn't even like the facial session.

4. Card machine doesn't work. VLCC software to redeem points wasn't working either at the time of billing

Not value for money. They will tell you in the beginning that offer is going on and you will opt for more services that you dont even require. And at the time of payment they will tell offer is not apllicable. I just went for facial and they said 50%off is going on. So I took some services but they refused to apply offer at the time of payment. Services are also not that much effective. One more each staff will tell you different prices for the services which very misleading.worst experience.

Worst service, I ended up paying 5k for facial and hair spa. These people refused to apply any offer that was available online and on their website and made me pay in full after services were done. Go only if you want to be cheated. Moreover the service was not even worth 1k. Local beauty parlor does better service than these guys. Would have given 0 rating if I had an option

They allow us to allow book appointment online but once we visit they will say it’s not booked or our stylist is no available.

We took hair spa the person was not there but they arrange non experienced person for hair spa.waste of money

Sobha is great there, in fact she alone is handling the whole VLCC outlet. If u choose to go thr. Work with Sobha.

Had been to VLCC brookfield bangalore branch. Amazing results i got. Want to thank Shoba and other skin specialist Doctor who really helped me in getting my confidence back made my skintone even and glowy. The slimming treatment and face correction went off so well i m really thankful to both.

Vlcc being such a huge salon with many branches spread across metro cities, it is shocking to go to this branch and ask for a pedicure and the receptionist saying it can't be done. Asking a customer to come back the next day for a mere pedicure, where the entire salon is empty. Completely astounding and pathetic experience with this particular branch.

Visited for hair cut and utilized one of their running offers. Staff is quite professional and understand their customer very well.
