I have done my functional verification training from Vlsiguru, Here at this institute I have found very good trainers for Verilog, systemverilog, UVM.
The training part is well organised with experienced trainers I personally trained under Ganesh and Srinivas reddy I really thankyou for providing such wonderfull knowledge. Apart from training part they had good placement support, but most of them think that Vlsiguru is not providing placement assistance, I personally observed from other institutes in banglore and Hyderabad no institute has placement support in 2019, so it's not fault of vlsiguru, VLSI industry has some bad time due to china-us relations and some other factors.
I would suggest VLSI aspirants, these would be the best institute who offers courses at minimal prices and good stuff with good experienced trainers.

Training was really very good. I have joined VLSIGURU Institute for Custom Layout training on June 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic the mode of training is only online. The layout course is highly industry oriented and the trainer has rich industry experience. I have joined this institute mainly because of low course fee. I have designed layout of various Analog blocks such as opamp, PLL, LDO etc on Synopsys Custom compiler using 28nm technology. 24x7 vpn access is available for labs. Trainer Suresh Sir is always available to clear doubts. He helped me a lot during my interview and always received positive response from Sreenivas Sir.

Pros:
Their sessions are interactive, covering each and every basic concepts as well as rarely used concepts, thus giving you edge in interviews & in company. Instructors and mentors are very well experienced and that can be seen by the way they explain concepts, writing and debugging codes on the spot. They explain each and every error, possible numbers of fixes.
Best part of this course is they don't just teach concepts & coding, they teach you how to look into a problem, how to analyze possible ways of approaching it and encourage us to try as many as we can.
Joining this course has given me confidence in writing testbenches from the scratch which seemed as a humongous task before. Instructor Srinivas sir makes any complex topic easy. It is because of his teachings, UVM has now become my favorite. Apart from languages and methodology, they teach how to read, understand and analyze a specification, build a testplan out of it, write test cases etc. Being an experienced person, this kind of approach has helped me a lot. If the topics are too tough to understand or need more time to learn, they encourage you to go through their session recordings or attend classes for the next batch (valid for 1 year).
They also provided resume review, conducted mock interviews (provides feedback) which helped me in cracking the interviews. Following their class notes, timely labs and finishing assignments should make anyone industry ready.
Cons:
Sessions are too long (3-4 hours), sometimes it’s too tough to concentrate as I’m in another time zone, recorded sessions helped though.
I would recommend anyone who wants to learn the concepts in depth, wants to do industry oriented projects, this is the best place. We get to learn a LOT for the money we pay.

Well first of all thanks to Saurabh sir, Pradeep sir, Vishal sir, anusha mam, rakesh sir, Manohar sir, Jyoti mam and everyone from team vlsiguru who are very supportive and now I guess we are in midway of course and I would say yes this training, did help me bridge the major gaps which were present in my currently ongoing job role as an physical design intern and every week, I get to learn something new, may it be the PnR flow or the lab, and I guess Physical Design is something which needs continuous learning as there is no proper thumb rule common for every design ; And, I also got to learn STA and the kind of analytical questions that are discussed in this topic and the numericals done in STA are quite helpful as it did help me get an exposure that knowing the equation only isn't enough there is a whole lot of analysis that's done and then we do solve the question.

Secondly, the lab sessions are engaging and interactive and it helps us think how to approach over a fix or how to proceed in a design flow along with insight of TCL scripting, which I guess in internet is the only language which has least references to learn from and that's what makes TCL somewhat challenging and meanwhile interesting scripting language to learn.

Lastly since sometimes due to some of my project related interviews I miss a few theory sessions, thanks to sreenivas sir for sharing the recorded sessions of that particular day which helps me remain updated and my interview rounds too go well due to knowledge that I gain in the training, because the interviewer mostly looks for the correct terms that the candidate uses in the interview and then, they kind of dive into more concepts related to our answer and it can be interconnected to many topics and the whole 1-2 hr duration goes well. Specially thanks to srinivasan sir who is managing all these.

Affordable and great value for money. I took front end training for freshers through online. The courses from this institute bridges the gap between college and company by providing required skill sets. It helped me to get an internship in my dream company. How much you learn from this institute depends on how much effort you put. When I missed few sessions due to time zone differences, the institute gave access to those sessions when I dropped an email to Srinivas sir. If you are outside India (especially living in eastern standard time) it will be little annoying to adjust to their timings but you will be fine after few weeks. During the demo session, they explained different domains in vlsi field and encouraged the student to choose which they like. Notes are shared daily which would be of great help during revision time. They put lot of effort in teaching the basic concepts. Tutor will code and debug errors on spot without taking much time that shows how much they are experienced in their field and familiar with the concepts. I am so glad that I took this training. The experience we get is worth lot of money than we pay for. They teach all basic skills to thrive in vlsi domain.

I have opted for Verilog and UVM from VLSI Guru. Srinivas is such a down to earth person. I have done around 10 different courses from different institutes in my career, I found him to be the best. The way he teaches, it is so much effective. For all freshers/experienced this should be the best institute in VLSI industry.
